Mike Marteny's DraftKings daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the Saturday (11/15/25) main slate in Week 12. His CFB DFS lineup picks and DFS sleepers will help you win.
We've got another big Saturday main slate on tap, with some big games on the slate. We start in Aggieland with the Gamecocks in town. Arizona heads up to the Queen City to take on the Bearcats. Notre Dame is in Pittsburgh, presumably because Gameday showed up. Michigan heads to Wrigleyville to take on Northwestern. Arkansas is in Red Stick in the first-ever meeting of interim coaches in the SEC.
The afternoon starts in Tempe with West Virginia visiting. Oklahoma is in Tuscaloosa for the first time since 2003. Central Florida heads to Lubbock. Virginia is in Durham to take on Duke. ACC thorn North Carolina State is in Miami to take on the Hurricanes. Iowa heads out to L.A. to take on the Trojans. We close in East Lansing with Penn State in town.
In this article, I will provide you with my daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the main DraftKings slate on 11/15/25, starting at noon Eastern. I’ll give multiple player suggestions for quarterbacks, running backs, and wide receivers, aiming to highlight one option at each end of the salary scale, from high to low. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Quarterbacks
Mason Heintschel, Pittsburgh ($8.5K)
Pitt is 5-0 since Heintschel took over as the starter. In those five games, Pitt has averaged 40 points per game, and Heintschel is averaging 302.2 passing yards per game. This is a completely different team than the one that lost the Backyard Brawl.
Notre Dame allows 232.3 passing yards per game, but they also lead the FBS with 16 interceptions. Heintschel has been really good about extending plays and throwing on the run, but he may throw a couple of interceptions in this one. Even if he does, the yardage and touchdowns should mitigate the damage.
Darian Mensah, Duke ($8K)
With @DukeFOOTBALL at 5-4 this season (but 4-1 in @ACCFootball play) it’s flying under the radar but Darian Mensah is living up to hype after transferring from Tulane.

The multiple touchdowns in every game assure that the floor on Mensah isn't as low as the floor on most other quarterbacks. Mensah has only been under 260 passing yards once this year. We're going to get really good production out of him, no matter the opponent.
Most view Mensah as a cash play due to his high floor and low ceiling, but I think he's a fit in any lineup. He has hit over 30 DK points once. No one is going to complain about that in this price range.
Jeff Sims, Arizona State ($7.4K)
If you were surprised by his game against Iowa State, you shouldn't be. It's easy to forget that Sims originally played at Georgia Tech, which, despite a pro-spread offense, still ran its quarterbacks a lot. They still do. The 228 rushing yards against the Cyclones isn't likely to be duplicated, but it does highlight why I like him in this matchup.
West Virginia is a good story, but the defense is still a sore spot. They don't cover well, and they miss a lot of tackles. Both of those traits look very good for Sims, and the price is right.
Noah Fifita, Arizona ($7.1K)
Cincinnati allows 249.6 passing yards per game, which is 106th in FBS. The Bearcats allow a lot of yardage, but not a lot of points. It's hard to see Fifita nuking this defense, but he does only have four interceptions to 23 touchdown passes. He's going to get yards on this defense and should get at least two touchdowns. That will pay off this price tag.

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Running Backs
Raleek Brown, Arizona State ($7.6K)
There is an avenue for Brown to be the highest-scoring RB on the slate. Both Jeremiyah Love and King Miller face top-20 rush defenses. They'll get the volume, but expectations should be tempered.
West Virginia is in the middle of the pack against the run. With both Sam Leavitt and Jordyn Tyson out again for Arizona State, we'll see them lean heavily on the ground game again with Sims and Brown. We'll need Brown to get more carries than Sims, which should happen against West Virginia. Iowa State is built to stop running backs.
Jordan Marshall, Michigan ($7.1K)
Justice Haynes is likely out again. Marshall has started three games without Haynes and put up 90.3 DraftKings points. That's not just great, that's elite. Marshall is my favorite play on the entire slate. This is a run-first offense, and Sherrone Moore isn't afraid to run Marshall 25+ times per game.
Rueben Owens II, Texas A&M ($5.5K)
Owens has only had one bad game as the starter, and that's because Marcel Reed went off against LSU. There's always a chance that something like that happens again, but only if the game stays close. In games that haven't been close, the Aggies are content to give Owens 15-18 touches and let him do what he does.
South Carolina isn't expected to keep this close, so Owens should operate as a normal running back in this one. The Aggies only run Reed a lot in closer games or games where Owens can't get traction. The Gamecocks allow 165.1 rushing yards per game. Owens will get his chances to shine.
J'Koby Williams, Texas Tech ($5K)
Cameron Dickey passed 1,000 yards from scrimmage against BYU.
J'Koby Williams is at 934 yards from scrimmage.
2025 could be the first time Texas Tech has had two RBs cross the 1,000 yard mark for scrimmage yards since 2008.

