Welcome back to our Two-Start Pitcher Streamers article - Waiver Wire Streamers and Starts for Week 15, from July 3 to July 9. With plenty of teams with seven games on their schedule this week, we're looking at a bunch of two-start pitchers. There are very few safe streamers this week, but there are still chances for you to get ahead with some of this week's two-start pitchers.

For those new to this recurring column, each week this fantasy baseball waiver wire pickups column will identify starting pitchers expected to make two starts in the upcoming week. It can be considered as fantasy baseball streamers ahead of the Sunday night waiver wire run for leagues with weekly transactions.

There are 37 pitchers currently scheduled to make two starts during this period. We will be looking at pitchers who are less than 50% owned in Yahoo leagues. Listed will be those who are rostered over 50%, those who are best available under 50%, and risky options under 50%. There are a few other two-start pitchers available, but they should be avoided.

Best Available Two-Start Pitcher Streamers

Kyle Gibson (42% Rostered), Baltimore Orioles

Scheduled Starts: @ NYY, @ MIN

With a 9.34 ERA in his last three starts, Kyle Gibson looks to be collapsing in front of our very eyes. However, Gibson also has a 3.42 FIP and 23.5% strikeout rate in that same stretch.

While the Yankees and Twins can do damage, they both sported an OPS under .690 in June. Expect Gibson to rack up strikeouts against a Twins team that leads the league with 849 strikeouts this season. Despite his recent skid, Gibson is the safest streaming option this week.

Kyle Hendricks (33% Rostered), Chicago Cubs

Scheduled Starts: @ MIL, @ NYY

In one of the more surprising developments of the season, seasoned veteran pitcher Kyle Hendricks holds a 2.81 ERA. It's a massive turnaround for the 33-year-old coming off two straight seasons with an ERA over 4.70.

There is concern that this may be a house of cards. Hendricks holds a ghastly 5.21 SIERA, 13.3% strikeout rate, and 17.4% whiff rate this season (all career lows). His groundball rate is also at just 42.9%, despite that being his bread and butter during his prime years.

With matchups against two bottom-10 offenses, this week is a good bet for Hendricks to continue his run, but don't bet the house on someone who is bound to implode sometime.

J.P. France (28% Rostered), Houston Astros

Scheduled Starts: vs. COL, vs. SEA

With a 3.13 ERA, 4.80 SIERA, and 17.7% strikeout rate, J.P. France falls in the same boat as Kyle Hendricks. With matchups at home against the Rockies (.663 team OPS on the road) and a bottom-10 Seattle offense (.693 OPS), France is a relatively safe streaming option this week.

Risky Two-Start Streamer Picks

Martin Perez (46% Rostered), Texas Rangers

Scheduled Starts: vs. HOU, @ WAS

With his start pushed from Sunday to Monday, Martin Perez makes his second straight appearance on this weekly deep dive into two-start streamers. Though this week, he gets a little upgrade. Martin Perez continued his up-and-down season with a six-inning, two-run, four-hit, no-decision start against Detroit. Through 16 starts this season, Perez sports a 4.28 ERA and a 15.4% strikeout rate.

This week's matchups are still somewhat dangerous. Perez's first matchup is against an Astros offense that has hung 29 runs in their last three games. His second start is against a beatable Nationals offense (.712 OPS). Don't go to Perez unless you have to.

Julio Teheran (41% Rostered), Milwaukee Brewers

Scheduled Starts: vs. CHC, vs. CIN

With a 1.53 ERA and 5.08 FIP going into last week, Teheran was one of the more obvious candidates for regression. Regress he did, surrendering seven hits, seven runs, and only striking out two batters in 5 2/3 innings. Don't expect the regression train to stop chugging this week with matchups against a calescent Cubs offense and the red-hot Reds.

Gavin Williams (40% Rostered), Cleveland Guardians

Scheduled Starts: vs. ATL, vs. KC

After a disappointing debut start against Oakland (5 2/3 innings, four hits, four runs), top Guardians prospect Gavin Williams rebounded with seven innings of one-hit ball against Kansas City. His stuff has been impressive through his first two starts, with an overall Stuff+ grade of 103.

While he'll likely repeat his stellar performance against the Royals this week, don't bet on a rookie pitcher having his best stuff against a robust and dominant Braves offense.

Domingo German (39% Rostered), New York Yankees

Scheduled Starts: vs. BAL, vs. CHC

In one of the more surprising perfect games in baseball history, Domingo German went all the way against the Oakland Athletics. In the two starts before that miracle, German allowed 15 earned runs across 5 1/3 innings. Baseball is a largely unpredictable sport, and German's perfect game proved just that. That should also be a lesson to not expect a repeat performance against two dangerous top-15 offenses.

Bryan Woo (29% Rostered), Seattle Mariners

Scheduled Starts: @ SF, @ HOU

Despite a 2.98 SIERA and 33.3% strikeout rate, Bryan Woo gets the risky designation. He has matchups against a Giants offense that has terrorized right-handed pitchers like Woo, with a .751 OPS this season against RHP. He'll take his next start against an Astros offense that has righted the ship with a .761 OPS in June.

While Woo is well worth holding onto, he's less enticing as a streaming option.

JP Sears (14% Rostered), Oakland Athletics

Scheduled Starts: @ DET, @ BOS

On the opposite end of German's perfect game was Oakland's JP Sears. Sears surrendered five earned runs in four innings to a struggling Yankees offense. With a matchup against a top-eight offense in the hitter-friendly Fenway Park, fade Sears this week.

Adam Wainwright (12% Rostered), St. Louis Cardinals

Scheduled Starts: @ MIA, @ CWS

With a 7.45 ERA and 10.7% strikeout rate, Adam Wainwright's days of fantasy glory are now a bygone era. While he gets two bottom-10 offenses this week, it isn't wise to place trust in a 41-year-old on his last legs.
