San Antonio Spurs center Luke Kornet (ankle) will miss his third straight game on Thursday night against the Miami Heat. Kornet has been dealing with a left ankle sprain that's kept him out since San Antonio's overtime win over the Pelicans on October 24th. Kornet can provide a lot of value from deep but his role will be limited with Victor Wembanyama on the roster. Expect Bismack Biyambo to get more minutes while Kornet recovers. Biyambo has not been productive off the bench in Kornet's absence and fantasy managers should look for other options if they need help at center.--Kevin Larson - RotoBaller

Miami Heat forward Nikola Jovic (hip) is listed as probable for Thursday night's showdown against the San Antonio Spurs. Jovic has a right hip contusion but hasn't missed any time due to the injury. The 22-year-old is averaging 11.3 PPG while shooting 42.1% from three. His fantasy impact is a bit limited due to him coming off the bench but could provide value against teams who allow more threes. The Spurs don't appear to be a favorable three point matchup for him. Fantasy managers may be able to insert other options in their lineup if they're able to.--Kevin Larson - RotoBaller

Washington Wizards forward Marvin Bagley III (ankle) has been upgraded to available for Thursday night's matchup against the Oklahoma City Thunder. Bagley is fighting through a sprained ankle but it won't be enough to hold him out of action. The 26-year-old has averaged 6.8 PPG and 3.8 RPG in just over 14 minutes per game this season. He likely won't be able to make a true impact on any fantasy rosters unless he's able to get starting minutes. Even so, the matchup against the Thunder is a tough one for big men. Fantasy managers rolling with Bagley will want to hope for a blowout so he can get some garbage time minutes.--Kevin Larson - RotoBaller

On Thursday, the Utah Jazz announced that they have exercised the fourth-year team option on forward Brice Sensabaugh's contract. The move keeps the 22-year-old in Utah through the 2026-27 season. So far this campaign, across four outings, Sensabaugh has averaged 10.8 points, 1.3 assists, and 3.8 rebounds across 17.5 minutes per game. Barring any Jazz injuries, Sensabaugh will likely continue to see a limited role with the Jazz throughout the season, making him mostly a marginal contributor across all fantasy formats.--Andrew Lennox

On Thursday, the Utah Jazz announced that they have exercised the fourth-year team option on guard Keyonte George's contract. The move keeps the 21-year-old in Utah through the 2026-27 campaign. So far this season, in four appearances, George has averaged 22.3 points, 9.3 assists, 2.8 rebounds, and 1.0 steals across 34.5 minutes per contest. Fantasy managers can expect him to continue making his mark throughout this season, as he should be locked in for 30-35 minutes per outing as the Jazz's starting point guard.--Andrew Lennox

On Thursday, the Golden State Warriors announced that they have exercised the fourth-year team option on guard Brandin Podziemski's contract. The move secures the 22-year-old's place on the roster through the 2026-27 campaign. Podziemski has averaged 12.2 points, 4.8 rebounds, 2.6 assists, and 1.2 steals in 29.6 minutes per game across five contests so far this season. After showing steady improvement over his first two NBA campaigns, he projects as a reliable fantasy contributor in year three and beyond.--Andrew Lennox

Oklahoma City Thunder guard Isaiah Joe (knee) has been upgraded to available for Thursday night's home game against Washington. The veteran guard had been dealing with a left knee contusion that had forced him to miss the first five games of the season, but he'll be ready for his season debut on Thursday. Joe could have a relatively large role in the offense with both Jalen Williams (wrist) and Chet Holmgren (back) already ruled out for this matchup. He can be a streaky scorer, especially from long range. Last year, he averaged a career-high 10.2 points per game along with 2.6 rebounds, 1.6 assists, and 0.6 steals in 21.7 minutes per game. With all the other players who are injured, getting Joe back in the mix could be very important for the Thunder, and Joe can be a fringe contributor in season-long fantasy leagues as well as a solid bargain DFS consideration when he's fully healthy.--Zach Thompson

New York Knicks center Mitchell Robinson (injury management, ankle) was able to practice fully with the team on Thursday, and he'll be a game-time decision for Friday's matchup with the Bulls. Robinson traveled with the team on their three-game road trip with the hope that he could play at some point, and Friday's game in Chicago is the final game of the trip. Robinson has yet to make his debut this year due to "load management," so the team will be careful with his minutes as he works back to full speed. Last year, Robinson played just 17 games in the regular season, producing 5.1 points, 5.9 rebounds, and 1.1 blocks in just 17.1 minutes per game. Without Robinson, Ariel Hukporti has been getting extra playing time at center, along with Josh Hart and Karl-Anthony Towns in smaller lineups. Robinson's return has the potential to make a significant impact on the rotation if he can stay healthy this season.--Zach Thompson

