Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs (knee) is officially listed as questionable to play in his team's Week 12 matchup against the Minnesota Vikings. Jacobs suffered a knee contusion that forced him to exit early from his team's Week 11 win over the New York Giants and has been limited in practice this week as a result. The 27-year-old has recorded 885 scrimmage yards and 11 touchdowns on 197 touches across 10 games this season and profiles as a must-start fantasy running back against Minnesota if he's cleared to play. If Jacobs were out, Packers running back Emanuel Wilson would likely get the majority of Green Bay's backfield touches in Week 12. Third-year back Chris Brooks could factor into the mix as well. Wilson has recorded 289 scrimmage yards and a touchdown on 64 touches so far this season and would profile as a low-end fantasy RB2 if Jacobs is inactive against Minnesota.--Will Brady

The Green Bay Packers opened the 21-day practice window on wide receiver Jayden Reed (collarbone, foot) on Friday, according to Bill Huber of SI.com. Reed is practicing for the first time since breaking his collarbone in Week 2. The 25-year-old also had surgery to fix a Jones fracture in his foot. He is making progress and nearing a return, but he won't play this Sunday against the division-rival Minnesota Vikings and is unlikely to be back for the Thanksgiving Day game next Thursday against the division-rival Detroit Lions. That means the most realistic date for Reed to return would be on Sunday, Dec. 7, when the team takes on the division-rival Chicago Bears in Week 14. Reed has demonstrated a nose for the end zone early in his career, scoring 18 times in 35 regular-season games, but he'll probably be a volatile commodity in the fantasy playoffs in a crowded WR room in Green Bay when he finally returns.--Keith Hernandez

Green Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur said that running back Josh Jacobs (knee) is "feeling pretty good" and will practice again on Friday in a limited capacity, according to Matt Schneidman of The Athletic. Jacobs suffered a knee contusion in the Week 11 win over the New York Giants on Sunday and did not return because he could not bend his knee. The 27-year-old was listed as day-to-day earlier this week before missing practice on Wednesday. However, two back-to-back limited practices on Thursday and Friday should give him a chance to suit up in Week 12 against the division-rival Minnesota Vikings. Jacobs could end up questionable on the final injury report, but the star RB should at least have a shot to play this weekend. If he doesn't, Emanuel Wilson would be first in line for lead-back touches, with Chris Brooks backing him up.--Keith Hernandez

Green Bay Packers rookie first-round wide receiver Matthew Golden (shoulder, wrist) was limited for a second straight day due to shoulder and wrist injuries on Thursday, according to the team's official website. Golden sat out of the team's Week 10 game but returned in last week's win over the New York Giants to catch one of his three targets for 24 yards. The 22-year-old seems likely to be available this Sunday against the division-rival Minnesota Vikings, but he could draw a questionable designation going into that matchup if he can't upgrade to a full practice on Friday. Christian Watson (knee), Romeo Doubs (wrist), Dontayvion Wicks (calf), Savion Williams (foot), and Bo Melton (shoulder) are also on the injury report, but none of their injuries appear to be very serious. Golden, the 23rd overall pick in April, has struggled for any kind of consistency in his first year in the NFL, catching a total of 24 passes for 286 yards and no touchdowns on 32 targets in his first nine games.--Keith Hernandez

Green Bay Packers running backs coach Ben Sirmans said he thinks running back MarShawn Lloyd (hamstring) will play this year, according to Rob Demovsky of ESPN. "He's pretty excited about some of the things he's doing," Sirmans said. The RB coach said Lloyd told him, "I'm coming back and this is going to be it. It's the last time." The 24-year-old has yet to play in 2025 due to a hamstring injury, but Lloyd only played in one game in his rookie season due to injuries, too. He has been working his way into better shape away from the team, but it remains to be seen when he'll be activated from Injured Reserve. Lloyd could be getting closer to rejoining the team in practices, but he will not be available this Sunday when they play the division-rival Minnesota Vikings, potentially without star RB Josh Jacobs (knee). Lloyd is only rostered in 1% of Yahoo leagues right now.--Keith Hernandez

Green Bay Packers running back Josh Jacobs (knee) doesn't think it will take long for him to return after suffering a knee contusion in Sunday's win over the New York Giants, according to Rob Demovsky of ESPN. It's not a pain issue for Jacobs, but he'll need to get his range of motion back before he's cleared to play again. He said that he banged his knee on the second play of Sunday's game, and he didn't return because his knee swelled up fast, and he couldn't bend it. The 27-year-old did not practice on Wednesday but was seen doing individual drills on Thursday, giving him a chance to be active this Sunday against the division-rival Minnesota Vikings. Jacobs' Week 12 status is truly up in the air right now, and the Packers might play it safe and hold him out this weekend. If that happens, Emanuel Wilson will be in line for lead-back duties, with Chris Brooks serving in a change-of-pace RB2 role. UPDATE: Jacobs was officially limited on Thursday.--Keith Hernandez

Green Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur said that running back Josh Jacobs (knee) will do individual drills in practice on Thursday, according to Ryan Wood of USA Today Sports. From there, the Packers will see how Jacobs' knee is feeling before deciding how much he'll do for the remainder of Thursday's practice. Although Jacobs is still up in the air to play this Sunday against the division-rival Minnesota Vikings, the good news is that he'll at least be a limited practice participant after he wasn't on the field on Wednesday. The 27-year-old has been a must-start in all fantasy formats as a touchdown machine in 2025, but he's shaping up as a risky commodity in Week 12, even if he's eventually cleared by Sunday's contest. At the very least, fantasy managers should have already scooped up Emanuel Wilson off the waiver wire, as he will be in line for lead-back duties against the Vikes if Jacobs is limited or out in Week 12.--Keith Hernandez

