Quincy's NFL power rankings for all 32 teams heading into Week 4 of 2025. Where does each NFL team stand in our latest power rankings for the 2025 season?
Week 3 was the week of blowouts. The Vikings, Seahawks, Colts, and Panthers all dismantled their opponents this week. It is not often that we see multiple teams blow out their opponent by scoring more than 30 points. While exciting for the winning teams, the losers have a lot of soul-searching to do.
Throughout the rest of the league, several key divisional and conference battles unfolded. The Rams and Eagles game created fireworks, the Chargers and Broncos went down to the wire, and the Jaguars made a statement against the Texans. NFL teams are starting to see their seasons take shape, with some teams already looking like their season will be over just after the New Year.
As we head into Week 4, we will begin to develop a clear idea of which teams are true contenders and which teams have been fortunate in their start to the year. As is always the case in the NFL, the parity we observe means that truly anything can happen. Let's see where each team stands heading into Week 4.

No. 32: Tennessee Titans
The Titans gave their best effort to hang with the red-hot Colts in Week 2. However, this team lacks the talent necessary to make a significant impact in the NFL this season. The game was not all bad. Young quarterback Cameron Ward displayed some growth throughout the game.
No. 31: New York Giants
After a monster outing in Week 2, the Giants had a tough game in Week 3. They managed to hang with the Chiefs through the first half of the game, but everything fell apart in the second half. Russell Wilson's days as the No. 1 quarterback seem to be numbered.
No. 30: New Orleans Saints
The Saints were dominated by the Seahawks in Week 3. After keeping games close during the first two weeks of the season, New Orleans allowed 44 points to Seattle. The Seahawks' defense was too much for the Saints to handle. However, the team put up a valiant effort by never quitting. Additionally, young quarterback Spencer Rattler looked solid once again.
No. 29: Las Vegas Raiders
Las Vegas had a tough outing in Week 3. The Commanders rolled over them with a backup quarterback at the helm. Outside of a solid win in Week 1 against New England, the Raiders have looked like a below-average team all season.
No. 28: Cleveland Browns
The Browns earned their first win of the season over the Super Bowl-contending Green Bay Packers. The win was a surprise, as the Browns scored 13 unanswered points in the fourth quarter to secure the victory. Cleveland is demonstrating that its defense is solid enough to keep the team in games this season.

No. 27: New York Jets
The Jets' defense let them down once again in Week 3. The offense managed to make a significant push for a victory by scoring 21 points in the fourth quarter. However, the Buccaneers were able to march down the field and kick a field goal to win the game. This team is now 0-3 and devoid of answers.
No. 26: New England Patriots
The Patriots could not get their first back-to-back win in two years in Week 3. They battled hard with the Steelers, but Pittsburgh's experienced roster ultimately got the best of the Patriots. Drake Maye and company will look to get back on track in Week 4 when they host Carolina.
No. 25: Miami Dolphins
Miami's season is looking dire. After falling to the Bills on Thursday Night Football, the Dolphins are 0-3 with a terrible defense. In Miami's defense, they played inspired football in Week 3. They hung around with the Bills. However, the Bills were simply too powerful for this flailing team. If things continue as they are going, we could see a midseason head coach change.
No. 24: Carolina Panthers
Carolina secured its first win of the season with a statement win over the division-rival Falcons. The victory was so demanding that the Falcons pulled starting quarterback Michael Penix Jr. in the fourth quarter. Carolina finally looked like they did at the end of the 2024 season. This is a great momentum swinger for the Panthers.

No. 23: Houston Texans
Houston is on track to miss the postseason after qualifying in back-to-back seasons. They fell to 0-3 in Week 3 in a divisional loss to the Jaguars. While they have an excellent defense, their offense has no answers behind a terrible offensive line. This team serves as a cautionary tale against neglecting the offensive line during team building.
No. 22: Cincinnati Bengals
Cincinnati was absolutely embarrassed on Sunday. Even before Joe Burrow went down with an injury, this was one of the most unwatchable offenses in the NFL due to the terrible offensive line. There is zero push upfront, and the running and passing games are suffering as a result.
No. 21: Atlanta Falcons
The Falcons had built some momentum with a big win in Week 2. All of that momentum came crashing down in Week 3. The Falcons' defense had no answers for the Panthers' offense. The team was thoroughly dominated in every way. They will need to do some soul-searching as we head into Week 4.
No. 20: Chicago Bears
The Bears earned a much-needed win against the Cowboys in Week 3. Things looked like they were finally clicking for quarterback Caleb Williams. Additionally, the defense shut down a potent Dallas offense. If the Bears continue playing like that, they may start to push for a Wild Card spot as the season wears on.
No. 19: Jacksonville Jaguars
The Jaguars won a hard-fought divisional matchup against the Houston Texans. Don't look now, but Jacksonville appears to be a legitimate contender for the AFC South. They'll get a real heat check in Week 4 when they travel to San Francisco.
No. 18: Dallas Cowboys
The Cowboys allowed the winless Bears to dismantle them on Sunday. Quarterback Caleb Williams enjoyed a get-right game against Dallas this weekend. This team is difficult to figure out this season. The truth about the Cowboys is likely that they are average.
No. 17: Arizona Cardinals
The Cardinals almost took command against the 49ers on Sunday, but a last-second Eddy Pineiro field goal foiled those plans. The Cardinals were a little exposed this weekend. They finally faced a halfway decent opponent and could not do much against them offensively. However, the defense indicated that it could be legit.
No. 16: Denver Broncos
The Broncos lost another game as time expired in Week 3. The Chargers hung around long enough to march down the field and kick a game-winning field goal to take full command of the AFC West. Denver is far from out of the running, but they need to find a way to start closing out games.
No. 15: Indianapolis Colts
The Colts are catapulting themselves into a new category amongst NFL teams. Each week, they continue to prove that they may be legit this year. They are scoring points in a hurry and dominating inferior teams. Quarterback Daniel Jones has looked great as well. This team is rolling.

