DraftKings CFB DFS Lineup Picks: Daily College Fantasy Football Thursday Slate (11/6/25)

Byrum Brown - College Football Rankings - CFB DFS Picks

Mike Marteny's DraftKings daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the Thursday (11/6/25) slate in Week 11. His CFB DFS lineup picks and DFS sleepers will help you win.

Thursday night gets us out of MACtion and into an American Conference matchup that has CFP implications. The Sun Belt offering pales in comparison, right?

Both games start at the same time tonight, so it's a four-hour tilt-fest. A mad dash to the finish! Georgia Southern is in the foothills of Boone, North Carolina, to take on Appalachian State. UTSA hits the road to take on the Bulls in Tampa.

In this article, I will provide you with my daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the DraftKings slate on 11/6/25, starting at 7:30 pm Eastern. I’ll provide multiple player suggestions for quarterbacks, running backs, and wide receivers, aiming to highlight one option at the high, middle, and lower ends of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers!

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Quarterbacks

Byrum Brown, South Florida ($9.5K)

You'll hear a lot of detractors say negative things about Brown. Some of them are true. Yeah, his arm isn't great, but some of his receivers are. He's not just a glorified running back. Brown has at least 200 passing yards in every game. That's not an accident.

It is also true that Brown is a better runner than a thrower. He has over 100 rushing yards in three of the last four games. In the game that he didn't, he still ran for 82 yards. Brown has six rushing touchdowns in the last four games.

What the detractors say doesn't change the fact that Brown has the highest ceiling of any player on this slate, and usually has the highest ceiling on every slate he's on...even the loaded Saturday ones. Brown has at least 39 DraftKings points in four straight games. No one else comes close to that production.

JC French IV, Georgia Southern ($6.6K)

This slate is low-key loaded at quarterback. I'll have multiple lineups and will use all four of them. I really like the idea of French with Brown because of the lower price, but French isn't just another cheap QB. He has four rushing touchdowns in the last three games.

French has also thrown for 896 yards and eight more touchdowns in that span. He does it all for the Eagles, and the App State defense has struggled this year.

Also consider these QBs:

  • AJ Swann, Appalachian State ($7.3K)
  • Owen McCown, UTSA ($7.2K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Running Backs

Robert Henry Jr., UTSA ($6.7K)

I thought that Frank Harris was a generation-defining player at UTSA. I was wrong. It's Henry. Henry leads FBS with 8 yards per carry. That is an absolutely insane stat.

Tulane limited Henry last week, but he still had a modest 10.4 DraftKings points. South Florida's run defense has been a strength this year, but Tulane's is better. We will still see a good workload out of Henry and a solid point total.

Rashod Dubinion, Appalachian State ($5K)

The Arkansas transfer has at least nine DK points in every game, and has topped 15 in five of the eight games. Georgia Southern allows 240.9 rushing yards per game. Only Eastern Michigan is worse in the FBS ranks. Dubinion has a higher ceiling than anyone but Brown. His price is an absolute gift.

Also consider these RBs

  • OJ Arnold, Georgia Southern ($6.4K)
  • Nykahi Davenport, South Florida ($5.5K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Wide Receivers

Camden Brown, Georgia Southern ($6.3K)

Brown has double-digit DK points in every game this season. Appalachian State allows 261.8 passing yards per game. That's 123rd out of 136 FBS teams. I mentioned earlier about French IV piling up passing yards lately. This is Georgia Southern's best passing matchup of the season. Plan accordingly.

Chas Nimrod, South Florida ($5.1K)

Freshman Jeremiah Koger has been outstanding with Nimrod out. Even if Nimrod returns for this game (he is progressing towards playing according to coach Alex Golesh), he may not be the leading target anymore.

That said, I think Nimrod takes far more work from Keshaun Singleton than Koger. Nimrod is still the best playmaker for the Bulls at receiver. If Nimrod is active, he could be a steal at this price.

Davion Dozier, Appalachian State ($4.8K)

Reports are that AJ Swann has taken back the starting QB job for the Mountaineers after leading App State on the comeback last week, but falling just short. If that is the case, I like the App State receivers a lot more.

Swann is a pocket passer, and Dozier has scored a touchdown in all four games that he has played in this season. He became the alpha receiver immediately upon his return and still isn't priced like it.

Kanen Hamlett, Appalachian State ($3K)

Hamlett caught his first touchdown of the season, one of his season-high six receptions, from Swann in the fourth quarter last week. Swann is better at going through progressions, meaning Hamlett will be in line for more receptions if he can keep getting open.

Also consider these WRs:

  • Jeremiah Koger, South Florida ($6K)
  • Devin McCuin, UTSA ($5.3K)
  • Jaden Barnes, Appalachian State ($5K)
  • David Amador II, UTSA ($4.4K)

DraftKings CFB Stacks

Georgia Southern vs. Appalachian State

App State's run defense is solid, so you want to attack them through the air. French has been impressive over the last month. Impressive enough to use multiple receivers from this team.

Brown and Dalen Cobb have both caught at least three passes in every game. The Eagles still take to the air in any game and any situation. I expect them to do so more here since Appalachian State directs traffic to the air much like Duke does.

Even Marcus Sanders Jr. is worth a look here as the unquestioned third receiver. Josh Dallas is still nursing a hip injury, but nothing has been said about his availability. This WR room has hit a rash of injuries, leaving them with few backup options. The top three play more than the top three for most teams.

My reasoning for using O.J. Arnold is strictly volume-based. He gets enough carries to have a solid game and will carry little ownership because of the other good options at RB that are cheaper than Arnold.

Any three or four-man stack of Georgia Southern should be run back with Swann and Dozier.

South Florida vs. UTSA

It's easy to forget about everyone else on South Florida's team because of how dynamic Brown is. Many will just run Brown and forget it. That's not the play. Brown has at least 200 passing yards in every game. He's still going to throw the ball.

Koger's emergence with Nimrod out likely leaves the freshman as the alpha, but Nimrod is still the dynamic playmaker. There is room for both in this offense and in our DFS lineups.

Also consider these stacks:

  • Georgia Southern
  • UTSA (GPP only)