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Matthew Golden (shoulder) was a limited participant in practice on Wednesday. The rookie ran routes off to the side, but he didn't catch any passes as the Packers began to prepare for Sunday's Week 12 contest against the Minnesota Vikings. Golden has been a disappointment in his first NFL season, frequently appearing on the injury report and catching just 24 passes for 286 yards and zero touchdowns through nine games. The Packers have a lengthy injury report on the offensive side of the ball with Tucker Kraft (knee) on IR, Josh Jacobs (knee) and Savion Williams (foot) not practicing, and Golden, Christian Watson (knee), Romeo Doubs (wrist), and Dontayvion Wicks (calf) all limited. If some of his fellow pass-catchers can't suit up this week, Golden would have a chance to emerge as Jordan Love's primary target, giving him WR3/flex appeal. On the other hand, he has his own injury concerns to deal with, and he'll likely need to log a full practice at some point to avoid being issued a "questionable" designation.--Andersen Pickard

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Romeo Doubs (wrist) was listed as a limited participant in practice on Wednesday. He pops up on the injury report with a wrist injury, which seems to be new for him. It doesn't sound like a serious issue, but fantasy managers should monitor the injury report throughout the week. Doubs could be asked to take on a bigger role this weekend with Christian Watson (knee), Matthew Golden (shoulder, wrist), and Dontayvion Wicks (calf) all on the injury report as well. Fantasy managers should check the injury report on Thursday and Friday, but Doubs figures to be good to go for Week 12.--Andy Webb

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Christian Watson (knee) was listed as a limited participant during Wednesday's practice session. This comes as no surprise given the Packers have been cautious with Watson since he returned to the field a few weeks ago. Watson returned in Week 8 after recovering from a torn ACL from last year. He posted his best game of the season last week when he hauled in four of his five targets for 46 yards and two touchdowns in the win over the New York Giants. Fantasy managers shouldn't have anything to worry about as Watson being limited is likely just a precaution. The Packers wideouts are extremely banged up right now, so Watson could be looking at a heavy workload in Week 12.--Andy Webb

Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love (shoulder) was a full participant during Wednesday's practice session. This is good news after Love was briefly forced to exit the game during Sunday's win over the New York Giants. Barring any setbacks, Love should be ready to go versus the Minnesota Vikings in Week 12. The Packers have a bunch of banged up players on offense, which could impact the fantasy value of Love, assuming they sit out. Fantasy managers who have Love rostered should monitor the injury report throughout the week.--Andy Webb

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Matthew Golden (shoulder) remains limited in practice, as the rookie ran routes, but isn't catching passes. The speedster has struggled to get going this season and has just 24 catches for 286 yards and no touchdowns through nine games. Golden entered the season as one of the league's most hyped rookies, but has done little to move the needle for the Packers' offense. Meanwhile, Romeo Doubs continues to be the pass-catcher to target in the Green Bay offense ahead of a divisional matchup with a strong Minnesota Vikings defense this week.--Shaun Albin

Green Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur said that running back Josh Jacobs (knee) will not practice on Wednesday, according to Weston Hodkiewicz of the team's official site. "The plan is to try to get him healthy enough to go. It's gonna be a day-by-day thing ... and we'll see how he progresses as the week unfolds," LaFleur said. Jacobs suffered a knee contusion in the Week 11 win over the New York Giants, and the Packers are calling him day-to-day for now. The 27-year-old isn't being ruled out for a Week 12 divisional contest against the Minnesota Vikings, but he's going to need to get back on the practice field in the next couple of days to avoid being ruled out. Emanuel Wilson operated as Green Bay's RB1 after Jacobs left last Sunday, making him one of the most popular waiver-wire pickups this week, even if it's for the short term. Chris Brooks would also see an elevated workload if Jacobs is unable to play this weekend.--Keith Hernandez

Green Bay Packers head coach Matt LaFleur said that wide receiver Jayden Reed (foot, shoulder) will not return to practice on Wednesday, according to Weston Hodkiewicz of Packers.com. "As soon as medical clears him, he'll be out there. I know he's excited to get back, as am I," LaFleur said. The head coach said earlier this week that he's hoping to open Reed's 21-day practice window this week, so it's certainly possible he could practice on Thursday or Friday. However, fantasy managers who have been stashing the 25-year-old wideout since he broke his collarbone in Week 2 shouldn't expect him to play this weekend versus the division-rival Minnesota Vikings on Sunday. In addition to recovering from a broken collarbone, Reed also had surgery for a Jones fracture in his foot. He's expected to be a key part of the offense when cleared, but the Packers might ease him back in, too. The third-year pro could still be several weeks away from making his return.--Keith Hernandez

Green Bay Packers running back Emanuel Wilson was one of Week 12's hottest waiver wire pickups. Reason being, he is slated to step in as the team's RB1 with Josh Jacobs (knee) listed as questionable on Sunday against division rival, the Minnesota Vikings. Injured Reserve is not a consideration for Jacobs, and there have been reports suggesting that the 27-year-old is week-to-week as well. If Jacobs does miss, Wilson will become a plug-and-play RB2 for this Sunday against a middle-of-the-road Vikings run defense. If Jacob's does play, he will likely be limited, or at least Wilson should remain involved, giving him RB3 consideration. For those fantasy managers who swooped him off the waivers, it will be beneficial to keep tabs on Jacobs' practice logs this week, start Wilson if Jacobs is ruled out, or potentially look to sell-high and trade Wilson to Jacobs' fantasy owners if your trade deadline hasn't passed.--Nicho Roessler
