Maurice Gleaton Jr. No Longer On Arkansas Football Roster
Wide receiver and track star Maurice Gleaton Jr. is no longer on the Arkansas football team. The three-star recruit in the 2025 class ran track and played on the Georgia football team (but didn't see the field) in 2025. He transferred to Arkansas in the spring. Gleaton transferred to Arkansas just to run track, but Arkansas head football coach Ryan Silverfield invited him to fall camp. Gleaton, a world-class sprinter (he ran a 9.82 100-yard dash last year), left the football team to open up another scholarship after not making the three-deep depth chart at WR. He is still enrolled at Arkansas and on the track team.
