Andy's must-have bench stashes and sneaky fantasy football waiver wire adds, sleepers ahead of Week 15 in 2025. Pick up these high-upside players before Week 15.

The first full slate of the fantasy playoffs is just hours away. Hopefully, you got off to a strong start on Thursday evening thanks to a Kyle Pitts Sr. three-touchdown performance. Even though we are in the final month of the fantasy season, there are still some high-upside players to target on the waiver wire.

In this week's piece, we'll spotlight a tight end who has begun to see his role grow quite quickly following his return from injury and two priority handcuff running backs to target before Sunday.

However, these suggestions are not meant to be your "one-week" replacement players. The vast majority of these players hold minimal standalone value but could become must-start players as soon as they receive a boost in the depth chart. All players suggested are available in at least 75% of all Yahoo! leagues. Let's dive in!

High-Upside Fantasy Football Stashes - Running Backs

Isaiah Davis, New York Jets

The first spotlight will be on Isaiah Davis of the New York Jets. Davis has been a popular handcuff stash throughout the season and is nearing high-end handcuff territory given the health of the team's starting running back, Breece Hall. Hall was held out of the team's practices on Wednesday but returned on Thursday and was eventually cleared for Sunday's game.

While he is not in any danger of sitting out on Sunday, given their placement in the standings, another minor setback for Hall could shut him down for this season.

Davis has had a very minimal role as the team's No. 2 option, which is why he is available in over 90% of fantasy leagues. This season, Davis has only hit the double-digit PPR points mark once in a game. During this contest (in Week 8), Davis had a career game, totaling 65 yards on seven attempts and 44 yards on five receptions (five targets).

However, since this promising showing, the second-year back out of South Dakota State has averaged just 1.2 PPR points per game over his last five games. He has taken 2.2 rushing attempts per game and seen three total targets.

Despite this limited standalone value, Davis is the only other RB on the roster who has logged a snap behind Hall since Braelon Allen (knee) hit the IR, suggesting he would be a three-down option if Hall misses time. Seeing the upside he flashed in a three-down role back in Week 8 makes Davis a viable stash in deeper formats for the fantasy playoffs.

Brian Robinson Jr., San Francisco 49ers
18% rostered

The other running back to stash would be a league-winner in the event his starter misses time. While Emanuel Wilson would have made this list, the Green Bay No. 2 is now rostered in more than 25% of Yahoo leagues, so Brian Robinson Jr. will instead be on this list.

Like Davis, Robinson has faced no competition for the backup position behind Christian McCaffrey. While Isaac Guerendo showed flashes of potential and even enjoyed a dominant stretch during last year's fantasy playoffs, averaging 17.4 PPR points per game during Weeks 14 through 17, he has reverted to the No. 3 role as a sophomore. Kyle Shanahan and his staff have instead shifted Guerendo to special teams, leaving Robinson as the clear RB2.

In fact, Guerendo has yet to log a single offensive snap this season. Robinson has logged 17% of the team's total RB snaps, which may not seem high, but it has made it clear to managers that he would be the next man up if McCaffrey misses time.

More importantly, Robinson has shown much more upside in this offense than he ever did in Washington. This season, the power-runner is on pace to post a career-best 4.6 YPC, albeit in a change-of-pace role. Since Week 10 (last four games played), Robinson has taken 7.8 attempts per game and averaged 32.8 yards per game, good for just 5.5 PPR points per game.

While nobody is relying on Robinson as a spot-starter, he would become a must-start high-end RB2 if McCaffrey misses time. Managers who roster McCaffrey should ensure Robinson is on their bench as lineups lock on Sunday afternoon.

High-Upside Fantasy Football Stashes - Wide Receivers

Jalen Coker, Carolina Panthers

Before their Week 14 bye, Jalen Coker enjoyed his long-awaited breakout game. During their thrilling victory over the Rams, the undrafted rookie brought in four receptions and scored on a season-high six targets for 74 yards. Leading up to this game, Coker saw at least four targets in each game (over his last three games) but averaged just 6.8 PPR points per game.

