DraftKings NIT Final Four CBB DFS Lineup Picks For 3/28/23 - Daily Fantasy College Basketball Advice

CBB DFS lineup picks DraftKings NCAA daily college fantasy basketball

Today's DraftKings college basketball DFS lineup picks for 3/28/23. Mike Marteny's CBB daily fantasy advice and lineup sleepers to help you win on DraftKings.

As with the NCAA Tournament this season, the NIT saw a ton of upsets as well. Utah Valley got a win on their home court in the first televised game ever held at their campus to vault their way into the NIT Final Four. Instead of being held in Madison Square Garden, the NIT is taking their show to Vegas this year. You can bet half the population of Orem, Utah will be there as well to cheer on the Wolverines.

The NIT at least has two of the top eight seeds in the Final Four, although just like the big tournament, no one-seeds made it. The two seeds (North Texas and Wisconsin) take on each other. The nightcap is four-seed UAB taking on the aforementioned Wolverines, a six seed.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy college basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on March 28, 2023, starting at 7 pm Eastern. I’ll provide multiple player suggestions at guard and forward, aiming to highlight one option at the high, middle, and lower end of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings CBB DFS Guards

Tylor Perry, North Texas ($8,400)

Perry has cleared 20 points and 30 DraftKings points in all three NIT games so far. He's a volume shooter who can and will carry the team when he gets hot. Maybe even when he doesn't. Perry took 21 shots against Oklahoma State – 14 of them from three-point land – and only made seven. Still, he brought down some boards and got to the line to put up good numbers with his 20 points. Expect another inefficient game against Wisconsin, but his volume should have him hitting value anyway.

Trey Woodbury, Utah Valley ($7,500)

Woodbury came up big in the biggest event in campus history last week in the win over Cincinnati. He went for 17 points, seven assists, and six rebounds in 35 minutes. That's not an isolated incident. Woodbury has at least 30 DraftKings points in six straight games. That means once tournament time hit, Woodbury found another gear and propelled the Wolverines into the NIT Final Four. Expect Woodbury to keep up these big-time performances on the big stage!

Le'Tre Darthard, Utah Valley ($6,000)

Darthard isn't all that efficient as a scorer, but he piles up stats across every category. He has 29 points, 11 rebounds, five assists, seven steals, and three blocks in the three games of the NIT so far. We'll take the iffy scoring if he's going to keep stacking peripherals like that.

Also consider: Jordan Walker, UAB ($8,100); Justin Harmon, Utah Valley ($7,200); Eric Gaines, UAB ($6,800); Kai Huntsberry, North Texas ($6,600); Max Klesmit, Wisconsin ($5,300)

DraftKings CBB DFS Forwards

Aziz Bandaogo, Utah Valley ($7,700)

Bandaogo abused an undersized Cincinnati team up front in the quarterfinals, notching 15 points, 12 rebounds, and four blocks in his 34 minutes. UAB is a similar team to Cincinnati. They are a guard-oriented offense and not all that big. If Utah Valley is going to advance, they are going to need Bandaogo to make his presence felt again. He hasn't been under 25 DraftKings points since February 25, so the floor is safe for the Akron transfer.

Tyler Wahl, Wisconsin ($7,400)

Wisconsin is a fairly deep team without a true star player. That makes them a DFS nightmare. Steven Crowl went nuts against Bradley in the opening round but hasn't come anywhere close to that output in the last two rounds. Crowl probably has the highest upside, but Wahl is the only one that gives us solid stat lines almost every game. He only made one shot from the floor and scored five points against Oregon in the quarterfinals, but he still racked up 27.75 DraftKings points. I'm chasing peripherals with Wisconsin and nothing else. They're just too inconsistent.

Moulaye Sissoko, North Texas ($4,800)

With Abou Ousmane out for personal reasons the last two games, Sissoko is the one that stepped up against Oklahoma State. He posted 12 points and 15 rebounds in the upset win in Stillwater. He was a non-factor in the first game without Ousmane, but the Mean Green will need Sissoko's size against the Badgers much like they did against Oklahoma State last week. Expecting another double-double seems too optimistic, but he should still hit value at this price.

Also consider: Trey Jemison, UAB ($7,300); Aaron Scott, North Texas ($7,100); Tim Fuller, Utah Valley ($6,000); Jayden Martinez, North Texas ($4,000)
