ESL Pro League Season 12 Europe

Best of 3

  • Complexity (-200) vs. Spirit (+145)
  • NiP (-165) vs. Mousesports (+120)
  • Furia (-1000) vs. Triumph (+525)
  • Vitality  (+110) vs. Astralis (-150)

Captain Plays:

KSCERATO leads all Furia players in the K/D department as he has had a 1.17 ratio over the last three months of matches played. He is priced at $8,200 which is great value for him relative to some of his other teammates and their price points.

When digging into his numbers, KSCERATO has a .68 kill per round rate while having a low death per round rate of .58. This is a great differential to have as he shows killing upside while keeping his death total low. He has scored 70+ DK points in two of his last four games and in a very favorable matchup against Triumph, it would not surprise us if he goes for 70+ points again.

magisk has been on a roll lately as he has gone for 70+ DK points in three of his last four games played. Over his last 13 maps played, he has produced a 1.26 K/D ratio and has either generated a kill or an assist 75.5% of rounds.

Magisk is viable in all formats due to the upside and floor that he provides. He carries a .76 kill per round rate while having a low .60 death per round rate which is one of the better differentials on the entire slate. Over the last nine months, he has faced Vitality on 10 maps and has produced a 1.14 K/D ratio in this matchup so he is certainly viable in the captain spot.

Other captain plays: mir, ropz, blameF, gla1ve

Value Plays:

Hen1 is priced down to $7,200 which is too much of a steal for us to pass up on when filling out your roster. He has produced a 1.13 K/D ratio over the last 50 maps that he has played and has generated a 1.09 match rating over that same time span as well.

One thing that really sticks our about HEN1 is that he has a very good floor as he has a .59 death per round rate while carrying a .67 kill per round rate. While he might not carry the most upside on this Furia squad, HEN1 averages 62 DK points per game and has gone for 70+ points in two of his last five games played.

device comes in right at the sweet spot of $7,000 on this slate which seems too good of a price point for someone who is averaging 62 DK points per game. Device brings a good floor to your lineups with his .74 kill per round rate while having a .66 death per round rate.

Over the last 13 maps played, device has produced a 1.12 K/D ratio which is really strong given the salary range that he is in. Throughout 2020, device has carried a .140 K/D ratio against Vitality over 10 maps played so with knowing this, he is viable in all formats.

Other value plays: dupreeh, sdy, k0nfig

Top Stacks/ Team Picks:

Furia is the largest favorite on this slate at -1000 and they are hard to ignore from a stacking standpoint. Over their last 50 maps played, Furia has gone 29-21 with a team K/D ratio of 1.08 during that time span. They carry the map advantage over Triumph as they have a higher winning percentage on six out of the seven playable maps which really bodes well for a Furia sweep. While Triumph has played well over their last three months of games played, they come into this matchup as losers of five straight matches so their recent form isn't great.

The big three for Furia are all in play as KSCERATO leads the squad in K/D ratio over the last three months. Yuurih is a consistent player while HEN1 seems to be the best value on the slate with his price point being low for his actual upside. If you are wanting to go completely contrarian, arT is priced all the way up and should see lower ownership due to his price.

Astralis has been an interesting team over the past few months. They had a few of their core guys leave for a bit but are now rounding into good form as gla1ve has rejoined the squad. They are winners of three of their last five games played and are carrying a 1.13 K/D ratio as a team over the last 10 maps played. Vitality is always a tough team to play with ZywOo leading the charge but Astralis has had their number over the years as they are 11-4 against them all-time.

Astralis has several guys that are in a viable pricing range that should be considered in all types of formats. Magisk has led this team with a 1.33 K/D ratio over the last 10 maps played while also having a +53 K/D differential during that time span. Gla1ve is the most expensive Astralis player but should not be overlooked due to his price point. If looking for value, both device and dupreeh are solid options as they have both posted above 1 K/D ratios over the last month of games played.

Other Top Stacks/ Teams:  Spirit