Golden State Warriors guard Moses Moody (thumb) was originally listed as questionable for Thursday's game against the Bucks with right thumb soreness, but he was upgraded to available on Thursday afternoon. Moody has averaged 22 minutes per game in his three contests this season, chipping in 12.0 points, 2.3 rebounds, 1.0 assists, 1.0 steals, and 3.0 three-pointers. He's a solid bargain play or streaming option on Thursday's four-game slate if you need a bargain DFS play or some bargain three-point streaming production.--Zach Thompson

Orlando Magic point guard Jalen Suggs (knee) will rest on the second game of the team's back-to-back on Thursday against the Hornets. He played 21 minutes in each of the last two games, as the team continues to manage his workload after knee surgery in March. Suggs is averaging 11.2 points, 4.2 assists, and 3.8 rebounds per game despite his limited workload. His next chance to take the floor will be Saturday, when the Magic face the Wizards in Washington. In his absence on Thursday, Anthony Black, Tyus Jones, and Jace Richardsdon will get more time at point guard, with Black being the best streaming and DFS option of the group after he had 19 points, five assists, and one assist in 30 minutes in the last game that Suggs rested.--Zach Thompson

Orlando Magic forward Franz Wagner (heel) has gotten off to a strong start to the season, but he's questionable to play Thursday on the second night of the team's back-to-back. Wagner is averaging 22.4 points, 5.6 rebounds, and 3.0 assists in 35 minutes per game over the first five games of the season. Wagner played 33 minutes with 22 points against the Pistons on Wednesday, but apparently, he picked up this heel contusion as well. If the team is cautious with him and holds him out, Tristan da Silva, Jase Richardson, and possibly Jonathan Isaac could get more work. Paolo Banchero and Desmond Bane would get more work in the offense as well, since Jalen Suggs (injury management) will sit out as well.--Zach Thompson

Oklahoma City Thunder guard Nikola Topic was diagnosed with testicular cancer and is undergoing chemotherapy, according to General Manager Sam Presti. The 20-year-old is expected to make a complete recovery, according to the Thunder's medical team. The No. 12 pick in the 2024 NBA Draft has yet to make his NBA debut, but the primary concern now is dealing with this more important issue. There has been no discussion of a timeline to get on the floor for OKC, but the team's main goal at this point is simply to ensure his health and well-being.--Zach Thompson

Philadelphia 76ers guard Jared McCain (thumb) is now under contract to stay with the Sixers through the 2026-27 season, after the team exercised his option on Thursday. Last year as a rookie, he produced 15.3 points, 4.6 assists, and 2.4 rebounds in 25.7 minutes per game in 23 games before a knee injury ended his rookie campaign in mid-December. He looked very promising and should be a big part of the team's rotation this year, once he recovers from a UCL tear in his thumb that was suffered in a September workout. He's one of several Sixers coming back from injury, but the standout guard is definitely in the team's plans going forward.--Zach Thompson

Charlotte Hornets guard/forward Brandon Miller (shoulder) has been ruled out for Thursday's matchup against the Orlando Magic. This will be Miller's third consecutive absence after he injured his left shoulder last weekend against the Philadelphia 76ers. With Miller's exit from the lineup, Kon Knueppel has joined the first unit, averaging 19.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 3.0 assists over the past two games. He could have more fun on Thursday against a Magic team that has surprisingly struggled on defense this season, allowing 118.3 points per 100 possessions.--Taavi Pailk

Miami Heat guard/forward Norman Powell (groin) is likely to miss a second consecutive game on Thursday against the San Antonio Spurs, as the team has tagged him as doubtful on the injury report. After opening the season with a couple of big performances, Powell picked up a right groin strain. He leads the Heat with 24.0 points per game and has tallied 7.3 rebounds, 3.0 assists, and 2.0 steals. On Tuesday against the Charlotte Hornets, Pelle Larsson stepped in as Powell's replacement in the first unit and performed well, finishing his first start of the season with 17 points, five rebounds, three assists, and one steal. He may get another opportunity to impress against the Spurs.--Taavi Pailk
