Rachaad White Sees 20 Touches, Scores Again in Lead-Back Role
Rachaad White has really stepped up in the team's lead-back role the last two weeks with Bucky Irving (foot, shoulder) nursing multiple injuries. In the 30-19 win over the visiting San Francisco 49ers on Sunday in Week 6, White stayed productive with a team-leading 17 rushing attempts for 65 yards and a touchdown while adding three catches on three targets for 21 additional yards. The 26-year-old hasn't been all that productive with his touches the last two weeks since seeing an expanded role in the backfield, but he has delivered for fantasy managers with a nose for the end zone, scoring three total times in the last two games with Irving out. It's unclear if Irving will return in Week 7 against the Detroit Lions on Monday Night Football, but if he misses a third straight game, White will maintain his plug-and-play RB2 status in fantasy.

Tetairoa McMillan Scores his First Two Touchdowns in Win Over Dallas
Tetairoa McMillan had a season-low 29 receiving yards on just three receptions in the 30-27 win over the visiting Dallas Cowboys in Week 6 on Sunday, but he made up for it by finding paydirt for the first two times in his NFL career. McMillan was targeted five times by quarterback Bryce Young, which tied for the team lead with running back Rico Dowdle. The 22-year-old from Arizona scored from 19 and two yards out, respectively, to salvage his fantasy day. Fantasy managers shouldn't be too concerned with his low-yardage output against Dallas, as it's been clear that McMillan will lead the Panthers in yards, catches, and targets when all is said and done in 2025, as long as he stays healthy. He has a tough matchup upcoming against cornerback Sauce Gardner and the New York Jets in Week 7, but McMillan needs to remain in all starting fantasy lineups.

DeMario Douglas Breaks Out for 71-Yard Performance, Touchdown in Week 6
DeMario Douglas was one of the beneficiaries. Douglas entered Week 6 action with only seven catches on 16 targets for 30 yards and one touchdown, so he probably wasn't in many starting fantasy lineups against the Saints. The 24-year-old finished the 25-19 win with three catches on four targets for a season-high 71 yards and his second touchdown of the year. His day could have been much bigger, but a potential 61-yard touchdown was reversed early in the contest. Douglas' 71 receiving yards were second on the team, behind only Kayshon Boutte, who also scored twice. It was nice to see Douglas break out in what had been a disappointing season to this point, but fantasy managers should remain skeptical on his big-play potential as the WR3 behind Boutte and Stefon Diggs.

Trey McBride Very Productive While Working With Backup QB
Kyler Murray (foot) was unable to play in the Week 6 loss to the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday, but tight end Trey McBride was still able to put up numbers while working with veteran backup Jacoby Brissett. McBride finished with eight catches on 11 targets for 72 yards and his second touchdown of the year in the 31-27 loss. He was second on the team in receiving yards on the day, but his 11 targets and eight receptions led the Cardinals in a near-upset victory on the road. The 25-year-old's eight grabs and 72 receiving yards were both season highs, giving you an idea of how much Arizona's offense has struggled in the first five weeks of the season. It's possible that Murray won't be able to play in Week 7 against the Green Bay Packers, either, but McBride might not skip a beat given the chemistry he showed with Brissett this weekend.

DK Metcalf Scores a Touchdown for the Fourth Straight Game
DK Metcalf looked fresh coming off the bye week in the 23-9 victory over the division-rival Cleveland Browns in Week 6 on Sunday. Metcalf scored a touchdown for the fourth straight game and also caught four of his nine targets on the day for 95 yards. The efficiency wasn't great, but Metcalf once again led the team in targets and receiving yards in a game in which the Steelers were never really threatened. The veteran wideout made up for his lack of efficiency against Cleveland by going for over 20 yards on all four of his receptions. Metcalf is clearly quarterback Aaron Rodgers' top target every week in a receiving corps that doesn't have many other exciting options in the passing attack. In addition to four straight games with a touchdown, Metcalf has topped 80 yards in three of his first five games in Pittsburgh. The 27-year-old should be a busy man on Thursday night in Week 7 in an excellent matchup against the division-rival Cincinnati Bengals and their weak defense.

