The top daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for DraftKings on March 31st, 2019. Justin Bales' MLB DFS analysis and sleepers for building optimal DFS rosters.

As always, our Sunday slate starts early (1 PM EST), so make sure you're double checking your lineups before lock! We have a nice nine game slate, though, giving us plenty of options to choose from.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy baseball lineup picks for DraftKings on 3/31/19. The lineup picks will range from some of the elite players to mid-priced options and value plays. You can also read more DFS advice and lineup picks for sites like FanDuel, and other sports too.

DraftKings DFS Starting Pitchers

Jon Gray - P, at MIA ($9,400)

Gray struggled with a 12-9 record, 5.12 ERA, and 1.35 WHIP throughout the 2018 season, but that doesn't fully tell the whole story. He also posted a 3.47 xFIP and 3.68 SIERA, suggesting he was a bit unlucky. Today, he gets an elite matchup against the Miami Marlins, who rank third on the slate in strikeouts per at-bat and second last in team wOBA. Furthermore, they'll be playing in an extremely pitcher friendly stadium. Gray is a -150 favorite in a game set at 7.5 runs, and he can be considered in all leagues.

Michael Pineda - P, vs CLE ($7,400)

Pineda barely threw any innings in 2018, and he didn't throw any in the MLB. He owns a career 3.33 xFIP and 3.38 SIERA in the Majors, although his ERA (4.05) looks a bit worse. He'll benefit from moving into a more pitcher friendly stadium after spending time in New York over his last few seasons. Pineda gets a great matchup against the Cleveland Indians today, and this game is set at only 7 runs. The game is essentially a pick 'em, and Pineda is cheap enough to be used in all leagues on this slate.

DraftKings DFS Infielders

Wilson Ramos - C, at WAS ($3,500)

Ramos has been a dominant option against left-handed pitching, posting 0.041 wOBA and 0.087 ISO differentials against lefties. He gets a tough matchup against Patrick Corbin, but New York and Washington have proven that they can score runs against tough pitchers in this series. Ramos is a catcher, who is expected to hit fifth in the Mets offense, giving him added value. Even with the tough matchup, he can be used in all leagues.

Paul Goldschmidt - 1B, at MIL ($4,900)

Goldschmidt has gotten out to a hot start this season, as he already owns three home runs. He'll be hitter in an extremely hitter friendly stadium once again today, and he gets a plus matchup against Corbin Burnes. Goldschmidt is hitting second in a solid lineup, and he's hitting nearly .600 against right-handed pitching this season. While that hasn't been his biggest strength throughout his career, he can be considered in all leagues today.

Adam Frazier - 2B, at CIN ($4,100)

Frazier is expected to leadoff against the right-handed Sonny Gray, which puts him in play. He has dominated right-handed pitching, recording 0.104 wOBA and 0.094 ISO differentials against righties. He also hit .291 with a .490 slugging percentage against righties in 2018. Frazier will also be playing in an extremely hitter friendly stadium, adding to hit upside on this slate.

Brandon Drury - 3B, vs DET ($3,500)

Drury hit over .300 in Spring Training to solidify his spot as the leadoff hitter for the Toronto Blue Jays. He has flashed upside early this season, and he gets a plus matchup against Matt Moore. He allowed right-handed batters to hit over .300 last season, and Drury has been slightly better against lefties. He's still too cheap for his upside and leadoff spot, and he's a strong option in all leagues.

Paul DeJong - SS, at MIL ($4,100)

DeJong had plenty of ups and downs last season, and he should be slightly more consistent this season. He enters this game with 0.049 wOBA and 0.058 ISO differentials against right-handed pitching, and he gets a plus matchup against Corbin Burnes today. DeJong is hitting third in the Cardinals lineup, and he comes with tremendous upside, especially in a hitter friendly stadium.

DraftKings DFS Outfielders

David Dahl - OF, at MIA ($4,700)

Dahl struggled away from Coors last season, but he's a young player, who is expected to take a step forward this season. He gets a plus matchup against Sandy Alcantara, although he'll be playing in a pitcher friendly stadium. With that being said, Dahl owns 0.095 wOBA and 0.074 ISO differentials against right-handed pitching. He's expected to hit second in the Colorado lineup, and he's a high upside option today.

Michael Brantley - OF, at TB ($4,000)

Brantley is coming off of a great season, hitting .307 with a .464 slugging percentage and an .826 OPS over 146 games. He's now hitting fifth in one of the best offenses in the MLB, although they're playing in a pitcher friendly stadium today. Brantley get a matchup against Yonny Chirinos, who is expected to be utilized in a starter role rather than an opener role. Brantley has recorded 0.063 wOBA and 0.079 ISO differentials against right-handed pitching, and he can be used in all leagues.
