Mike Marteny's DraftKings daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the Saturday (11/29/25) main slate in Week 14. His CFB DFS lineup picks and DFS sleepers will help you win.
11 games are a little bit lighter than other Saturdays, but it's rivalry week, so you know we have some great ones on tap. We start with The Game. If you know, you know. Houston travels to Waco to take on the Bears. Texas Tech is in Morgantown to close out a great regular season. Miami is at Pitt to try to prove a point.
The afternoon sees Missouri in Fayetteville for the Battle Line game. LSU is in Norman to face the Sooners. Vanderbilt climbs Rocky Top for a rocky rivalry. Cincinnati is in Fort Worth to face the Toadies. Oregon is in Seattle for the Cascade Clash. Penn State heads to Rutgers for what could be a regional rivalry. We end in Gainesville with Florida State trying to get into a bowl game.
In this article, I will provide you with my daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the main DraftKings slate on 11/29/25, starting at noon Eastern. I’ll give multiple player suggestions for quarterbacks, running backs, and wide receivers, aiming to highlight one option at each end of the salary scale, from high to low. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Quarterbacks
Diego Pavia, Vanderbilt ($9.6K)
CFB fans in October: Diego Pavia shouldn't win the Heisman just because Vandy is relevant! His numbers are mid.

It's almost like Clark Lea and Pavia noticed how much ESPN was talking up Pavia, and decided to do something about it. Pavia has set a new career high in passing yards in three straight weeks. Last week, he set a Vanderbilt school record in passing yards.
Tennessee has had issues defensively, especially in pass defense. I don't think Pavia gets to 500 yards here, but he has at least 40 DraftKings points in three straight. The last two have been over 50. He'll at least flirt with 40 again this week, giving him the highest ceiling on the slate.
Conner Weigman, Houston ($8.8K)
Yes, I'm recommending the two highest-priced players on the slate because there is enough value to play them both. If not, Weigman is a nice pivot to Pavia and, surprisingly, has a better matchup.
Baylor's defense has been atrocious this year, allowing 408.8 yards per game. Weigman still finished with his sixth consecutive game over 22 DK points in a game where the offense only scored 14 points. He has a huge upside against Baylor.
Josh Hoover, TCU ($6.6K)
Hoover hasn't cleared 20 DK points since October 18 against Baylor, so he is a tough sell. The pass volume has been there, but Hoover has been picked off seven times in the last three games.
Cincinnati allows 241.8 passing yards per game (92nd out of 136 teams), so there is upside here if Hoover can quit throwing to the other team.
Ethan Grunkemeyer, Penn State ($5.4K)
People have been all too willing to bury the Nittany Lions. We get it...this team was ranked in the top three of every major preseason poll. This season is a massive letdown, but surprisingly, Penn State can still make a bowl with a win.
That could be huge in player development. All they have to do is beat Rutgers. The caveat is that Rutgers needs this win to go bowling. The plot thickens. Rutgers is allowing 446.8 yards per game, which is 126th in FBS.
Don't expect big things from Grunkemeyer. Penn State has been content to run over opponents since James Franklin was fired and Drew Allar got hurt. Grunkemeyer has hit double figures in DK points in each of the last three games. He doesn't have significant upside, but he is a strong low-risk punt play.

- Mason Heintschel, Pittsburgh ($7.4K)
- Carson Beck, Miami (FL) ($6.4K)
- Beau Pribula, Missouri ($6.1K)
- Bryce Underwood, Michigan ($5.2K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Running Backs
Kaytron Allen, Penn State ($8.5K)

It really makes you wonder what the previous staff was doing when the interim coach shows up and says, "Run the damn ball." What really stands out to me is Allen's stats since the October 18 game against Iowa. That game ultimately got Franklin fired, but Penn State finally figured out that Allen is what makes the offense go.
H has 67.1 DK points in the last two games against Michigan State and Nebraska. Rutgers allows a horrid 209.4 rushing yards per game, which is 129th in FBS. Allen has slate-breaking potential.
Ahmad Hardy, Missouri ($7.5K)
Hardy is another workhorse back. He'll run less with Pribula back, but not that much less. Oklahoma locked down Hardy last week, which may keep DFS players away from him. That's good for us.
Hardy ran for 300 yards against Mississippi State. Arkansas allows more rushing yards per game than State does. Hardy is a great pivot off of Allen in GPPs. The ceiling is almost as high, and he's $1K cheaper.
Dean Connors, Houston ($6.5K)
It's hard to get too excited about Connors since Weigman runs a lot, but there will be plenty of space against Baylor. The Bears allow 205.5 rushing yards per game. We've seen Connors have some good games when the matchup is right. It won't get any better than this.
Jeremy Payne, TCU ($5.1K)
Kevorian Barnes has already been ruled out, so the backfield is Payne's for the season finale against Cincinnati. The Bearcats are allowing 177.2 rushing yards per game, which is still down at 101st in FBS.
Payne should get between 15 and 20 touches. At this price against this defense, he has a solid ceiling if you're looking to go cheap.

