Doug's best MLB player prop bets for today (6/16/2026). Bet his home run props (HR props) and win money betting on MLB player props, including Juan Soto, JJ Bleday, and others!
Happy Tuesday, RotoBaller family! I hope we all had a great weekend and that you followed our advice to put some extra scratch in your pockets. Kevin came through on Sunday with a +830 win on Matt Chapman, and Jamie hit a +310 bet on Pete Crow-Armstrong last night. Tonight, we look to continue that success.
You know we are going to take advantage of Cincinnati, which has the best home run hitting ballpark in 2026 and a couple of gas cans on the mound. There’s no game in Colorado, but that doesn’t mean the Rockies are out of play, and we will also look to feature one of the hottest hitters in the game. There’s a lot to like tonight, so read on to get those picks and some bonus plays hidden in the narrative.
Below, you'll read about my favorite home run props from MLB games on Tuesday, June 16, 2026. The current odds given reflect the best price as of the publication, but remember to always shop around at other sportsbooks so you can get more value on your wagers. Odds can vary significantly from one sportsbook to another.

Juan Soto OVER 0.5 Home Runs (+210 FanDuel)
As you may have noticed, I’ve been writing this article every Tuesday this season, and it seems like the guy I write up more than anyone else is Juan Soto. He’s been incredible this season, blasting 15 home runs, including 11 against right-handed pitching. He’s hot right now, producing two hits in each of the past four games heading into Monday night.
One of the biggest reasons Soto has been hitting righties so well is that he’s pounding the ball at a 48% Hard%. That has led to a .598 SLG and a .291 ISO. He’s been great against Brady Singer in his career, producing a .400 AVG and a .500 SLG in 10 at-bats.
Singer has been terrible so far this season, allowing 17 home runs in 61 innings of work, a 2.5 HR/9. He’s been even worse at home, giving up 3.4 HR/9; nine home runs in just five games. He’s been particularly bad against left-handed bats, allowing a .604 SLG. The The
Great American Ballpark has been the second-best home run stadium by Park Factor over the past three seasons. This season, it has been the most homer-friendly ballpark by Park Factor. If Singer gets pulled early, the Red bullpen has given up the fourth-most home runs this season, making Soto an even better option to hit one out tonight, even with his low odds; just because it’s “easy” doesn’t mean it’s wrong.
JJ Bleday OVER 0.5 Home Runs (+340 Fanatics)
Given how great a hitting environment the Great American Ballpark is, let’s go back-to-back and take another bat in this game. For this bet, we are going to head to the other dugout and rock with JJ Bleday. The former highly-touted prospect had come into his own this year with 12 home runs in just 42 games played. He’s hitting righties particularly well, hitting 83% of his home runs off of them.
He leads the team with a .635 SLG and a .357 ISO, and walks nearly as frequently as he’s struck out. His ability to see the ball well will give him more opportunities to put it in play and get one over the fence. He’s been far better at home, hitting a home run every 9.6 at-bats as opposed to one every 18.2 at-bats on the road.

Kodai Senga looks set to return from the IL for this start, and before that, he was really bad. He allowed five home runs in 8.1 innings in the three games before his injury. Senga was terrible against left-handed bats, allowing a .610 SLG and a 45.2% Hard%.
Putting him in such a hitter-friendly park for his first start is not ideal for him, but it’s great for Bleday bettors. Yes, I’ll advocate a sprinkle on a Soto and Bleday parlay to try to get the most out of this great hitting environment.
