Once you get into the fourth round of the NFL Draft, the talent starts to drop off. Players are drafted for depth and potential at this point in the draft. Additionally, players drafted at this point may play less valuable positions, such as running back. However, that does not mean fourth-round draft picks cannot pan out. Steve Largent, Dak Prescott, and Cris Carter are just a few of the great names from this round. Let’s see who from the 2025 class could join them.

Some of the 2025 fourth-round picks have already produced as rookies. From running backs to wide receivers to linebackers, we saw solid play from some of these youngsters. You never know who will break out in Year 2 as well. The growth young players can experience from one year to the next can be exponential.

With the 2026 NFL Draft approaching, let's see who from the 2025 fourth round graded best in our book. Expectations are adjusted based on draft position. Some players shattered expectations while others still fell well short. Let's dive in.

Pick 138. Jordan Watkins, WR, San Francisco 49ers

Despite the 49ers’ injuries at wide receiver, Jordan Watkins was unable to crack the lineup very often. He only recorded two receptions on the season.

Final Grade: D-

Pick 137. Joshua Farmer, DT, New England Patriots

Although he did not receive a lot of playing time in 2025, Joshua Farmer played an important role as a depth piece for a team that relied heavily on rookies on both sides of the ball. Farmer has a chance to grow with a quality coaching staff and other youngsters around him.

Final Grade: C

Pick 136. Elic Ayomanor, WR, Tennessee Titans

Elic Ayomanor quickly became one of quarterback Cameron Ward’s preferred targets in the passing game. He is a relatively large target with a big catch radius. He should slot in nicely as a quality pass catcher as this offense continues to develop.

Pick 135. Tonka Hemingway, DT, Las Vegas Raiders

Tonka Hemingway managed four sacks despite limited overall production in 2025. Still, that is a promising stat for a late fourth-round rookie defensive tackle. Perhaps he can develop into a solid player for the Raiders.

Final Grade: C

Pick 134. Que Robinson, LB, Denver Broncos

Que Robinson slowly made his way onto the field as the season wore on. He found himself buried on one of the best defensive depth charts in the league to begin his career. He might be able to continue ascending up the depth chart over the next couple of seasons.

Final Grade: C-

Pick 133. Jalen Royals, WR, Kansas City Chiefs

The Chiefs keep swinging on wide receivers, and frankly, they keep missing. Jalen Royals caught a grand total of two passes during his rookie year, leaving the Chiefs with more questions at a vulnerable position.

Final Grade: D-

Pick 132. Ruben Hyppolite II, LB, Chicago Bears

Ruben Hyppolite II barely saw the field for the Bears in 2025. He was a depth piece and needed development. Perhaps he can find his way onto the field in 2026.

Pick 131. Quincy Riley, CB, New Orleans Saints

Quincy Riley did not make a huge statistical impact on the Saints’ defense, but he graded as a middle-of-the-pack cornerback this season according to PFF. That is certainly nothing to sneeze at from a fourth-round rookie. The Saints may have found themselves a nice addition to their secondary for the next several years.

Final Grade: C+

Pick 130. Malachi Moore, S, New York Jets

Malachi Moore was just what the Jets needed in 2025. He racked up 101 tackles as he swarmed to the ball. He did not help the pass defense of the Jets, which historically finished with zero interceptions on the season. However, he looks like a solid building block for a team devoid of talent.

Final Grade: B-

Pick 129. Teddye Buchanan, LB, Baltimore Ravens

Teddye Buchanan was a solid player for the Ravens in 2025. He did well to follow ball carriers and rack up plenty of tackles. He did much more than many would expect from a fourth-round linebacker.

Final Grade: B

Pick 128. Jaylin Lane, WR, Washington Commanders

On a team in desperate need of wide receiver help, Jaylin Lane did very little to make an impact in 2025. The Commanders seem likely to heavily address the position this offseason, which will limit Lane’s opportunities to make a mark for himself in Washington.

Final Grade: D+

Pick 127. Jalen Travis, OT, Indianapolis Colts

Talk about a nice find in the fourth round. Jalen Travis performed admirably for the Colts in 2025. He graded 33^rd among eligible tackles according to PFF. He looks like he will fill a role in Indianapolis for many years.

Final Grade: B

Pick 126. Dylan Sampson, RB, Cleveland Browns

Dylan Sampson turned out to be a nice addition to the Browns’ backfield this past season. He emerged as a quality pass catcher behind Quinshon Judkins. These two youngsters should form a nice tandem for several years to come.

Final Grade: B-

Pick 125. Kyle Kennard, LB, Los Angeles Chargers

Kyle Kennard did not have a huge role in 2025. He only recorded five total tackles on the year. Perhaps his role will grow in 2026.

Final Grade: D

Pick 124. Barryn Sorrell, DE, Green Bay Packers

Barryn Sorrell made the most of a limited run in 2025. He recorded 15 total tackles and 1.5 sacks. Sorrell could take a step forward in 2026 with the right coaching.

Final Grade: D+

Pick 123. Jack Sawyer, DE, Pittsburgh Steelers

Jack Sawyer was a perfect addition to the Steelers’ defense with his no-nonsense mentality. He did not make a massive impact in Year 1, but he managed to flash the talent he often displayed in college. With the Steelers’ defense aging, Sawyer has a massive opportunity to make a huge impact on this team in 2026.

Final Grade: C

Pick 122. Lathan Ransom, S, Carolina Panthers

Lathan Ransom was a nice addition to the Panthers’ secondary in 2025. He was part of the team’s overall defensive turnaround this past season. He should only continue to improve under the tutelage of defensive coordinator Ejiro Evero.

