Week 15 Stream Team - Free Agent and Bye-Week Streamers

Kipp Heisterman picks his All-Stream Team for Week 15. These fantasy football free agents could be valuable streamers and waiver wire pickups or adds.

Now that the playoffs are in full swing in most leagues and the final march for a championship has begun, streaming becomes a  necessary strategy. Knowing who to add and when to start them could be the ultimate difference-maker in a weekly matchup. Making the right streaming decisions could easily be the difference in winning a championship.

Each week, I will create a team of streamers for you to choose from. They will be broken down based on ownership levels and league size. I will make specific recommendations for 14, 12, and 10-team leagues to give you the most guidance possible when selecting a streamer. 14-team streamers will be players with ownership levels around 15%, 12-teamers will be around 30%, and 10-teamers will be around the 45% mark. Keep in mind that just because a player is listed as a streamer for a particular league size, it does not mean you can't use them in a different league size. For instance, if a 12-team league streamer is available in your 14-team league, by all means, use them accordingly.

Let's take a look at Week 15's best streaming options with some highlighted players to keep an especially close eye on.

Be sure to check all of our fantasy football rankings for 2025:

Stream Team for 14-Team Leagues

Ryan Fitzpatrick (QB, MIA) - 24% Owned

Ryan Fitzpatrick has had an up and down season overall but has performed quite well since Week 7. This week, he gets a solid matchup vs. the Giants Defense, which he should be able to take advantage of.

The Giants have been rather generous to quarterbacks as they have allowed 277 passing yards per game, which ranks seventh-worst in the league. They have also allowed 24 passing touchdowns, which ranks eighth-worst in the league. The Dolphins are 3.5 point underdogs in this game as well, so you could see some added passing attempts for Fitzpatrick late in the game.

Peyton Barber (RB, TB) - 23% Owned

The last time I recommended Barber was vs. the Jaguars in Week 13 where he scored two touchdowns on 17 carries for 44 rushing yards. We got rather lucky considering he only averaged 2.6ypc, yet managed to put up over 18 fantasy points. This week he gets another solid matchup vs. the Lions Defense that he just may be able to exploit.

The Lions are allowing 23.8 fantasy points per game to running backs, which ranks fourth-worst in the league. This in large part because they allow 99.8 rushing yards per game, 4.12ypc, and 11 total rushing touchdowns. They also allow running backs to haul in an average of 5.3 receptions for 56.5 receiving yards per game and have given up eight receiving touchdowns to the position. Barber has seen double-digit carries in the previous three weeks, so if he is able to see the same type of usage this week, he could have a solid game. The Bucs are also favored by 3.5 points, which makes it plausible they will be running the ball late to milk the clock.

Ian Thomas (TE, CAR) - 2% Owned

This recommendation is going to be based on whether or not Greg Olsen suits up. Olsen missed last week due to being in concussion protocol and it is feasible they could be cautious with him moving forward considering they are out of playoff contention. In any event, it will be important to monitor the Panther's injury report leading up to Sunday. If Olsen does not play, Thomas could be in for a big day.

The Seahawks have been abysmal vs. tight ends this season. They rank only behind the Cardinals and Raiders in terms of fantasy points allowed to the position. On the season, they have allowed 84 receptions for 918 yards and six touchdowns. These rank second-worst, second-worst, and seventh-worst, respectively. Thomas was the lead tight end last week and managed to haul in five of his whopping 10 targets for 57 yards and a touchdown. The performance was good for over 16 points in a PPR league. He could easily have the same type of success this week if given another opportunity to start. Add in the fact that the total in this game is the third-highest on the board at 48 with the Panthers being six-point underdogs, and you have a situation where they could easily be in comeback mode and throwing the ball a ton.

Stream Team for 12-Team Leagues

Jacoby Brissett (QB, IND) - 38% Owned

Jacoby Brissett was recommended vs. the porous Buccaneers Defense last week and managed to put up over 20 fantasy points by throwing for 251 yards and two touchdowns. He has another solid matchup this week vs. the Saints and should be able to continue his successful season.

The Saints are allowing quarterbacks to throw for 263.8 yards per game and have allowed a total of 23 passing touchdowns. This equates to them allowing 19.1 fantasy points per game, which ranks 10th-worst in the league. The total in this game is set at 46 and the Saints are a massive nine-point favorite. This immediately tells me that Indianapolis is going to be in heavy pass-mode for a good portion of this game. The volume alone should make Brissett a worthwhile streamer in Week 15.

