ANALYSIS: New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers is the QB16 for the year, averaging 14.1 fantasy points per game. He has averaged 1.5 passing touchdowns and 14.9 fantasy points per game since Week 1, totaling two or more scores in 66.7% of those contests.
Surprisingly, Rodgers’ play hasn’t turned into success for the Jets. Last year, they had a 4-3 record through seven games with Zach Wilson under center. By comparison, New York has a 2-5 record through seven games with Rodgers despite recently trading for Davante Adams.

While the Jets’ season might be holding on by a thread, the veteran quarterback is a solid low-end QB1/high-end QB2 option for fantasy players. Rodgers has an excellent set of weapons, led by Adams and Garrett Wilson. More importantly, he has several fantasy-friendly matchups over the next few weeks.
Rodgers isn’t an ideal rest-of-season option for fantasy players. However, he is a solid streaming option and bye-week replacement.
