4 Impact Fantasy Baseball Prospects To Stash - Max Clark, Kaelen Culpepper, Charlie Condon, Jett Williams

Kaelen Culpepper - Fantasy Baseball Rookie Rankings, Top 25 Prospects to Stash

Four top fantasy baseball prospects - Max Clark, Kaelen Culpepper, Charlie Condon, and Jett Williams - that can make big impacts. These MLB prospects are waiver wire pickups or stashes.

Welcome to Week 8 and RotoBaller's Redraft Fantasy Baseball Prospects Report for the 2026 MLB season, looking at prospect risers and fallers in redraft fantasy baseball leagues.

As we advance deeper into the regular season, we'll take a closer look at Max Clark, Kaelen Culpepper, Charlie Condon, and Jett Williams. Each is a top talent in their team's farm system who has either already debuted early this season or is knocking on the door of receiving a call to the show.

We’ll dive into their early performances, analyze what’s working (and what’s not), and offer insights on what fantasy baseball managers can expect as we get deeper into the 2026 season.

Max Clark, OF, Detroit Tigers

Availability: 5% rostered

2026 Triple-A Stats: 41 G, .263/.335/.359, 1 HR, 16 RBI, 10 SB, 9.6% BB%, 14.9% K%, 88 wRC+

Clark was the third overall pick in the 2023 MLB Draft, signing for more than $7.6 million out of high school. He's not a five-tool prospect, but he's regarded as a pure athlete with tremendous upside, making him a very intriguing stash in fantasy baseball leagues.

There isn't much power in Clark's swing, as he launched just 14 home runs last year, and he has only one home run across 41 Triple-A games this year. However, he makes up for it with his speed and ability to put balls in play. He's up to 10 steals already and could threaten to surpass his previous career-high mark of 29.

The swing decisions have also been encouraging. Clark has chased 23.38% of the time, which ranks in the 72nd percentile. He also has a 14.4% whiff rate (94th percentile), 15.3% strikeout rate (86th percentile), and 91.78% zone contact rate (92nd percentile).

Even though there isn't a ton of power in Clark's offensive profile, his swing decisions and speed are encouraging enough to justify rostering him in many fantasy baseball leagues, especially since he could be called up for his MLB debut in June.

Clark is currently available in 95% of fantasy leagues, and he ranks as the #2 outfield prospect in RotoBaller's latest redraft rankings.

Kaelen Culpepper, SS, Minnesota Twins

Availability: 1% rostered

2026 Triple-A Stats: 41 G, .250/.357/.464, 9 HR, 32 RBI, 9 SB, 12.6% BB%, 19.1% K%, 110 wRC+

The Twins selected Culpepper, a Kansas State product, in the first round of the 2024 MLB Draft. He signed for just south of $4 million, and although he has swung a bat across all levels of the minors, he's off to an especially strong start at Triple-A here in 2026.

Culpepper has a rare blend of power and speed that bodes incredibly well for his fantasy baseball outlook. He had 20 homers and 25 steals last year, and he's already up to nine homers and nine steals this year. Once he's called up to the majors, he should rack up enough homers and steals to justify rostering him in fantasy baseball leagues.

The surface-level home run totals are also complemented by some very impressive underlying exit velocities. He has a 95.2 mph EV50 (91st percentile) and a 104.9 mph EV90 (76th percentile) in Triple-A this year. He also has a 51.6% hard-hit rate, which ranks in the 90th percentile.

We do have some concerns about Culpepper's swing decisions, as he's chasing at a 30% clip while maintaining a zone swing rate of 59.6%. The decisions haven't been the greatest, but he has made up for it with his contact profile; he has a 21.5% whiff rate and 89.3% zone contact rate.

Culpepper should get the call to make his MLB debut sooner rather than later. When he does get called up, he should see his roster share skyrocket as fantasy managers take notice of the upside behind his power and speed. He's available in 99% of leagues, and he ranks #2 among shortstop prospects in RotoBaller's latest redraft rankings.

Charlie Condon, 1B/OF, Colorado Rockies

Availability: 4% rostered

2026 Triple-A Stats: 39 G, .240/.373/.380, 4 HR, 18 RBI, 3 SB, 15.1% BB%, 24.9% K%, 89 wRC+

The Rockies selected Condon with the third overall pick in the 2024 MLB Draft. At the time, he was a top amateur prospect from the University of Georgia, fetching a whopping $9.25 million signing bonus.

Injuries limited Condon to just 99 games last year, and his corresponding power output led to mixed reviews. On one hand, his 14 homers reflected plus power. On the other hand, it was a little disappointing considering that he has plus-plus power potential coming out of school.

Condon has just four homers in Triple-A this year, but he has already stolen more bases this year than last, and he's also walking at a career-high 15.1% clip (80th percentile). He's shown very impressive zone discipline with a 19.47% chase rate, which ranks in the 89th percentile.

Additionally, despite the general lack of power, we're impressed by Condon's exit velocities. He has a 105.7 mph EV90 this year, which could translate to an increased power surge in the majors, especially since he'll be playing half his games at the hitter-friendly Coors Field.

Between his respectable speed and the upside behind his power output, fantasy managers should consider stashing Condon in redraft leagues. He already has 39 Triple-A games under his belt, so we'd expect to see him make his MLB debut this summer. He's available in 96% of leagues, and he ranks #2 among first base prospects in RotoBaller's latest redraft rankings.

Jett Williams, 3B, Milwaukee Brewers

Availability: 2% rostered

2026 Triple-A Stats: 45 G, .254/.380/.420, 5 HR, 24 RBI, 11 SB, 15.1% BB%, 21.0% K%, 117 wRC+

The Mets selected Williams with the 14th overall pick in the 2022 MLB Draft. One of the top prep prospects of his class, Williams inked a $3.9 million signing bonus out of high school. He developed for several years in the Mets' system before being traded to the Brewers this past offseason.

Williams has a very encouraging blend of power and speed, which makes him a perfect fit for the Brewers and their aggressive offensive philosophy at the major league level. He hustles well on defense, and he possesses a versatile background with plenty of experience at third base, shortstop, and center field.

From last year to this year, Williams' walk rate has increased while his strikeout rate has decreased. He has demonstrated great swing decisions with a 20.31% chase rate, and his 20.4% whiff rate also ranks among the top one-fifth of batters in Triple-A.

Meanwhile, from a power perspective, although we are encouraged by his 17 homers last year and five homers so far this year, we wouldn't mind seeing higher exit velocities. His 102.1 mph EV90 in 2026 ranks among the bottom half of Triple-A hitters, and he has maintained a suboptimal 32.2% hard-hit rate.

Nevertheless, Williams' blend of power and speed is very encouraging for fantasy baseball. The good swing decisions should translate to decent contact results when he gets called up to the majors, and he'll find his way into some power even if the EVs remain below average.

Williams has been playing third base in Triple-A, but he maintains shortstop and outfield eligibility in plenty of fantasy baseball leagues. In RotoBaller's latest redraft rankings, Williams checks in as the #3 shortstop prospect and #9 outfield prospect.
