FanDuel NBA DFS Lineup Picks (11/5/18): Daily Fantasy Basketball Advice

Dennis Clausen highlights the top FanDuel NBA DFS lineup picks for 11/5/18, and a couple of sleepers to consider while building daily rosters.

Monday night features nine games across the league. Plenty of injuries to keep an eye on as well as Eric Gordon, Tim Hardaway Jr., Jeff Teague, Derrick Rose, Jimmy Butler, Anthony Davis, Kawhi Leonard are either not playing, or in danger of not suiting up.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for FanDuel on 11/5/18. These DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on FanDuel. You can also check out today's DraftKings lineup picks and our Premium DFS Cheat Sheet. And don't forget to check out our brand new NBA DFS Matchup Ratings tool with daily player projections. Lastly, remember to check your DFS lineups for injury updates.

Give me a follow on Twitter @Den_Clausen and say hello. Good luck.

FanDuel DFS Guards

Russell Westbrook - PG, vs. NOP ($12,000)

Likely Monday night's MVP, Westbrook will surely hit 50 fantasy points with no issue. With all of the available low-priced options available on Monday as a result of various injuries throughout the league, you can easily squeeze him in with some room to spare from a monetary standpoint.

Shelvin Mack - PG, @ GSW ($4,500)

Speaking of low-priced options, Shelvin Mack is available at a discounted price. Over the last four games, Mack is averaging a little under 30 fantasy points per game. The minutes are there for him as he will continue to be called upon to provide a spark off the bench for Memphis. Though the Grizzlies are at Golden State, the price could sway you enough to reserve a spot for him in your lineup.

Also consider: Kyrie Irving - PG, @ Den ($7,700), Cameron Payne - PG, @ NYK ($4,400), James Harden - SG, @ IND ($11,100), Jrue Holiday - SG, @ OKC ($8,600), Zach LaVine - SG, @ NYK ($8,300), Dennis Schroder - SG, vs. NOP ($5,500), Jordan Clarkson - SG, @ ORL ($4,600)

FanDuel DFS Forwards

Carmelo Anthony - SF, @ IND (5,500)

With Eric Gordon out, Anthony will get some extra minutes and a slight bump in usage on Monday against the Pacers. Though this pick is far from being guaranteed, at only $5,500, Melo is a bargain.

E'Twaun Moore - SF, @ OKC ($4,600)

Moore plays better when matched up against teams that like to push the pace (in most cases). With OKC and New Orleans projected to be a shootout, look for Moore to get his looks in, especially if Davis is out of the lineup.

Also consider: Paul George - SF, vs. NOP ($9,600), Nikola Mirotic - SF, @ OKC ($8,400), Josh Richardson - SF, @ DET ($7,300), Gordon Hayward - SF, @ DEN ($5,400), Mario Hezonja - SF, vs. CHI ($3,600), Blake Griffin - PF, vs. MIA ($9,400), Montrezl Harrell - PF, vs. MIN ($5,700), Marcus Morris - PF, @ DEN ($5,400).

FanDuel DFS Centers

Bam Adebayo - C, @ DET ($3,800)

Whiteside was benched by Coach Spoelstra against the Hawks and finished the game with only 16 minutes. Though he was also quick to downplay the injury to his knee that he suffered during this one, it may be enough to keep him on the shelf against the Pistons. Bam stepped into the lineup and finished with a couple of blocks and seven boards on Saturday, and though he won't get many offensive touches with guys like Josh Richardson and Goran Dragic in the lineup, he could easily hit and surpass his value if Whiteside misses time.

Also consider: Andre Drummond - C, vs. MIA ($9,200), Nikola Vucevic - C, vs. CLE ($9,000), Enes Kanter - C, vs. CHI ($6,700), Boban Marjanovic - C, vs. MIN ($5,400).
