Counter Strike: Global Offensive DFS Picks (11/16/21) - DraftKings and FanDuel Daily Fantasy

Koby Hansons' DraftKings and FanDuel. DFS lineup picks for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive on 11/16/21. He analyzes CS:GO slates and top targets for eSports DFS contests.

Welcome back, RotoBallers, to another edition of my Counter-Strike: Global Offensive DFS picks. Both teams swept as expected but for Forze the players I had were not the moves, shalfey and Norwi went berzerk and smoked the lobby. Fnatic smoked sAw as expected as well with smooya absolutely dominating the entire lobby. Today we have Entropiq who has been hot lately going against Fiend who has taken a couple of very suspect losses. In the next game, we have Eternal Fire taking on the Lyngby Vikings or now known as ECSTATIC under this new promotion.

Today I'll be bringing you my Counter-Strike: Global Offensive DFS lineup picks, analysis, and advice for eSports DFS contests on DraftKings for Tuesday, November 16th, 2021, at 10:00, am

REPUBLEAGUE SEASON 2

Best of 3

  • Entropiq (-230) vs. Fiend (+175)
  • Eternal Fire (+135) vs. ECSTATIC (-175)

Captain Plays

El1an: The one constant over Entropiq's winning streak has been the gameplay of El1an and Forester. They have been playing very well and leading this team to victory. They are definitely showing that they can compete with the big dogs and have moved their ranking up to 12th in the world. El1an has been the big reason behind that as the AWPer holds a 1.23 K/D with a .70 KPR and a .58 DPR. He also had gone positive in 8 of his last 9 matches with the one coming at the hands of G2. He's top money, though, so flexing him should be highly considered if you can't get him in your captain spot.

Xantares: Although I don't think Eternal Fire comes out on top of this match, Xantares should always be in consideration as captain, he has shown that he can drop big numbers even when his team is losing. I think there is a good chance that Eternal Fire can at least force a map 3 and give Xanatres even more of a chance to get as many kills as possible. He currently holds a 1.22 K/D with a .81 KPR and  .67 DPR. He has been the No.1 option on this team since it was created and I expect that if Eternal Fire has any chance in this game it will be because of Xantares.

Other captain plays in order of preference: Forester, FASHR, Wolfy, h4rn(GPP)

Value Plays

Lack1: It's more of a risky play as Lack1 can be incredibly inconsistent but he is far too cheap for a player that can make a difference in a game. Also in their last matchup against Fiend, Lack1 was on a tear, as he went +20 on 57 kills in two maps. We just have to get lucky with him, and at 5,600$ I think if we get the sweep then we just need an even or better K/D for the day. But if we can get something like in his previous matchup then that is just a bonus. He holds a .95 K/D with a .65 KPR and a .68 DPR.

mankz: Whenever I see Lyngby Vikings or ECSTATIC now, It was immediately, Wolfy or FASHR is the first to come too. I think that is still true but mankz has been very good for this team showing himself as a solid third option on this team. He has gone positive in 9 of his last 11 matches and we are getting him very cheap at 6,200$. He should be heavily considered in ECSTATIC stacks or even as a cheap one-off option or runbacks to Eternal Fire stacks. He holds a 1.10 K/D with a .68 KPR and a .63 DPR.

Other value plays in order of preference: Nickelback, imorr, Daffu, dreamer

Top Stacks / Team Picks

Entropiq: I think the more likely option of the two in a sweep is Entropiq. They have been playing fantastic lately and I think are one of the more well-rounded teams in the world. All the players have shown they can step up when given the opportunity. I also think all of the players here are viable when making your stacks. My favorites start with El1an and/or Forester and then Lack1 for value. Krad has played well lately but his price is a little high for me but I think can still be used. Nickelback can be inconsistent so he is my least favorite option, but all of these guys have shown they can pop off for a game and fall asleep the next. So there is always risk in taking Nickelback and Lack1. Fiend has taken a couple of losses that make me think they aren't in form right now and therefore Entropiq should be able to take care of them.

Predictions

Entropiq 2-0
ECSTATIC 2-1