No. 14: Minnesota Vikings
The Vikings' defense stepped up big for backup quarterback Carson Wentz in Week 3. They caused turnover after turnover, led by Isaiah Rodgers Sr's two first-half defensive scores. The Vikings made the Bengals look like they never stepped off the bus this week. If the defense has found its footing, this team will roll regardless of who is under center.
No. 13: Seattle Seahawks
Seattle followed up a big Week 2 win at Pittsburgh with a dominant victory against the New Orleans Saints. The Seahawks' defense was down several players, but they still dominated the Saints' offense. Additionally, the Seahawks' offense looked even more comfortable with another week under its belt. Look out for this team in the NFC West.

No. 12: Pittsburgh Steelers
The Steelers won a hard-fought victory against the New England Patriots in Week 3. The Steelers' defense appeared to get back on track by limiting the Patriots to 14 points. With the defense playing like this, the Steelers can make serious noise this season.
No. 11: Tampa Bay Buccaneers
The Buccaneers won another last-second game in Week 3. Winning in this manner is not sustainable, and the team is likely hopeful that they can turn things around. Still, 3-0 is 3-0. The Buccaneers have a commanding lead in the NFC South.
No. 10: Los Angeles Rams
The Rams had control of their Week 3 game against the Eagles until the final quarter. This was a blowout through and through, but Jalen Hurts rallied to win the game in the final two minutes. The Rams could have established themselves as the team to beat in the NFC, but the Eagles had other plans.
No. 9: San Francisco 49ers
The 49ers find themselves in first place in the NFC West despite playing without starting quarterback Brock Purdy (toe/shoulder) over the last couple of weeks. Mac Jones has held down the fort under center. With Purdy slated to return in Week 4, we should get a better look at what the 49ers can truly be this season.
No. 8: Washington Commanders
The Commanders took care of business against the Raiders without star quarterback Jayden Daniels (knee). Backup quarterback Marcus Mariota led the way in the running game en route to a big win. The win was much needed to keep the Commanders on pace to compete with the Eagles for the NFC East title.
No. 7: Kansas City Chiefs
The Chiefs notched their first win of the season with a hard-fought win over the Giants in Week 3. This is not the Chiefs squad we are used to seeing, but they are right back in the mix after avoiding a 0-3 start. Perhaps things will change as they start to get healthy.
No. 6: Detroit Lions
The Lions played well in Week 3, going punch for punch with the Ravens. The Lions appear to be a team that has addressed its Week 1 issues and is now ready to compete with the Packers for the NFC North title.
No. 5: Green Bay Packers
The entire NFL world is perplexed about how the Packers lost their game against the Browns in Week 3. The dominant Packers defense showed up once again, but the offense that had been humming in recent weeks was nowhere to be found. Green Bay still appears to be a team to beat in the NFC, but this loss was substantial.
No. 4: Los Angeles Chargers
The Chargers are sitting at 3-0 with Justin Herbert playing like arguably the best quarterback in the league. With that combination, the rest of the NFL should be on watch. Los Angeles is cruising through the AFC West right now.
No. 3: Baltimore Ravens
The Ravens had trouble in the red zone against the Lions on Monday, but they still played well. This offense looks as good as ever, and the defense gave the Lions intermittent fits throughout the game. The Ravens are true contenders.
No. 2: Philadelphia Eagles
The Eagles gave their fans a scare in Week 3. The Rams dominated the Eagles for most of the game, but they marched down the field and secured a victory at the end. Hurts showed the world once again that he is one of the most clutch quarterbacks in the league.

No. 1: Buffalo Bills
The Bills cruised to victory over a struggling Dolphins team in Week 3. While the Dolphins put up a heck of a fight, the Bills were too much for them to handle. Buffalo is the clear best team in the league right now. Their regular-season success is unlikely to wane at any point this season.
