Koby Hansons' DraftKings and FanDuel. DFS lineup picks for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive on 11/19/21. He analyzes CS:GO slates and top targets for eSports DFS contests.

Welcome back, RotoBallers, to another edition of my Counter-Strike: Global Offensive DFS picks. Another day, another slate of CSGO. This time we have the quarter-finals for the V4 FSF tournament! This is on LAN by the way so keep that in mind if you are a firm believer in certain players playing much better on LAN.  Should be a good slate of games as Gambit takes on Enterprise and Movistar Riders get Fiend in their matchup.

Today I'll be bringing you my Counter-Strike: Global Offensive DFS lineup picks, analysis, and advice for eSports DFS contests on DraftKings for Friday, November 19th, 2021, at 07:00, am

Best of 3

  • Gambit (-1800) vs. Enterprise (+800)
  • Movistar Riders (-145) vs. Fiend (+110)

Captain Plays

sh1ro: So far during this tournament, it has been the sh1ro show, and I think that continues into a must-win game for Gambit. He has been playing out of his mind going for +36 on 63 kills today in their sweep over eSuba. sh1ro on LAN is just built differently, over 12 maps he has averaged a 1.54 K/D with a .81 KPR and a very low .52 DPR. If you aren't putting him at captain, Lock him in as a Flex. He will more than likely be one of the highest-scoring players on the slate.

h4rn: h4rn on the other hand has been equally impressive, he has been the top fragger in all but one of the matches played during this tournament. On LAN he has averaged over 20 maps a 1.21 K/D with a .73 KPR and a .60 DPR. He is their AWPer, and he is showing that he isn't dying a lot. I think the wrong team is favored here, and h4rn is a big part of why Fiend has been making moves during this tournament. Plus with ShiPz playing for Fiend while on LAN, it has helped this team a lot. He and RedStar is a fantastic stacking option for Fiend.

Other captain plays in order of preference: Redstar, Hobbit, SunPayus, mopoz, forsyy(Large GPP)

Value Plays

interz: I don't like playing interz but he is very cheap and he looked great in their win over eSuba today. I don't think we see a similar performance from him but I'm hoping we get the sweep and at least a positive K/D normally I would say go nafany over him but nafany hasn't been the greatest during the tournament so far, so I'll ride the momentum of interz. Going interz over nafany allows a 1,000$ increase elsewhere in your lineup hopefully making it to where you don't have to punt anyone in your lineup.

dream3r: I think this matchup is good enough for Fiend that dream3r should see the positive side of things. 6k for dreamer about a month ago would have been straight disrespect, lately, he hasn't been up to par. He has been a bit better on LAN tournaments though and so therefore I'm hoping we get the good side of dreamer tomorrow. He is far too cheap for his potential outcome, he went +4 in one map against Gambit and +14 on 50 kills against Budapest 5. Like I said earlier, I think the wrong team is favored here, so I think we see Fiend come out with the win with some positive K/D's.

Other value plays in order of preference: Alex, SHiPZ, DeathZz, Matys(GPP), nafany, bubble

Top Stacks / Team Picks

Fiend: At this point, just look at the odds for Gambit, it's obvious that Gambit should be your top stack, so I'm not going to bother talking about them. Fiend has looked pretty good in this tournament so far, other than their loss to BiG today, they had an impressive win over Gambit and Wisla Krakow. They have a tough test here against Movistar Riders but after their loss to Enterprise, I'm a lot more on the side of Fiend. They also brought on ShiPZ from Skade who I believe is a much better player than v1c7oR.

As for the players, h4rn and REDSTAR are your best plays and the ones I would immediately look to. After that, I would look at dream3r as he is a very good price and then ShiPZ. If you want to grab bubble, I like him more in the chance that Fiend wins by sweep but I'm not sure that happens so, I would avoid it unless that's all you have left salary-wise. Redstar is a great cheap GPP captain option, but I do prefer h4rn to him if you have the salary to do so.

Predictions

Gambit 2-0
Fiend 2-1
