Browns D/ST a Must-Start Unit in Week 14
While the Cleveland Browns have struggled to a 3-9 record so far this season, the Cleveland defense has been a productive unit. Entering Week 14, the Browns have allowed the third-fewest passing yards (2,327) and recorded the second-most sacks (43) in the NFL. Cleveland has a highly favorable matchup in Week 14 against the struggling Tennessee Titans. Tennessee has been held to 14 or fewer points in five out of its last seven games. Titans quarterback Cameron Ward has taken a league-leading 48 sacks so far this season, and he's fumbled nine times in 12 games. The Browns should be able to force Ward and the Titans into obvious passing situations, which could lead to disaster for Tennessee. The Cleveland D/ST is a must-start unit for fantasy managers in Week 14.

Jerome Ford Could Be an Option in Deep Leagues vs. Titans
Cleveland Browns running back Jerome Ford hasn't seen much usage lately behind rookie Quinshon Judkins. Ford saw a slight uptick in snaps in Week 13's loss to the San Francisco 49ers with Dylan Sampson (calf) exiting early. He could play a similar role in Week 14 versus the Tennessee Titans with Sampson currently listed as questionable. The 26-year-old has primarily played on pass downs for Cleveland this season, totaling 24 carries for 73 yards to go with 24 receptions for 93 yards on 29 targets. Ford isn't likely to see many touches if Sampson is active on Sunday against the Titans, but he could have value in deeper PPR leagues if Sampson is inactive.

David Njoku Off the Injury Report, Tough to Trust in Week 14 Against Tennessee
Cleveland Browns tight end David Njoku's (knee) doesn't carry an injury designation and will play in Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans. His production has faded in recent weeks. The 29-year-old has totaled just five catches for 32 yards and one touchdown on six targets in the past four games. Njoku ranks as the TE47 at just 3.5 PPR points per game during that span. The veteran has taken a backseat to rookie Harold Fannin Jr. as the primary receiving tight end and has lost relevance in fantasy as a result. Njoku has posted two of his three lowest snap shares of the season over the past two weeks. Njoku will look to bounce back in Week 14, but he isn't a trustworthy option with his current role in the Browns' offense.

Harold Fannin Jr. Has TE1 Upside in Week 14 Against Titans
Cleveland Browns rookie tight end Harold Fannin Jr. caught his third touchdown of the season in last week's loss to the San Francisco 49ers. Fannin has played a near full-time role since the start of the season for Cleveland, and has been the most impactful pass catcher, leading the team with 51 receptions for 505 yards on 74 targets in 12 games. The rookie third-rounder out of Bowling Green trails only Jerry Jeudy in targets, who has 80, and no other Browns pass catcher has more than 47 targets. Fannin has established himself as one of the few reliable fantasy options in the Browns offense, and has a solid matchup in Week 14 versus the Tennessee Titans. The Titans have allowed the 10th fewest receptions to opposing tight ends this season, but also conceded a touchdown to tight end Brenton Strange in last week's loss to the Jaguars. Fannin can be used as a streamer and ranks as RotoBaller's TE12 in PPR leagues for Week 14.

Cedric Tillman A Risky Option in Week 14 vs. Titans
Cleveland Browns wide receiver Cedric Tillman hasn't been a big fantasy contributor since returning in Week 10 against the New York Jets after missing four games due to a hamstring injury. The 25-year-old has recorded six receptions for 68 yards on 12 targets over the past four games, while posting the third-highest route share (63.8%) for the Browns, trailing only Jerry Jeudy and rookie tight end Harold Fannin Jr. Tillman is tough to trust for Sunday's game against the Tennessee Titans, with the current state of the Browns' offense. The Titans have allowed the sixth most PPR points per game to opposing wide receivers, but Tillman is only an option in deeper leagues in Week 14.

Isaiah Bond a Dart Throw in Deep Leagues Against Titans
Cleveland Browns rookie wide receiver Isaiah Bond hasn't posted big receiving numbers this season, but he continues to run a decent number of routes. His 53.4% route share is third among Cleveland's wide receivers this season, and he's recorded 14 receptions for 199 yards on 35 targets in 11 games. The rookie wideout is still looking for his first touchdown, and came close to scoring one after hauling in a deep ball from fellow rookie Shedeur Sanders for a 52-yard gain down inside the five in Week 12 against the Las Vegas Raiders. Bond has a favorable matchup on Sunday against a Titans defense that has allowed the sixth-most PPR points per game to opposing wide receivers, however he is still just a very-deep league dart throw for Week 14 in the poor Browns passing attack.

Cam Little a Decent Kicking Option in Week 14
Jacksonville Jaguars kicker Cam Little is a decent starting option for fantasy managers in a Week 14 matchup with the Indianapolis Colts. He had some off games in the middle of the season, but he has otherwise been relatively accurate, especially as of late. Little has also shown he has one of the biggest legs in the league, nailing an NFL record 68 yard field goal back in Week 9. Little has been great overall since the Week 8 bye, making him a good option in general moving forward. RotoBaller has Little ranked 13th this week, so Managers should view Little as a low-end starting kicker against the Colts.

Jaguars D/ST Not Startable Against Colts
The Jacksonville Jaguars defense/special teams unit isn't the greatest starting option in Week 14. The Jaguars face the Indianapolis Colts who have been one of the top offenses in the NFL. The Jaguars' ability to force turnovers makes them intriguing in general, but they're ranked 19th this week by RotoBaller rankings, which means they should be ignored. The Colts will rely on Jonathan Taylor and the running game rather than force Daniel Jones to make risky throws, so the Jaguars D/ST is better left on benches or the waiver wire in Week 14.