Justin Herbert Throws for 264 Yards, Two Touchdowns in Week 6 Win
Justin Herbert had another strong game for the Bolts in the Week 6 win over the Miami Dolphins on the road on Sunday, throwing for 264 yards, two touchdowns, and no interceptions on 29-for-38 passing. Herbert carried the ball once for a gain of two yards in the 29-27 victory to end the team's two-game losing streak. He was sacked only once all day for a loss of only one yard. Herbert had to extend a lot of plays with a banged-up offensive line in front of him, and he did a good job with one of his top wideouts, Quentin Johnston (hamstring), out due to injury. The 27-year-old showed good chemistry with Ladd McConkey in this one, helping McConkey to his first 100-yard game of 2025. L.A. got a surprising 100-yard performance out of running back Kimani Vidal to help Herbert on the road, but the Chargers could continue to lean heavily on Herbert's right arm with rookie Omarion Hampton (ankle) on Injured Reserve. Herbert has not thrown a pick in the last three games and will be firmly on the QB1 radar entering Week 7 versus the Indianapolis Colts.

Brian Thomas Jr. has Season-High 90 Yards, Finds End Zone for First Time
Brian Thomas Jr. has heated up the last two weeks. In the 20-12 loss to the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday, Thomas had eight catches on 10 targets for a season-high 90 yards and his first touchdown of the year. He led the team in targets, catches, and receiving yards. Thomas' eight catches were the most he's had in a game this season, and he's now caught 12 passes for 170 yards and a touchdown on 16 targets in the last two weeks. Fantasy managers are hoping that the 23-year-old second-year pass-catcher is just starting to find his groove with quarterback Trevor Lawrence. Thomas had over 1,200 yards receiving and 10 total touchdowns in 2024, so we know what he's capable of. He'll be a must-start in a Week 7 matchup in London against the Los Angeles Rams.

Trevor Lawrence Tosses Two Touchdown Passes in Week 6
Trevor Lawrence completed 27 of 42 pass attempts for 258 passing yards and two touchdowns in his team's 20-12 Week 6 loss to the Seattle Seahawks. Lawrence's biggest problem in Week 6 was the Seattle pass rush, as he was sacked seven times for a combined loss of 44 yards. The 26-year-old has now thrown for 1,324 yards and eight touchdowns with five interceptions through his first six games of 2025. Lawrence has also rushed for 95 yards and two scores. He will face a difficult matchup in Week 7, when the Jaguars travel to London to take on the Los Angeles Rams.

Baker Mayfield Continues to Produce Despite Banged-Up Wide Receiver Corps
Baker Mayfield led his team to its fifth win of the season in Week 6, beating the San Francisco 49ers 30-19. Mayfield completed 17 of his 23 pass attempts for 256 yards and two touchdowns without throwing an interception and added 14 rushing yards on three carries. The 30-year-old has now thrown for 1,309 yards and 12 touchdowns in his first six games of 2025. Tampa Bay entered Week 6 without wide receivers Mike Evans (hamstring), Chris Godwin (leg), and Jalen McMillan (neck), and then lost star rookie wideout Emeka Egbuka (hamstring) to a hamstring injury during the game. It's currently unclear how long the Buccaneers will be without their top four wide receivers. Regardless, Mayfield has proven himself to be a worthy fantasy QB1 on a week-to-week basis.

Ja'Marr Chase Posts Double-Digit Catches in First Game With New Quarterback
Ja'Marr Chase had a solid game in Week 6, his first game playing alongside new Bengals quarterback Joe Flacco. Faced with a tough matchup against the Green Bay Packers, Chase finished Week 6 with 10 catches for 94 yards and a touchdown on 12 targets. The 25-year-old now has 42 catches for 468 yards and four touchdowns on 57 targets through his first six games of 2025. After a couple of down games immediately following the Bengals' loss of starting quarterback Joe Burrow (toe), Chase has bounced back over the past two weeks. He remains a clear must-start fantasy wide receiver heading into a Week 7 matchup against the Pittsburgh Steelers.

