Alex Caruso Not Available Thursday
Oklahoma City Thunder guard/forward Alex Caruso (illness) is out for Thursday's game against the Lakers, ending his streak of appearances since early March. His absence should open modest minutes for Cason Wallace, who finished with nine points, one three-pointer, and one assist in 27 minutes as a starter last game. Ajay Mitchell also logged 14 points, two rebounds, three assists, two steals, and one block in 36 minutes and could remain a deep-league streaming option. Jared McCain may also see extra run off the bench, though Caruso's absence has limited standard-league impact.

P.J. Washington May Miss Third Straight Game
Dallas Mavericks forward/center P.J. Washington (illness) is doubtful for Friday's game against the Magic and appears on track to miss a third straight contest. His expected absence should keep Khris Middleton in a steady role after he logged eight points, one three-pointer, five rebounds, and two assists in 22 minutes as a fill-in starter last game. Naji Marshall, recently cleared from the injury report, could also see expanded opportunities after posting 19 points, three rebounds, three assists, and five steals in his last appearance. Marshall could be worth streaming, while Middleton offers deeper-league value.

T.J. McConnell Ruled Out Friday
Indiana Pacers guard T.J. McConnell (hamstring) is out for Friday's game against the Hornets, leaving Indiana thin in the backcourt again. Quenton Jackson drew a start last game and finished with eight points, three rebounds, six assists, and one steal in 17 minutes, while Ethan Thompson broke out for 24 points with five three-pointers, two rebounds, five assists, two steals, and one block in 31 minutes. Thompson looks like a speculative deep-league add, though his role remains uncertain. Kam Jones could remain a streaming option after handing out seven assists in 25 minutes.

Aaron Nesmith to Miss Third Straight Game
Indiana Pacers guard/forward Aaron Nesmith (neck) has been ruled out for Friday's game against the Hornets, marking his third straight absence. His continued absence should keep Kobe Brown in a meaningful role after Brown produced 17 points, one three-pointer, eight rebounds, and six assists in 28 minutes as a spot starter last game. Brown shapes up as a viable deep-league streamer while Indiana remains shorthanded, with Jarace Walker (back) and Andrew Nembhard (back) also sidelined. Pascal Siakam (knee), if active, should continue to carry more of the offense.

Myles Turner Cleared to Return Friday
Milwaukee Bucks center Myles Turner (ankle) is off the injury report and expected to play Friday against the Celtics after missing one game. Turner has been limited lately, averaging 8.4 points, 2.0 three-pointers, 4.0 rebounds, 1.0 steals, and 1.8 blocks in 23.0 minutes across his last five games, making him more of a category specialist than a must-start option. His return likely pushes Pete Nance back to a reserve role after Nance produced 23 points with five three-pointers in 40 minutes as a spot starter. Turner remains a viable option for managers needing blocks, while Nance could retain deep-league appeal.

Kyle Kuzma Set to Return Friday
Milwaukee Bucks forward Kyle Kuzma (Achilles) is off the injury report and expected to return Friday against the Celtics after a one-game absence. His return likely cuts into Ousmane Dieng's short-term upside after the young forward erupted for 36 points, one 3-pointer, seven rebounds, and 10 assists in 45 minutes as a fill-in starter. Kuzma posted 20 points, six rebounds, three assists, three steals, and one block in his most recent start and should reclaim a steady role. Dieng may still warrant deep-league attention, though Kuzma's role looks secure with Bobby Portis (wrist) out.

Joel Embiid Likely Out Friday
Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid (illness) is doubtful for Friday's game against the Timberwolves and appears headed for another absence. Second-year big man Adem Bona started the last game and finished with 13 points, four rebounds, one assist, two steals, and one block in 21 minutes, making him a deep-league streaming candidate if he draws another start. Andre Drummond added six points, nine rebounds, four assists, and two steals in 24 reserve minutes and offers rebound upside. Tyrese Maxey and Paul George could also see slight usage increases. If he's able to suit up, Embiid stays locked into lineups.

Andrew Nembhard is Ruled Out for Friday
Indiana Pacers guard Andrew Nembhard (back) has been ruled out ahead of Friday's game against the Charlotte Hornets. Nembhard will miss his second straight game due to back soreness. The Pacers aren't playing for anything besides lottery odds right now, so they have little incentive to play anyone at less than 100 percent. It's unclear when Nembhard will return, but his next chance to play will come on Sunday. Quenton Jackson should see an increased role on Friday, but he hasn't done enough lately to warrant streaming in most fantasy formats.

