Cleveland Cavaliers forward Dean Wade (ankle) has been ruled out for Wednesday's contest against the Miami Heat, Chris Fedor of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports. He tweaked his right ankle during an individual pregame workout and will miss his first game since March 3. Cleveland is also without Jarrett Allen (knee), Jaylon Tyson (toe), and Max Strus (foot), so Nae'Qwan Tomlin and Dennis Schroder could be a lot more involved off the bench. This is a good matchup for Cleveland's second unit, as Miami allows the seventh-most bench points in the league.--Taavi Pailk

Cleveland Cavaliers forward/center Larry Nance Jr. (illness) is available to play ahead of Wednesday's game against the Miami Heat. Nance will shed the questionable tag and suit up despite dealing with an illness. The veteran forward hasn't been a big part of the rotation lately, but could see a larger role with Dean Wade (ankle) sidelined. This season, Nance is averaging 3.3 points, 2.6 rebounds, and 0.9 assists across 12.2 minutes per game. Even with a slightly expanded role, Nance isn't worth a look in most fantasy formats ahead of Wednesday's slate.--Andy Webb

Detroit Pistons center Jalen Duren (knee) will be in the lineup on Wednesday against the Atlanta Hawks. Detroit added Duren to the injury report earlier in the day, but he will suit up for the first game of a back-to-back. The fact that Duren was a late addition to the injury report could indicate he might be held out of action on Thursday against New Orleans. With Isaiah Stewart (calf) out, Duren plays a crucial role in the frontcourt, averaging 23.4 points and 9.6 rebounds over his last six outings.--Taavi Pailk

Los Angeles Lakers center Deandre Ayton (back) will miss Wednesday's matchup with the Indiana Pacers. He was a late addition to the injury report due to back soreness, and the Lakers have downgraded Ayton's status ahead of tip-off from questionable to out. Jaxson Hayes will move into the starting lineup. As a starter, Hayes has significantly improved his numbers, averaging 11.4 points, 4.5 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 1.0 steals per game.--Taavi Pailk

Indiana Pacers forward Pascal Siakam (knee) will suit up against the Los Angeles Lakers on Wednesday. The team has upgraded Siakam's status from probable to available. Indiana's star forward has averaged 26.3 points, 5.3 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 1.2 steals since the All-Star break. He's been banged up quite a bit, but that didn't stop Siakam from going off for 37 points in Monday's win over Orlando.--Taavi Pailk

Atlanta Hawks forward Jalen Johnson (shoulder) will play on Wednesday against the Detroit Pistons. He is returning to the court after missing two games due to left shoulder inflammation. Johnson's return is set to push Mouhamed Gueye to the bench. The Pistons are a strong defensive team, but even they have struggled to slow down Johnson this season. Atlanta's rising star has averaged 24.3 points, 10.7 rebounds, 9.3 assists, and 1.7 steals across three games against Detroit.--Taavi Pailk

Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid (oblique) will return to action on Wednesday against the Chicago Bulls. He has received the green light to return from a 13-game absence. The 76ers will also have Paul George back in the lineup, and the two should do plenty of damage against a weak defense. Adem Bona and Andre Drummond must settle for lesser roles with Embiid back in the mix.--Taavi Pailk

Adam Aaronson of PhillyVoice.com reports that Philadelphia 76ers guard/forward Quentin Grimes (illness) is available for Wednesday's game against the Chicago Bulls after missing Monday's loss to Oklahoma City due to an illness. The 25-year-old has started each of his last 11 appearances, but with Paul George returning tonight after serving a lengthy suspension, his role from here on out is uncertain.--Andrew Lennox

Los Angeles Clippers guard/forward Jordan Miller (back) is out for Wednesday's game against the Toronto Raptors. Miller has been healthy throughout most of the season, but he will sit out tonight's contest due to back soreness. His next chance to suit up is Friday against the Pacers. The 26-year-old is averaging 9.8 points, 3.1 rebounds, and 2.2 assists across 21.6 minutes per game this season. Fellow forward Kawhi Leonard (ankle) could also sit out as he is carrying a questionable tag ahead of tonight's matchup. Bennedict Mathurin (toe), John Collins (ankle) and Kobe Sanders could be asked to play bigger roles if Leonard is also unable to play.--Andrew Lennox

Washington Wizards forward/center Tristan Vukcevic (back) is unavailable for Wednesday's matchup with the Utah Jazz. Vukcevic did not return to Sunday's game against the New York Knicks after experiencing lower-back tightness and the same issue will keep him out of tonight's contest. Alexandre Sarr (toe) is also out, so Anthony Gill could see deeper rotation minutes after collecting 18 points, five rebounds, and three steals across 26 minutes on Sunday.--Andrew Lennox

Washington Wizards guard/forward Bilal Coulibaly (heel) will play on Wednesday against the Utah Jazz. Coulibaly was previously listed as questionable with a heel injury, but he has since been cleared to play. The 21-year-old was out for two games in mid-March, but since then he's collected 34 points, nine rebounds, six assists, four steals and four blocks across 40 minutes in his past two outings. If his minutes are restricted this evening, Will Riley and Jaden Hardy will likely see extended minutes on the floor.--Andrew Lennox

Memphis Grizzlies guard/forward Cedric Coward (personal) has been removed from the injury report ahead of Wednesday's clash against the San Antonio Spurs. He has missed three games for personal reasons. With Ty Jerome (ankle) and Jaylen Wells (toe) exiting the lineup on Wednesday, Coward could take on one of the leading roles on offense, though this is an extremely difficult matchup for the Grizzlies. The Spurs have the third-best defensive rating in the league, with Victor Wembanyama protecting the paint. Coward managed only nine points on 3-for-14 shooting in his last meeting with San Antonio.--Taavi Pailk

Memphis Grizzlies guard/forward Jaylen Wells (toe) has been ruled out for Wednesday's meeting with the San Antonio Spurs. He injured his right big toe in Monday's blowout loss to Atlanta and won't be part of the Grizzlies' lineup for only the third time this season. Cedric Coward (personal) will return on Wednesday, helping to fill in for Wells. Some of his minutes could also go to Tyler Burton and DeJon Jarreau. Burton has recently jumped onto fantasy radars with two 20-point efforts in three games.--Taavi Pailk

Memphis Grizzlies point guard Ty Jerome (ankle) won't suit up on Wednesday against the San Antonio Spurs. Jerome has rarely played in back-to-back contests and won't be part of the lineup on Wednesday night after a 17-point, four-assist effort in Monday's loss to Atlanta. His absence will open up a spot in the starting lineup and provide more playing opportunities for the rest of the backcourt. Walter Clayton Jr., Cam Spencer, and Javon Small (back) are all candidates for increased playing time, though the latter carries a questionable tag on the injury report.--Taavi Pailk

Utah Jazz forward Brice Sensabaugh (rest) won't play on Wednesday against the Washington Wizards. The 22-year-old battled an illness last week but returned from a two-game absence on Monday against Toronto, finishing with 24 points. Sensabaugh has scored at least 20 points in six straight outings, averaging 21.4 points per game in March. However, he won't be unleashed against Washington's awful defense. John Konchar and Bez Mbeng could pick up extra work on Wednesday night, especially if Cody Williams (shoulder) also isn't in the lineup.--Taavi Pailk
