Perfect World Asia League

Best of 3

  • Invictus vs. Bren
  • TIGER vs. Mazaalai
  • Divine Vendetta vs. Beyond

CS:GO DFS Captain Considerations

Flying is priced up at $9,000 but is worth every dollar on this slate. He is averaging 81.3 DK points per game and leads this Invictus squad with a 1.20 K/D ratio/ What is very impressive is that he has a +158 K/D differential over a 40 map span while the second closest player on Invictus is xiaosaGe who has a +19 K/D differential over the same timeframe.

Over the last month of games played, flying has had a .82 kill per round rate while only having a .68 death per round rate. He brings a great floor with upside so flying is viable in all formats, especially in cash game lineups.

erkaSt is a great value for the captain spot on this slate. He is priced at $7,800 and leads this TIGER team in K/D ratio over the last month (1.27). He is averaging 67.3 DK points per game and has a +86 K/D differential.

He has a strong .81 kill per round rate which is one of the highest kill per round rates on the slate besides flying which shows the consistency and upside that he brings to your lineups. He is also viable in both formats and provides some salary relief compared to rostering flying in the captain role.

Other captain plays: Olivia, dobu, Papichulo

CS:GO DFS Value Plays

Kabal is priced at $6,600 which seems like a great price to roster him at. TIGER looks to be the overall better team and Kabal has a 1.06 K/D ratio over the last 18 maps played. Over the same timeframe, he has had a +20 K/D differential which is right behind the likes of dobu (+23) and nin9 (+25) so this shows that he has been playing up a bit when compared to some of his better teammates. Kabal is averaging 58.3 DK points per game and could be used in all formats.

Kntz is another value play that lives in the $6,500-$7,000 range on this slate. He carries the second-highest K/D ratio on Beyond (1.11) and has a +45 K/D differential which is also the second-highest on his team. For his production and price point, he is a steal and should be considered as a great value for cash games and tournament lineups.

Other value plays: DeStRoYeR, havoK, witz, PokemoN

Top CS:GO DFS Stacks

Invictus has been rolling lately as they have won four of their last five matches played while Bren comes in slumping as losers of five straight matches. Invictus comes in as the higher-ranked squad and carries a sizable map advantage as they have a higher winning percentage on six out of the seven tournament maps. From a recent form standpoint, Invictus has gone 26-14 in their last 40 maps played and carries a 1.04 team K/D ratio while Bren has gone 9-13 over their last 22 maps played with a .99 K/D ratio. When comparing everything, it looks like Invictus is the all-around better squad and should be able to win this match and possibly sweep 2-0.

Flying is where you should start when looking at making an Invictus stack. He leads this team in K/D ratio and has scored very well recently. Outside of flying, the rest of the team is pretty solid as Viva, xiaosaGe, and DeStRoYeR all carry K/D ratios slightly above 1. Flying holds a good chunk of the total kill share so he also makes a viable one-off if struggling to fit in any other pieces from this squad.

TIGER is also in a great spot where they have the upside to win and sweep Mazaalai 2-0 should they bring their A-game. TIGER has won three out of their last five games while Mazaalai enters this game as winners of one of their last five with TIGER controlling the map advantage on four of the seven tournament maps. From a recent form standpoint, TIGER looks to be the better team as they have gone 9-9 over their last 18 maps played with a 1.07 team K/D ratio while Mazaalai has had a 3-11 record over their last 14 maps with a .88 team K/D ratio.

TIGER has some viable pieces to look at when trying to build a stack. ErkaSt looks like the strongest TIGER player as he has had the highest K/D ratio over the past month. Dobu, nin9, and kabal all have produced K/D ratios above 1 over the last 18 maps played and are viable stacking pieces with kabal being the best value based on his recent performance and price point.