Josh Giddey Could Sit Again Friday
Chicago Bulls guard Josh Giddey (hamstring) is questionable for Friday's game against the Knicks, and his status could again affect the Bulls' backcourt rotation. Giddey missed Wednesday's contest, opening the door for Collin Sexton to post 18 points with one three-pointer, three rebounds, four assists, one steal, and one block across 26 minutes. Sexton is averaging 20.4 points and 2.6 triples over his last five games and shapes up as a viable streamer if Giddey or Tre Jones (ankle) sits. Rob Dillingham could also see an expanded role. If cleared to play, Giddey remains a firm hold in all formats.

Pascal Siakam is Probable for Friday's Game
Indiana Pacers forward Pascal Siakam (knee) is listed as probable for Friday's game against the Charlotte Hornets. Siakam is expected to be active once again after playing during Wednesday's game. He finished with 25 points, four rebounds, and five assists across 22 minutes during Wednesday's victory. Given the injuries to this roster, Siakam should continue to be a focal point in the offense. When active, Siakam is a must-start in all fantasy formats. He should be ready to go on Friday, but fantasy managers should check back ahead of tip-off in case something changes.

Immanuel Quickley to Miss Seventh Straight Game
Toronto Raptors guard Immanuel Quickley (foot) has been ruled out ahead of Friday's game against the Memphis Grizzlies. Unsurprisingly, Quickley will miss his seventh game in a row due to a lingering foot injury. He's dealing with plantar fasciitis, which really only gets better with rest. Ja'Kobe Walter should continue starting until Quickley is ready to return. Walter finished with eight points, four rebounds, and three steals across 32 minutes on Wednesday. Jamal Shead is also seeing a larger role in the rotation and has been dishing out the assists lately. Over the last six games, Shead has seven or more assists in five of those contests.

Jock Landale to be Re-Evaluated in Two Weeks
Atlanta Hawks center Jock Landale (ankle) will miss the next two weeks of action. Landale will be re-evaluated in two weeks after suffering a right ankle sprain during Wednesday's game. Given his timetable, Landale is likely going to be sidelined for the rest of the regular season. His absence should mean that Mouhamed Gueye takes over as the primary backup center to Onyeka Okongwu. The hope is that Landale will be ready for the postseason, but that information won't be known until he's re-evaluated. Gueye will have increased fantasy value while Landale is out.

Kyshawn George Won't Return This Season
Washington Wizards guard/forward Kyshawn George (elbow) will miss the rest of the 2025-2026 season, according to Michael Scotto. George has been out since March 2 due to a Grade 2 distal UCL tear in his left elbow. The Wizards aren't playing for anything at this point in the season. They've decided to let George sit out the final few weeks of the regular season and get ready for the 2026-2027 campaign. Over 48 games, George averaged 14.8 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 4.5 assists across 28.9 minutes per game. The 22-year-old made a nice jump in most statistical categories compared to his rookie season. He will hopefully be a key piece of the rebuilding Wizards roster going forward.

Mark Williams is Cleared to Return on Thursday
Phoenix Suns center Mark Williams (foot) has been cleared to play ahead of Thursday's game against the Charlotte Hornets. Williams will shed the questionable tag and suit up for the first time since early March. He has missed nearly a month of action due to a stress reaction in his left foot. The expectation is that Williams will be eased back into the rotation on Thursday. When he's at full speed, Williams is a viable fantasy contributor. It's going to be tough to trust him as a DFS option while he's being eased back into action. His return should mean reduced roles for Oso Ighodaro and Khaman Maluach.

Anthony Edwards Out Again Thursday
Minnesota Timberwolves guard Anthony Edwards (knee) is unavailable for Thursday's game against the Detroit Pistons. Edwards will sit out tonight despite returning after missing six games in Monday's win over the Mavs, when he recorded 17 points, two rebounds and four assists across 23 minutes. The 24-year-old's next opportunity to suit up comes Friday against the 76ers. Mike Conley, Bones Hyland, Ayo Dosunmu and Terrence Shannon Jr. should see extra minutes tonight, especially with Jaden McDaniels (knee) also sidelined.
