2025 Fantasy Baseball Prospect Call-Up ETAs - Predicting Top MLB Prospect Timelines

Kumar Rocker - Fantasy Baseball Rankings, Prospects, Draft Sleepers

Eric Cross' 2025 MLB prospect call-up ETAs and predictions. He projects when top fantasy baseball prospects will be called up with his prospect ETA cheat sheet.

Every single season we see plenty of notable fantasy baseball prospects debut and make some level of impact for fantasy baseball that year. And over the last year or two, we've seen even more prospects get a shot earlier than expected given new rules incentivizing teams to bring up younger players.

A few years ago, I posted a bigger thread on Twitter/X detailing for when I thought all of my top MLB prospects would be called up. The post has become one of my favorites to put together each spring, and has gained decent traction on social media. So why not bring it over to RotoBaller and put it into a larger article, to help you all in your 2025 fantasy baseball drafts and throughout the season?

The MLB prospect call-up ETAs below are based on current proximity to the Majors, each player's path to playing time, and a few other variables. Remember, plenty of outside factors can impact a prospect's arrival time to the Majors both positively and negatively. I'm not going to be right on all of these. But this cheat sheet is designed to be a helpful tool during your drafts and throughout the season to assist with making decisions on which fantasy baseball prospects to promote/stash for 2025.

Be sure to check all of our fantasy baseball lineup tools and resources:

MLB Prospect Call-Ups and ETAs Cheat Sheet

I have broken down the 2025 MLB prospect ETAs into four groupings:

  • Opening Day
  • Early-Season (April/May)
  • Mid-Season (June/July)
  • Late-Season (August/September)

If you don't see a prospect below -- I either don't have them in my Top 200 prospect rankings, or don't believe they'll debut in 2025.