While his production may have finally found its stride, this was a long-awaited breakout game given his usage. Since making his season debut in Week 7, Coker's usage has increased. From Week 8 on, Coker has logged at least 66% of the snaps in all but one game and even surpassed the 70% snap mark twice.

During this same stretch, Xavier Legette has seen his snap share decline as he only hit the 70% snap mark twice over this stretch, a feat he accomplished in each game he played from Weeks 1 through 8.

Even though Legette did see a higher snap share in Week 13, managers should not be turned away from stashing Coker. Coker has out-snapped him in every game from Weeks 9 through 12, and given his massive role in their victory, managers should expect Coker to be the team's primary No. 2 WR going forward, coming out of their bye week.

Jack Bech, Las Vegas Raiders

While I was going to suggest Pat Bryant as the other priority WR stash, the young wideout is not expected to play in Week 15 due to a hamstring injury, which will push him into the "other WRs to consider stashing section." Instead, let's look at another rookie wideout, Jack Bech of the Raiders.

Bech is also coming off his most impressive outing of this season. During their loss to the Broncos, Bech logged a season-high 82% of he snaps, and didn't disappoint as he brought in all six of his targets for 50 yards. With Dont'e Thornton Jr. (concussion) sitting out and Jakobi Meyers now in Jacksonville, Bech comfortably operated as the team's No. 2 WR.

In addition, it is worth noting that most of his production came with Kenny Pickett under center, who is slated to start on Sunday with Geno Smith (shoulder) sidelined. If Pickett can spark the passing game, Bech should be a primary beneficiary. Managers in deeper 14-team formats that require three wide receivers in their lineup should consider holding Bech on their bench ahead of Week 15 in case he is able to build off this solid showing.

High-Upside Fantasy Football Stashes - Tight Ends

Mike Gesicki, Cincinnati Bengals

While Mike Gesicki still holds value as a top stash, he does have a sneaky plug-and-play upside in Week 15. Since returning from the IR due to a pectoral injury, the Bengals' top tight end has immediately taken on a prominent role in their passing game. Through three games, Gesicki has seen six targets in two and caught at least four passes in all but one.

During this stretch, he has averaged 10.7 PPR points per game. He is coming off his most impressive showing, catching all six of his targets for 86 yards and a touchdown. During these three games, Gesicki has been a force in the red zone, drawing three targets within the 20 and two within the 10-yard line.

In addition, with Tee Higgins (concussion) sitting out on Sunday, Gesicki could emerge as Joe Burrow's No. 2 option in the passing game in the short term. While he has a tough matchup on Sunday against the Ravens (seventh-fewest PPR points allowed to TEs), he has elite matchups in Week 16 and 17, facing the Dolphins and Cardinals, who are both within the top eight in terms of PPR points allowed to the position.

Managers with a serious question mark at their starting tight end position should consider stashing Gesicki on their bench. Even though Higgins will likely return next week, Gesicki has been able to carve out a solid target share and possesses low-end TE1 upside over the final month. The veteran tight end has legit streaming upside this weekend and is in a great position to continue to find his footing with his QB back under center.

High-Upside Fantasy Football Stashes - Quarterbacks

Tyler Shough, New Orleans Saints
10% rostered

Rounding out the list will be a familiar name for the weekly readers of this column. Tyler Shough turned in another solid showing in Week 14 and is entering streaming consideration. In their upset victory over the Buccaneers, Shough did not do much through the air, totaling just 144 yards, but was productive on the ground, tallying 55 yards with two scores.

Over the last two games, Shough has averaged 23.3 PPR points per game. Over his last three games, Shough has logged at least six rushing attempts in each and even took seven attempts in two of them.

His rushing upside pushes him into high-end QB2 territory, and with favorable matchups down the stretch against the Jets and Titans, Shough is worth keeping on your bench in 12+ team formats.
