DraftKings CFB DFS Lineup Picks: Daily College Fantasy Football Late Saturday Slate (11/1/25)

Hawaii Rainbow Warriors - NCAA College Team Logo

Mike Marteny's DraftKings daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the Saturday (11/1/25) late slate in Week 10. His CFB DFS lineup picks and DFS sleepers will help you win.

We have a late slate back tonight with Pac-12 after dark rebranded as a Big 12 conference game, and Cincinnati is invited to the party. Hawaii also had to make the trip to the mainland. Poor guys!

We start 11 hours after College Game Day ends in Salt Lake City, so everyone should be good and drunk when Utah and Cincinnati take the field. Has there ever been this big a gap between the end of the show and the actual game? We end in San Jose, with Hawaii traveling to the mainland for a passing extravaganza. This is a very powerful two-game slate!

In this article, I will provide you with my daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the late DraftKings slate on 11/1/25, starting at 10:15 pm Eastern. I’ll give multiple player suggestions for players at quarterback, running back, and wide receiver, aiming to highlight one option at the high, middle, and lower end of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Quarterbacks

Brendan Sorsby, Cincinnati ($7.9K)

You won't find a better chart for any player on any team. The only one who might come close is Haynes King. Sorsby leads the country in total touchdowns, takes care of the ball, and is one of the most efficient players in the country. I bet only a few of you know this.

That means the ESECPN hype machine is doing its job, directing all the attention to Diego Pavia and Ty Simpson in the Heisman Trophy conversation. That's an argument for another day. We're here for the DFS.

Sorsby's low mark on the season was 19.2 DraftKings points against Central Florida. The next lowest was 23.4 against Nebraska. If Sorsby comes anywhere close to his DK point average of 29.8 against Utah on the road, just start engraving the Heisman now. That's the best QB performance you'll see this season.

Walker Eget, San Jose State ($7.7K)

This doesn't happen often, but our late slate is absolutely loaded at quarterback. Which two of the four that you choose will go a long way toward taking down this slate? All four of them are worth using, and I'm building multiple lineups to get exposure to all of them.

On paper, Hawaii's pass defense is better than it has been in a while. However, Eget has thrown at least 40 passes in a game five times this season. He has multiple passing touchdowns in four straight games. Unlike Sorsby and Devon Dampier, he doesn't have the rush ability. As far as pure passers go, he may be the best on the slate.

Also consider these QBs:

  • Devon Dampier, Utah ($8K)
  • Micah Alejado, Hawaii ($7.4K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Running Backs

Steve Chavez-Soto, San Jose State ($5.6K)

Chavez-Soto has done a solid job filling in for Floyd Chalk IV, who decided to redshirt and transfer after the season. He's not the beast in the passing game that Chalk is, but Chavez-Soto is more suited for running the football, which is really what Ken Niumatalolo wants to do anyway.

It's easier to attack Hawaii on the ground, so we may see more of Chavez-Soto. Eget and the passing game are still the key to winning this, but Chavez-Soto could still get loose a few times and make it worth playing him.

Tawee Walker, Cincinnati ($5K)

This wrecking ball could see 20 touches in this game with Evan Pryor out. Plan accordingly. Walker is one of the few backs who can stand toe-to-toe with the Utah defense and win some one-on-one matchups.

Also consider these RBs

  • Landon Sims, Hawaii ($5.3K)
  • NaQuari Rogers, Utah ($4.3K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Wide Receivers

Danny Scudero, San Jose State ($8.2K)

Scudero leads FBS in receiving yards with 876, despite missing three quarters of the last two games with an injury and having two bye weeks. Scudero has 15 more receptions than anyone else on the team and is nearly 400 yards ahead of the next closest receiver. He also has eight of Eget's 15 passing touchdowns.

Jackson Harris, Hawaii ($6K)

Pofele Ashlock is still the possession guy, but Harris is a big play waiting to happen. He has 19 receptions for 370 yards and four touchdowns in the last three games alone. He's the Hawaii receiver that you want.

Kyri Shoels, San Jose State ($5.3K)

You would think that with such a massive target hog like Scudero that all that would be left for everyone else is crumbs. That's not true. This offense plays fast and throws 40 passes a game or more. This is what we usually see from a Hawaii offense, right?

We'll see it on both sides tonight. Shoels has taken advantage of all the extra attention rolled to Scudero's side. He has 28 receptions in the last four games alone. Scudero gets most of the touchdowns, but Shoels still puts up good numbers on PPR sites like DraftKings.

Nick Cenacle, Hawaii ($4.7K)

Cenacle missed six weeks with a knee injury, but he has been lightning in a bottle since his return. Cenacle has 13 receptions for 127 yards and a touchdown in two games since his return. Harris has a lot more upside, but Cenacle gives you decent bang for your buck.

Also consider these WRs:

  • Pofele Ashlock, Hawaii ($6.4K)
  • Ryan Davis, Utah ($5.5K)
  • Cyrus Allen, Cincinnati ($4K)
  • Dallen Bentley, Utah ($3.7K)

DraftKings CFB Stacks

Hawaii vs. San Jose State - Game Stack

Both Cincinnati and Utah are known for their defenses, so this is an easy call to make. The bad news is that everyone else in our DraftKings tournaments realizes the same thing.

The contrarian among us will run a 3/3/1/1 lineup with three each of SJSU and Hawaii, while running one player from each side of the Cincinnati-Utah game. 3/3/2 and 4/3/1 builds will also be popular. That makes it a lot more difficult to set ourselves apart, and it's why I will be running some 4/2/2 and 5/2/1 stacks.

Neither Cincinnati nor Utah has enough to run a three-man with. If you can find a 5/1/1/1 build that you like, this could be your time to shine. Something crazy like that could take down this slate.

Both Hawaii and San Jose have viable five-man stacks. San Jose's would be Eget, Chavez-Soto, Scudero, Shoels, and Leland Smith. Some may want to deviate from this with Lamar Radcliffe instead of Chavez-Soto. Radcliffe had a better game against Utah State before the bye.

Hawaii is more straightforward. Alejado, Sims, Ashlock, Cenacle, and Harris are the ones you want. If you want to run a four-man Hawaii stack that will be different but risky, leave out Ashlock instead of Sims. Not only will that save you money for San Jose pieces, but nearly every Hawaii stack will have Ashlock.

I'll have singular pieces of Walker from Cincinnati and Bentley from Utah. An interesting way to play this is to use Sorsby and leave out Eget or Alejado.

Also consider these other stacks:

  • Cincinnati (GPP only)
  • Utah (GPP only)
