DraftKings CFB DFS Lineup Picks: Daily College Fantasy Football Late Saturday Slate (11/8/25)

College Football Rankings, CFB DFS Picks, NFL Draft

Mike Marteny's DraftKings daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the Saturday (11/8/25) late slate in Week 11. His CFB DFS lineup picks and DFS sleepers will help you win.

We are finally up to a proper-sized late-night slate. We have four games on this one with the Big Ten joining the Mountain West and Oregon State. There's still money to be made while most sane people are in bed. Let's do it!

We start in L.A. with Nebraska visiting the Rose Bowl. UNLV is in Fort Collins to face the Rams. Sam Houston travels to Corvallis, where the turnover chainsaw is going to be busy. We close this out on the islands with San Diego State taking on Hawaii.

In this article, I will provide you with my daily fantasy college football lineup picks for the late DraftKings slate on 11/8/25, starting at 9 pm Eastern. I’ll give multiple player suggestions for players at quarterback, running back, and wide receiver, aiming to highlight one option at the high, middle, and lower end of the salary scale. Good luck, RotoBallers.

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Quarterbacks

Brendan Sorsby, Cincinnati ($7.9K)

What I get from that is that Anthony Colandrea, with the flu, is still a top 25 quarterback in the country. Will he be running a fever again this week? That was Colandrea's third consecutive game with more than 30 DraftKings points.

The Colorado State defense hasn't just ridden the struggle bus this year. They're driving it. The Rams have actually allowed more yards rushing per game than passing. It doesn't matter to Colandrea. He has 449 rushing yards to go with his 2,000 passing yards.

Gabarri Johnson, Oregon State ($7.3K)

The Maalik Murphy era is indeed over in Corvallis. Johnson was able to practice this week and is expected to start against Sam Houston. I'm not sure how long the leash is, but Oregon State has nothing to play for. Getting Johnson some game reps is not a bad idea since he is the future for the Beavers and not Murphy.

Sam Houston has allowed 266 passing yards per game this season. The rush defense is almost as bad. Johnson shouldn't have a problem attacking the Bearkats in any facet. He ran for 82 yards in the Lafayette game.

Also consider these QBs:

  • TJ Lateef, Nebraska ($7.1K)
  • Jackson Brousseau, Colorado State ($6.8K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Running Backs

Emmett Johnson, Nebraska ($8.2K)

That's impressive considering Dylan Raiola has lost around 80 yards this season playing behind the same line. Johnson runs hard, and he runs forward. You can't understate the importance of that.

In light of Raiola's season-ending injury, Nebraska offensive coordinator Dana Holgorsen proclaimed that Nebraska is a "running team now." In all fairness, the Cornhuskers ran the ball quite a bit anyway. We saw after Raiola left the USC game that Nebraska emphasized running the ball.

That's great news for us in DFS circles. Johnson gets the lion's share of Nebraska's carries. He could see around 30 touches in this game. UCLA allows 195.5 rushing yards per game and has allowed 16 rushing touchdowns in eight games. Johnson's ceiling might be the highest on the slate.

Jai'Den Thomas, UNLV ($6.8K)

How loaded is this slate of running backs? I'm strongly considering running four running backs and only one quarterback because of the immense upside on all of them. Colorado State, UCLA, Sam Houston, and Hawaii all have bottom-20 rush defenses in FBS. There isn't a bad play here, but how we manage them could decide the slate. We'll get into that later.

Colorado State's run defense is one of the five worst in FBS. There are going to be running lanes that look like the Autobahn to Thomas and Colandrea in this one.

Also consider these RBs

  • Anthony Hankerson, Oregon State ($7.5K)
  • Lucky Sutton, San Diego State ($7.3K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Wide Receivers

Jackson Harris, Hawaii ($6.8K)

Hawaii passes more than any team in the country, but San Diego State has only allowed seven passing touchdowns while picking off 10 passes. That is a much more dangerous stat if you are planning on using Micah Alejado.

All that means for the Hawaii receivers is that they may not get as many touchdowns. Harris has 123.4 DK points in the last four games. The six touchdowns only make up 36 of those points. He is one of the most targeted receivers in college football.

Jordan Napier, San Diego State ($5.9K)

The Aztecs have only completed 110 passes this year. Napier has caught 45 of those. The next closest to him is Donovan Brown with 19. Napier has 42.2% of the team's receiving yards. The only thing that he's not getting an abundance of is touchdowns, but those could come against Hawaii.

Brandon White, Hawaii ($4K)

White has overshadowed Nick Cenacle lately as the third Hawaii option. He has 15 receptions in the last three games and at least 50 yards in each game. We can work with that. The San Diego State pass defense is tough, but Hawaii doesn't run. They're going to keep throwing.

Qua'Vez Humphreys, Sam Houston ($3.3K)

Humphreys led the Bearkats in receiving last year, but was an afterthought in the first couple of games. It turned out he was battling an injury that ultimately cost him all of September. In three games since his return, Humphreys has eight receptions for 103 yards and a touchdown. Those are big numbers in the Sam Houston offense.

Also consider these WRs:

  • Pofele Ashlock, Hawaii ($6.5K)
  • Jaden Bradley, UNLV ($5.7K)
  • Nyziah Hunter, Nebraska ($5.3K)
  • Taz Reddicks, Oregon State ($3.6K)

DraftKings CFB Stacks

UNLV vs. Colorado State

The Rams are weak against the run and the pass, but more so against the run. We're going to see a lot of lineups with Thomas and Colandrea. Keyvone Lee sees around 10 touches per game, backing up Thomas, and is active in the passing game. He's not a bad option, but the price tag is off-putting.

The good news is that, aside from Jaden Bradley, the UNLV receivers are cheap. DaeDae Reynolds has at least 18 DK points in two of the last three games. Troy Omeire has double-digit DK points in half of his games. There is potential here in case UNLV gets bored with running the ball.

Running backs!

Forget team stacks, let's do a running back stack! Running Johnson, Anthony Hankerson, Lucky Sutton, and Thomas leave us with $20.2K left for the QB and three receivers. That means fading the Hawaii pass offense, which is tough to consider.

However, there is going to be a lot of ownership of Hawaii receivers in a bad matchup. San Diego State only allows 157.8 passing yards per game and has only allowed seven passing touchdowns. They have picked off 10 passes.

Hawaii throws a lot, and I think one or two receivers will still have good games. That said, the four running backs have a much higher ceiling and considerably lower risk.

You really have to scrape the bottom of the WR barrel if you want Colandrea as part of this stack. It may be better to go with whoever starts at QB for Oregon State and get a couple of solid receivers.

Also consider these other stacks:

  • Oregon State
  • San Diego State
  • Sam Houston (GPP only)
