Seattle Mariners right-hander Bryan Woo (pectoral) was masterful in a 4-0 win over the Houston Astros on Friday. However, he exited early with a "little" bit of pectoral tightness, manager Dan Wilson told reporters. Woo is likely to undergo an MRI on Saturday. The 25-year-old tossed five innings of one-hit ball with seven strikeouts and a walk before coming back out for the sixth, throwing a couple of warmup pitches, and exiting with a trainer. Wilson doesn't seem concerned about the severity of Woo's injury, which is fortunate for AL West-leading Seattle as it closes in on a playoff berth. Woo has been one of the key reasons for the Mariners' success this season, having gone 15-7 with a 2.94 ERA, a .94 WHIP, and 198:61 K:BB over 186 2/3 innings. For now, he's scheduled to make his next start on Thursday against the Colorado Rockies.--Connor Byrne
