Counter Strike: Global Offensive DFS Picks (12/11/20) - FanDuel, DraftKings Daily Fantasy

Koby's DraftKings. DFS lineup picks for Early Morning Counter-Strike: Global Offensive on 12/11/20. He analyzes CS:GO slates and top targets for eSports DFS contests.

Hello Esports enthusiasts and welcome to our Esports coverage of CS:GO DFS! We have the Blast Premier Fall Finals as we prepare for the final tournament of the year with the IEM Global Challenge! My name is Koby and I'll be here to help make those tough decisions on who to play and who not to play in your DFS contests!

This week we have the toughest matches as the best teams in the world face off for a $225,000 prize. Today we saw Vitality sweep Natus Vincere, Furia beat OG in three, and an extremely close match between BiG and G2 where BiG pulled it out in the final rounds of the third map! Tomorrow we begin the semi-finals as Furia takes on Natus Vincere in the top bracket and Astralis taking on G2 in the bottom bracket! Today I'll be bringing you my Counter-Strike: Global Offensive DFS lineup picks, analysis, and advice for eSports DFS contests on FanDuel and DraftKings for Friday, December 11th at 7:00 am ET.

CS:GO DFS Picks

Best of 3 Series

  • Furia (+130)  vs. Natus Vincere (-180)
  • Astralis  vs. G2

Captain Plays:

S1mple: S1mple had 65 kills today in a loss where they were swept. If that doesn't show how good this guy is I'm not sure what would. He averaged 97.2 damage per round and note that each player has 100 health. So he was close to averaging a kill per round. This was also against the No.1 team in the world, they now get FURIA, who is barely coming off a win against OG. s1mple is definitely going to be your chalk captain as he is one of the best players in the world currently. In the last month, he is averaging an insane .92 kills per round and a very low .58 deaths per round. and currently has a 1.58 K/D. Chalk option maybe, but best option probably!

Device: If you are looking to hop off the s1mple chalk train, device is your next best option! I like Device because he has the chance to go 3 maps which means a lot more kills for this killer. He is averaging .84 kills per round and .59 deaths per round with a 1.43 K/D. In games where Astralis takes it to three maps, device has the ability to drop 70+ kills, and with a team like G2 against them, this could be the place for just that. Device has also gone positive in every game for the last 8 games and only 2 of the maps in those 8 games resulted in a negative result. Device is a beast, to say the least.

Other captain plays: yuurih, NiKo, Nexa, dupreeh, electronic

Value Plays:

gla1ve: Gla1ve has been playing out of his mind in this tournament and he is still one of the cheapest play on Astralis, which means more than likely he will be high owned. He has gone positive in his last two matches, including leading the team against a very tough Navi team. He isn't someone to wow us with 60 plus kills normally, but we don't necessarily need that for someone so cheap at 9,800 on FD. He is a great pairing with Device or Dupreeh. He averages about .67 kills per round and .65 deaths per round. If Gla1ve can continue this play, he should pay off his price.

KennyS: KennyS outperformed his entire team against BiG today and Fanduel did us the courtesy of giving him a price reduction. 9,300 is simply too cheap for someone with the upside that Kenny has even in a loss. Today he went +17 on the day, which is pretty damn good for a loss. Last week when G2 played Astralis, they were swept and Kennys went even on the day which is still pretty good for someone priced at where he is at. For all of us on Fanduel, we have to have one player from 3 teams, so having a player like Kenny that still has the advantage to score well in a loss is nice. Nexa is also in this range and has the ability to do the same.

Other Value Plays: Perfecto, Nexa, Boombl4(punt), VINI, Hen1, Amanek(PUNT)

Top Stacks/ Team Picks:

Natus Vincere: Our chalk stack of the day will more than likely begin with S1mple at the captain spot and focus around the likes of Electronic and Perfecto as these are the safe options for tomorrow's slate. Navi has the more favorable matchup but FURIA can surprise anyone. Even in the loss today against Vitality. Both Electronic and S1mple still went positive which is very encouraging especially with a caliber of a team that Vitality is. Now they get the sixth-ranked FURIA who beat OG in 3 maps today. flamie is the only one at risk today as B1t has been subbing him out on specific maps. Boombl4 is definitely a risk to use as he isn't the greatest player but his price always makes him so tempting.

Astralis: Our other favored stack is more than likely going to be a three-game match against the G2 that took BiG to nearly 90 rounds in 3 maps but falling short in the third map. Astralis has looked dominant this tournament even in the loss against NAVI. They swept Mousesports in a very quick fashion, winning 32-13. G2 is a lot better than Mousesports and expect G2 to put up more of a fight against Astralis as they continue to push towards winning this tournament. gla1ve and device have both looked great in this tournament, with dupreeh and magisk pulling it together and going positive in the 2nd game. The only one in question is Xyp9x who has been subbed for Bubzjki on the map Nuke, which has been picked in 4 straight games.

Other Top Stacks/ Teams: G2, Furia(GPP)

Good luck in your contests, RotoBallers, and make sure to keep stopping back for more CS:GO analysis!
