ANALYSIS: The Jacksonville Jaguars defense has been hot and cold this season. They are the 13th-highest scoring D/ST in the NFL, averaging 7.1 fantasy points per game. Jacksonville has forced 20 turnovers this year, including 11 interceptions. Furthermore, they have 24 sacks and two defensive touchdowns.
Josh Allen has been the team’s top pass rusher in 2023. He has 12 sacks heading into Week 13. More importantly, the former Kentucky star had the fifth-most sacks in the NFL heading into the weekend.
Meanwhile, the Jaguars defense has been playing well lately. Despite facing two explosive offenses since the bye week, they have eight sacks and two forced turnovers. More importantly, Jacksonville has an excellent fantasy football matchup in Week 13.
They face the Joe Burrow-less Cincinnati Bengals tomorrow night. Last week, the Pittsburgh Steelers defense had four sacks and an interception against the Bengals, scoring 11 fantasy points. While the Jaguars don’t have an elite defense, they should put up similar fantasy points against Cincinnati.