Christian McCaffrey Tops 100 Scrimmage Yards for Sixth Consecutive Game
Christian McCaffrey shouldered another monster workload in his team's 30-19 Week 6 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. McCaffrey recorded 17 carries for 54 yards, adding seven catches for 57 yards on eight targets as a receiver. The 29-year-old has now topped 100 yards from scrimmage in every game the 49ers have played so far this season. McCaffrey has struggled with rushing efficiency, recording 336 rushing yards and a touchdown on 108 carries (3.1 yards per attempt). However, he's saved his numbers by hauling in 46 catches for 444 yards and three scores. For as long as he's able to stay healthy, McCaffrey is a must-start fantasy running back.

Jacoby Brissett Tops 300 Passing Yards in First Start of 2025
Jacoby Brissett did an admirable job filling in for the injured Kyler Murray (foot) in his team's 31-27 Week 6 loss to the Indianapolis Colts. Brissett completed 27 of 44 pass attempts for 320 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception. The 32-year-old also rushed three times for 19 yards. With Murray currently battling a mid-foot sprain, there's a chance Brissett could have an extended runway as the starter in Arizona. Brissett started five games for the New England Patriots in 2024, completing 59% of his passes for 826 yards, two touchdowns, and one interception. If he is forced into action once again, Brissett has a tough matchup in Week 7 against the Green Bay Packers. Still, he could be a valuable pickup for fantasy managers in two-quarterback formats.

Kendrick Bourne Records 142 Receiving Yards for Second Straight Week
Kendrick Bourne recorded his second straight monster performance in Week 6 against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, hauling in five catches for 142 yards on nine targets. Bourne now has 15 catches for 284 yards on 20 targets over the past two weeks. With 49ers wideout Ricky Pearsall (knee) having missed two straight games due to a knee injury and fellow wide receiver Jauan Jennings (ribs, ankle) playing through broken ribs, Bourne has stepped up. The 49ers could be getting tight end George Kittle (hamstring) back off of Injured Reserve in the coming weeks, which would provide some target competition for Bourne. For now, Bourne has a chance to provide consistent production as one of the featured pieces in the San Francisco passing game.

Kimani Vidal Dominates Backfield Touches, has Huge Game in Week 6
Kimani Vidal had a monster game in his team's 29-27 Week 6 win over the Miami Dolphins. Vidal recorded 124 rushing yards on 18 carries, adding three catches for 14 yards and a touchdown as well. The 24-year-old looked like the clear lead back for the Chargers in the team's first game since losing Omarion Hampton (ankle) to Injured Reserve. Vidal's 21 total touches were three times as many as fellow Chargers running back Hassan Haskins (seven). With Hampton set to miss at least three more games, Vidal could have an extended run of RB1 playing time for Los Angeles. The Chargers will host the Indianapolis Colts in an AFC showdown in Week 7.

Ladd McConkey Explodes for 100 Yards and Touchdown in Win
Ladd McConkey caught seven of his nine targets for 100 yards and a touchdown in Sunday's Week 6 win over the Miami Dolphins. He ultimately led the team in targets and receiving yards, and he also tied for first in receptions. The 23-year-old had an underwhelming start to the season, but he seems to have turned the corner over the last two weeks. During that two-game span, he has totaled 12 catches, 139 yards, and two touchdowns. This week, he also benefited from the absence of Quentin Johnston (hamstring), but we don't expect McConkey to endure much of a decline when Johnston does return. His production is probably more connected to the effectiveness of the backfield, which isn't a guarantee anymore with Omarion Hampton (ankle) and Najee Harris (Achilles) sidelined. With a solidified role and momentum on his side, McConkey should rank as a high-end WR2 ahead of Week 7 against the Colts.