Parker Washington Questionable in Week 14, Tough to Trust vs. the Colts
Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Parker Washington (hip) didn't practice on Wednesday and was limited on Thursday and Friday. He is currently questionable for this week against the Indianapolis Colts. The Jaguars could use all the help they can get in a crucial divisional matchup, but from a fantasy perspective, Washington doesn't seem worth the risk. He had just one catch for 26 yards against the Titans last week and appears to have fallen behind Jakobi Meyers and Brenton Strange in the target pecking order. Even if he does play, it is unlikely he will contribute much, aside from special teams as a returner. If active, fantasy managers in deep leagues can start Washington as a FLEX option. He comes in WR63 in the latest RotoBaller rankings.

Brenton Strange a Strong Fantasy TE Option vs. the Colts
Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Brenton Strange is becoming a reliable option for quarterback Trevor Lawrence and is performing well on his return from injury. In Week 12 against the Arizona Cardinals, he caught five passes for 93 yards, and last week against the Tennessee Titans, he caught two passes for 45 yards and a touchdown. He is a clear top target in Jacksonville's offense, along with Jakobi Meyers, making him a valuable tight end option down the stretch for fantasy managers. The Colts are also one of the weaker defenses against tight ends, adding even more value to Strange this week. However, Jacksonville is expected to see heavy rain on Sunday, which could affect the passing game. Despite the weather, fantasy managers should feel good about starting Strange, who comes in as the seventh-ranked TE against the Colts in Week 14.

Jerry Jeudy Remains a Lower-End Option in Week 14
Across 12 games this season, Cleveland Browns wide receiver Jerry Jeudy has recorded 35 catches for 421 yards and one touchdown on 80 targets. The 26-year-old hasn't been much better in two games since Shedeur Sanders took over as Cleveland's starting quarterback, recording four catches for 65 yards on seven targets over the last two weeks. In Week 14, Jeudy and the Browns will take on the Tennessee Titans. Tennessee enters the week ranked 31st among NFL defenses in yards per pass attempt allowed (7.9). However, the Titans are a more respectable 19th in total passing yards allowed (2,832). The Browns could look to lean on their defense and run game in Week 14, which would be a negative for Jeudy's production upside. He profiles as a low-end WR4/deep-league flex option for fantasy managers in Week 14.

Does Andre Baccellia Have Deep League Flex Appeal in Week 14?
Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Andre Baccellia will be the next man up in the Cardinals' receiving room with Marvin Harrison Jr. (heel) and Greg Dortch (chest) ruled out for Week 14. The former Washington product could see an expanded role in a pass-heavy offense. So far this season, Baccellia has one catch for five yards on one target. Entering Week 14, Baccellia will face a stout Los Angeles Rams defense that has allowed the ninth-fewest passing touchdowns this season. In a potential WR3 role, Baccellia could see more work in the passing game if the Cardinals' offense goes to a pass-heavy game script in an effort to keep up with a high-powered Rams' offense on the scoreboard. He could move up the Cardinals' WR2 role if Xavier Weaver (hamstring) is unable to suit up. Baccellia is a dicey dart throw in deep league heading into the regular season finale of most fantasy leagues.

David Sills V a Dicey Deep-League Play in Tough Week 14 Matchup
Atlanta Falcons wide receiver David Sills V has caught touchdown passes in consecutive weeks, although he's done it while totaling four catches for 31 yards in those two games combined. The 29-year-old's opportunity has come while Drake London (knee) has been sidelined with injury the last couple of weeks, and that will again be the case in Week 14. The 6-foot-3 wideout provides a big target in the red zone compared to some of the other receiving options for the Falcons, but it could be tough to keep the scoring streak alive in Week 14 against Seattle, a defense that has yielded the fifth-fewest fantasy points to opposing wide receivers for the season and is yielding just 152.7 yards per game through the air over their last three games. Atlanta has an implied total of just 19 points in this matchup, so there could be limited scoring opportunities, although, as seven-point underdogs, the Falcons may have to throw it to keep up. Either way, Sills makes for a risky play with trips to the fantasy playoffs on the line in many leagues, so he's really only a viable option in the deepest of leagues, or perhaps a DFS tournament play.

Jakobi Meyers a Great Flex Option in Week 14
Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Jakobi Meyers is coming off his best game of the season with his new team in Week 13, hauling in all six targets for 90 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's win over the Titans. That makes him a clear potential starter in lineups this week against the Indianapolis Colts. He showcased good chemistry with Trevor Lawrence and will look to continue that trend versus Indianapolis. The Colts' defense has been average this season and will be without top corner Sauce Gardner (calf), so their passing defense should be exploitable. The one downside is that there is potential for heavy rain in Jacksonville, which could ultimately affect the passing game. However, if Meyers can continue this momentum, the former Las Vegas Raider may be the top target in a good passing offense this week and beyond. Meyers is getting hot at the right time, making him a reliable option down the stretch of the fantasy season.

Brian Thomas Jr. a Boom-or-Bust Option Against the Colts
Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr. has been disappointing most of the season, and that could continue in Week 14 against the Indianapolis Colts. In his return from injury last week, he had just two receptions for 28 yards in Week 13's win against the Tennessee Titans. Jakobi Meyers, whom the Jaguars acquired at the trade deadline, outperformed Thomas in his return. Meyers had six catches for 90 yards and a touchdown in last Sunday's game over the Titans. The weather could be dicey in Jacksonville, with heavy rain on Sunday that could affect the passing game. Despite the weather and last week's dud, Thomas should still be considered in fantasy lineups as Trevor Lawrence's top wideout, but it is a risky play. Thomas comes in as WR30 in the latest RotoBaller rankings, making him at best a WR3/FLEX play in Week 14.