Pick 121. David Walker, LB, Tampa Bay Buccaneers

David Walker did not play for the Buccaneers in 2025 after tearing his ACL in training camp. As such, we will have to wait until the 2026 season to truly assess his performance.

Final Grade: D

Pick 120. Gunnar Helm, TE, Tennessee Titans

Tight ends rarely make a large impact as rookies, but Gunnar Helm flashed solid ability in 2026. Helm finished with 357 receiving yards and two touchdowns on the season. With No. 1 tight end Chig Okonkwo entering free agency, Helm is a true breakout candidate in 2026.

Final Grade: C+

Pick 119. Barrett Carter, LB, Cincinnati Bengals

Barrett Carter was one of the lone bright spots on a terrible Bengals’ defense in 2025. He recorded 106 total tackles and an interception on the season. He has serious potential on this defense moving forward.

Final Grade: A-

Pick 118. Billy Bowman Jr., S, Atlanta Falcons

Billy Bowman Jr. did not quite live up to the same hype as his fellow defensive draft classmates on the Falcons. To make matters worse, he suffered a torn Achilles tendon in November, jeopardizing his 2026 season.

Final Grade: D+

Pick 117. Jarquez Hunter, RB, Los Angeles Rams

Jarquez Hunter was unable to earn much playing time in 2025. He played on special teams in five games but was inactive otherwise. With two quality backs entrenched atop the Rams’ depth chart, Hunter’s future opportunities feel slim.

Final Grade: F

Pick 116. Woody Marks, RB, Houston Texans

Woody Marks was a much-needed revelation for the Texans in 2025. He brought life to an otherwise lifeless running game. Marks has real juice, but he profiles as a committee back. Either way, he will continue to have a role in this offense.

Final Grade: B-

Pick 115. Cody Simon, LB, Arizona Cardinals

Cody Simon made a bit of a statement with the Cardinals in 2025. While he was not an elite player, he was a solid defender on a defense begging for playmakers. With 76 total tackles and 0.5 sacks to his name, Simon could develop into a solid linebacker for Arizona.

Final Grade: B-

Pick 114. Trevor Etienne, RB, Carolina Panthers

Trevor Etienne began his career primarily playing on special teams. However, he earned a small role in the Panthers’ offense as the season wore on. Although that role did not include a lot of touches, Etienne was on the field. With Chuba Hubbard’s production waning and Rico Dowdle potentially departing, Etienne could carve out a solid role for himself in 2026.

Final Grade: C-

Pick 113. CJ West, DT, San Francisco 49ers

CJ West made a small impact on the 49ers’ defense this season, recording 21 total tackles and a sack. On a team that was ravaged by injuries, West did not break out. However, there is certainly an opportunity for him moving forward.

Final Grade: C

Pick 112. Danny Stutsman, LB, New Orleans Saints

While not a gamebreaker, Danny Stutsman recorded 53 total tackles on the season. That is nothing to sneeze at, particularly for a fourth-round rookie trying to figure out the NFL. Stutsman may have a nice, bright future in New Orleans if he can build off his rookie year.

Final Grade: B-

Pick 111. Ty Robinson, DT, Philadelphia Eagles

While the Eagles are often known for their very impactful draft picks, some of them take some time to get going. Ty Robinson recorded just five total tackles on the season, making him a non-factor.

Final Grade: D

Pick 110. Arian Smith, WR, New York Jets

Primarily a special teams player, Arian Smith made little impact on the Jets’ offense. New York has a lot to figure out with this group, having rotated a revolving door of players throughout the season.

Final Grade: D

Pick 109. Deone Walker, DT, Buffalo Bills

Deone Walker was a solid player for the Bills this year, making a legitimate impact. He graded as a mid-range defensive lineman during the season. He definitely outperformed his fourth-round expectations.

Final Grade: B-

Pick 108. Dont'e Thornton Jr., WR, Las Vegas Raiders

Dont'e Thornton was brought in as the Raiders’ second wide receiver in this draft. He ended up beating out second-round selection Jack Bech for a role in the Raiders’ offense to begin the season. However, his final stat line of 135 receiving yards and no touchdowns was less than impressive.

Final Grade: D

Pick 107. Jack Kiser, LB, Jacksonville Jaguars

Jack Kiser was drafted into a defense that did not need a lot of help. As such, he was relegated to a backup role. However, as with any year in the NFL, everything can shift on a dime. Perhaps Kiser can compete for a legitimate role this season.

Final Grade: C

Pick 106. Craig Woodson, S, New England Patriots

Craig Woodson played a huge role on a Patriots team that heavily relied on rookies to get them to the Super Bowl. While New England ultimately fell short, Woodson looks like a staple in their secondary for years to come.

Final Grade: B

Pick 105. Cam Skattebo, RB, New York Giants

Cam Skattebo slid perhaps further than a lot of people thought he might in April. He found the perfect landing spot as his eccentric personality and hard-hitting mentality fit in well in New York. Unfortunately, Skattebo suffered a dislocated ankle during his rookie year, but his production prior to the injury spoke for itself.

Pick 104. Bhayshul Tuten, RB, Jacksonville Jaguars

Bhayshul Tuten was a nice later-round find for the Jaguars. He complemented Travis Etienne Jr. very well. He is lightning fast and should continue to play a nice role in this offense.

Final Grade: B

Pick 103. Chimere Dike, WR, Tennessee Titans

Chimere Dike was an excellent selection for the Titans in April. He made the Pro Bowl and First-Team All-Pro as a returner. He also made a solid mark as a receiver. He is a building block for a Titans team devoid of playmakers.