- Jordan Marshall, Michigan ($7.1K)
- DeSean Bishop, Tennessee ($6.7K)
- Ja'Kyrian Turner, Pittsburgh ($5.9K)
- Antwan Raymond, Rutgers ($5.7K)
- Bryson Washington, Baylor ($5.3K)
- Ousmane Kromah, Florida State ($4.3K)
DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Wide Receivers
Malachi Toney, Miami (FL) ($7K)
Toney has been the guy making the Miami offense go lately. Toney has 17 receptions for 200 yards and three touchdowns in the last two games. He even has four carries out of the backfield as Miami gets him the ball any way they can.
Miami needs style points since it is likely out of the ACC Championship picture. Expect the Hurricanes to open up the offense as much as possible as they attempt to beat Pitt worse than Notre Dame did.
Amare Thomas, Houston ($6.4K)
I expect Houston to do a lot of damage on the ground, but they can't run every play. Thomas has thrived despite Houston operating on the ground in recent weeks. He has five touchdowns in the last three games.
Thomas has 20 receptions for 274 yards with those five touchdowns. He's the only serious target in the Houston passing game. Tanner Koziol gets targets, but Thomas gets targets and touchdowns.
Chris Brazzell II, Tennessee ($5.3K)
Josh Heupel has faced Clark Lea’s Vanderbilt Commodores 4 times. The Vols have scored 45, 58, 48, & 36 points. They have yet to be held under 400 yards of total offense & have rushed for 200+ yards in 3 out of the 4 matchups.

At least one Tennessee player is going to nuke Vanderbilt, but who? I would guess it's a receiver since Vanderbilt's run defense isn't terrible. The bad news is that Tennessee spreads the ball around to everyone. It's great for the team, but bad for DFS players.
Do we go with Braylon Staley, who has been Tennessee's best receiver for the last month, but had a clunker against Florida? Do we go with Brazzell, who is old reliable in every game but Arkansas this year? I choose Brazzell to finish the regular season with 1,000 receiving yards.
Tre Richardson, Vanderbilt ($5.2K)
Richardson has been Pavia's running mate in his Heisman campaign. He has nine receptions for 283 yards and four touchdowns in the last two games alone. There's no reason to think he'll cool off against Tennessee.
Rohan Jones, Arkansas ($3.6K)
Missouri's defense has been solid all season. Arkansas is competing, but keeps losing. We should see Jones heavily involved in the offense again, since slow-developing routes are going to be a bad idea against a team like Missouri.
Jones has scored a touchdown even when he hasn't piled up yardage. He has helped DFS players by getting one or the other. He's a bit of a risk, but 10 DK points at this price can vault us above the cash line in a hurry.
Also consider these WRs:
- Jeremiah Smith, Ohio State ($8.8K)
- Josh Cameron, Baylor ($6.8K)
- Eli Stowers, Vanderbilt ($6.5K)
- O'Mega Blake, Arkansas ($6.2K)
- Trey'Dez Green, LSU ($5.2K)
- Kenyon Sadiq, Oregon ($5K)
- Joseph Manjack IV, TCU ($4.2K)
DraftKings CFB DFS Stacks
Vanderbilt vs. Tennessee - Game Stack
There are going to be a lot of points in this game. The good news is that we should be able to get a piece of most of them. The two quarterbacks cost $17.5K. I don't want any part of the Vandy run game, but I do like Bishop for Tennessee. We're at $24.2K
We'll need both Stowers and Richardson for Vanderbilt. That puts us at $35.9K. We won't be able to use Brazzell, Staley, and Bishop for Tennessee if we go this route. Our options are to leave out Staley for Mike Matthews, but we still aren't there yet, since the RB floor is $4K.
If we move off of Bishop, we have $10.4K left for two RB slots. There are a few options I like in that area, so that's my preferred game stack. We can even include Tennessee's Star Thomas and have $5.4K left for the last spot.
Five-man stacks would be Aguilar, Bishop, Brazzell, Staley, and Matthews for Tennessee. For Vanderbilt, it would be Pavia, Richardson, Stowers, Sedrick Alexander, and Junior Sherrill.
Houston vs. Baylor
Yep, we're attacking Baylor again. Weigman and Connors will be the staples of many lineups, but we can go deeper than that. Thomas and Koziol should be added to any Houston stack. I wouldn't go any deeper than a four-man for Houston.