Cameron Dickey had one big game, and his DFS salary has been out of control since. I'll keep shopping on the bargain rack for Williams. He's more explosive than Dickey, but also less reliable. Williams has 59.9 DK points in the last three games. He's even outperforming Dickey right now!
Williams has 30 carries to Dickey's 43 over the last two games, but Williams gets a lot more work in the passing game. The savings are significant enough to keep with Williams and not use Dickey except in game stacks. With the yardage that close, we're not getting enough with Dickey to justify the much higher price.

- J'Mari Taylor, Virginia ($7.7K)
- Kamari Moulton, Iowa ($6.6K)
- Desmond Reid, Pittsburgh ($5.8K)
- Nicholas Singleton, Penn State ($4.8K)
- Xavier Robinson, Oklahoma ($4.4K)
DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Wide Receivers
Cooper Barkate, Duke ($7.1K)
His 10 DK points last week were the low mark on the season. That's how good Barkate has been this year for Duke. Duke passes 56.8% of the time. That's 119th in FBS. Mensah and Barkate have high ceilings against Virginia based on volume alone.
CJ Daniels, Miami (FL) ($5.7K)
North Carolina State has the worst pass defense in FBS, allowing 313.9 passing yards per game. It's still hard to get past the Carson Beck interceptions, but I have no issues playing his receivers.
Malachi Toney took over as the alpha receiver a few weeks ago, but Daniels still had good games even when Toney did. In a matchup like this, I love all Miami receivers. Any one of them could break the slate.
Chamon Metayer, Arizona State ($5.2K)
The absence of Tyson hasn't resulted in another receiver stepping up. It has resulted in more runs for the quarterback and a few more targets for the tight end. Metayer is the only reliable option in this passing game. He has double-digit DK points in three straight and five of the last six games.
Griffin Wilde, Northwestern ($4.7K)
Wilde is the only option in the Northwestern passing game. He has scored a touchdown in five of the last six games and has caught at least three passes in every game. He has a very good floor for someone this cheap.
The Wildcats will likely trail early and for most of the game. They will also have trouble getting traction against Michigan. The only path to a possible victory is through the air. If it's in the air, Wilde is going to be near it.
Trell Harris, Virginia ($4.2K)
We don't know for sure who the Virginia quarterback will be in this game, but we know what they'll be doing. Duke funnels everything to the air. Virginia's pass catchers are all in play, even if we don't/can't trust the quarterback. Harris is the alpha of the group.

- O'Mega Blake, Arkansas ($6.3K)
- KC Concepcion, Texas A&M ($6.2K)
- Justin Joly, North Carolina State ($5K)
- Kenny Johnson, Pittsburgh ($4.9K)
- Will Pauling, Notre Dame ($4K)
- Tre Spivey, Arizona ($3K)
DraftKings CFB DFS Stacks
Miami (FL) vs. North Carolina State
The Pack allows a ton of points. However, they usually score more. That's why they have heavily affected the ACC standings this year. Beck will be paired with Toney in many lineups. Most of my Miami exposure will be Beck, Toney, Keelan Marion, and Daniels.
I want no part of the Miami run game with Mark Fletcher Jr. out. CharMar Brown, Jordan Lyle, and Girard Pringle Jr. split carries with Fletcher out last week. Pringle is a good GPP dart throw, but I would avoid the rest.
Texas Tech vs. Central Florida
The Knights have been good or bad on defense, depending on the week. This is a high-powered offense at home, so I'll lean toward Tech having the advantage. Behren Morton, Reggie Virgil, and either Terrance Carter Jr. or Caleb Douglas is what you want from the passing game. I would use both running backs with the three.
A less-popular option will be to run Morton and three receivers with either Dickey or Williams. This could inhibit other parts of your lineup, but it's easy to go cheap on another receiver at the flex spot to pay up for another quarterback.