Deandre Washington (RB, OAK) - 28% Owned

Deandre Washington is another streamer that will require monitoring the Raider's injury report. If Josh Jacobs does not play again in Week 15, Washington becomes a must stream. Last week in Jacobs' absence, Washington had 20 total touches for 96 total yards and a touchdown. The performance was good for over 20 points in a PPR league. This week, he will have another solid matchup vs. the Jaguars Defense.

The Jags defense has been horrid vs. the run this season. They are allowing running backs to rush for 119 yards per game, which is third-worst in the league behind only the Dolphins and Panthers. They have also allowed running backs to rush for 14 touchdowns, which ranks second-worst in the league. They do not defend the pass out of the backfield very well either as they have allowed 61 receptions for 588 receiving yards. This all equates to them allowing 24.1 fantasy points per game to the position, which also ranks second-worst in the league. The Raiders are favored by 6.5 points in what will be the last game for them in Oakland. It is a smash spot for Washington if he gets the nod.

Darius Slayton (WR, NYG) - 39% Owned

Darius Slayton has been a hot commodity over the past several weeks. He has averaged 9.5 targets per game since Week 10, which is solid, to say the least. Many thought his production could die down last week with the insertion of Eli Manning, but he was still targeted eight times and managed to haul in five receptions for 154 yards and two scores. This performance was the best of his season thus far and amounted to over 35 fantasy points in PPR leagues. He will get another opportunity to shine this week vs. an awful Miami Dolphins pass defense.

The Dolphins are allowing wide receivers to average 166 receiving yards per game. While this is not an eye-popping stat, the fact that they have allowed 22 receiving touchdowns is. Slayton should be able to thrive vs. this defense as he has shown himself to be a big-time playmaker and that is exactly what the Dolphins have struggled to stop this season. He has managed to get into the end zone seven times in 2019 and we should expect him to do it again in Week 15.

Stream Team for 10-Team Leagues

Duke Johnson (RB, HOU) - 55% Owned

Duke Johnson is sort of a dart throw this week, but he could turn out to have major upside in this week's matchup vs. the Titans.

The total in this game is the highest on the board with 50 points, which automatically points to a lot of passing, and this is where Duke is at his best. Add in the fact that the Titans Defense is abysmal vs. pass-catching backs, and you have a major recipe for success. The Titans have allowed running backs to haul in 85 receptions for 643 receiving yards. These rank second-worst and fourth-worst in the league, respectively. If this game turns into a ping-pong match where both teams are moving the ball down the field at will, Johnson will almost certainly have a role, especially if Will Fuller misses yet another game. Last week with Fuller out, Johnson was targeted eight times and managed to catch six passes for 40 yards. It was good for just over 10 points in a PPR league. He could have another solid performance headed his way in Week 15 similar to the one he had in Week 12, though. In Week 12, Johnson ran nine times for 36 yards and managed to haul in five of six targets for 54 yards and a touchdown. This performance was good for over 20 points in a PPR league. This is the type of performance we will be looking for this coming Sunday.

A.J. Brown (WR, TEN) - 46% Owned

A.J. Brown has put up solid performances in two of his previous three games. In these games, he has managed a total of nine receptions for 288 receiving yards and three touchdowns. His target share makes him a bit of a boom-or-bust candidate as he has only averaged 4.6 targets per game over the season and 5.3 per game the previous three games, but this week's matchup vs. Houston could provide another opportunity to boom.

The Texans allow wide receivers to average 159.4 receiving yards per game and have allowed 15 receiving touchdowns. They also allow 22.9 fantasy points per game to the position, which ranks 14th-worst in the league. The total in this game as mentioned above is the highest on the board at 50, which should lead to plenty of passing on both sides of the ball. Brown is by no means a safe play this week, but the upside cannot be ignored.

Jimmy Graham (TE, GB) - 44% Owned

Jimmy Graham has not found himself mentioned in this article on many occasions this season, and for good reason, as he has had some abysmal performances in 2019. This week vs. the Bears Defense could be an opportunity for him to put up a solid fantasy performance.

The Bears have allowed the third-most receptions (81) and seventh-most yards (766) to the tight end position. They also allow tight ends to score 7.7 fantasy points per game, which ranks 12th-worst in the league. In his first meeting against the Bears in Week 1, Graham managed to haul in three of five targets for 30 yards and a touchdown. The performance was good for 12 fantasy points in a PPR league. If he can come close to replicating this type of success, he will be in for a solid day at the tight end position.
