Recapping RotoBaller's Featured NFL DFS Sleeper Picks for Week 15 on FantasyScore

Missed Out on the Fantasy Football Playoffs?

Get Involved in Some NFL DFS Action with our Sleeper Picks

Editor’s Note: RotoBaller is proud to be partnering with FantasyScore, our new and exclusive DFS partner.  For RotoBaller readers, FantasyScore is offering an instant 50% deposit bonus up to $250. No other DFS site offers an instant match bonus like this!

fantasyscore-advertorialOther sites claim to provide users with matching dollars on their initial deposits. What they forget to mention is this is not an instant match, and you have to earn those “matched dollars” slowly over time, penny by penny.  This can be misleading, and discouraging to new depositors.

FantasyScore does not do this. They really, truly match your deposit, instantlyWhen you make your first deposit, you immediately get half of that amount, and you can immediately use it to play. No waiting, no earning it slowly, no gimmicks – just a really good offer, that no other DFS is matching.  Now, back to your regular scheduled programming...

As all of you RotoBallers already know, a few of our DFS experts recommended some very deep sleepers for Week 15 of fantasy football action. We did this exercise as we competed in a 10 man tournament with some of our in-house fantasy football writers where the top two scoring teams took home the bacon. Well now that all the action has ended, it's time to pay the judge and recap their picks. We'd also like to congratulate Nate Miller and Scott McCloy for having the top two lineups for our Week 15 tournament; we know you're picking out the interior color scheme for your new Bentley GT as we sit here writing about your DFS conquests. With all joking aside and without further ado, let's have a look at how our FantasyScore sleepers performed in Week 15:

A Recap of Our FantasyScore DFS Lineup Picks from Week 15

Harry Douglas - WR, ATL (3,200) With Julio Jones running a marathon worth of routes in Week 14, it seems he may still be letting his sore bones heal as we head into Week 15's showdown in Atlanta. The Steelers are 12th in fantasy points allowed to wide receivers and allow a healthy 24.49 points per contest. Keep an eye on this situation as the injury report unfolds over the weekend because if Julio Jones sits out versus Pittsburgh, Harry Douglas may put up WR2-WR3 numbers at a near minimum price tag.

Results: 10 receptions, 131 receiving yards (23.10 FantasyScore Points)

Kenny Stills - WR, NO  ($4800) After a disappointing week against the lowly Panthers, Stills price drops to a reasonable value.  With elite receivers having such high dollar amounts this week, Stills becomes a strong buy-low option against a defense that is getting absolutely shredded by big play receivers.

Results: 5 receptions, 67 yards (11.7 FantasyScore Points)

Jonathan Stewart - RB, CAR (5,000) Okay, so following last weeks breakout he isn't exactly a sleeper this week but he still comes at a sleeper price at $5000. There are certainly reasons for concern with Cam out and DeAngelo Williams expected to return but it's a very nice matchup and they will likely lean on the run throughout the game. I've slotted JStew in as my flex in this league and I like him better than anyone else in his price range.

Results: 73 rushing yard, 1 reception, 6 receiving yards (8.9 FantasyScore Points)

Marqise Lee - WR, JAC ($3,300) Marqise Lee is finally healthy and has begun to emerge as as WR2-WR3 option for fantasy owners depending on weekly matchups. Blake Bortles has been looking his way quite a bit of late as evidenced by the 16 total targets he's received over the past 2 contests, and Baltimore allows the most points per week in the NFL to fantasy wide receivers, a bonkers 28.18 average. He may not be the sexiest pick ever but Marqise Lee may be in for a great matchup in Baltimore on Sunday, so don't hesitate to use the Jags #1 wide receiver as your WR2 or Flex play option in Week 15 of DFS action on FantasyScore.

Results: 4 receptions, 14 receiving yards (5.4 FantasyScore Points)

Toby Gerhart - RB, JAC ($3,000) Anything priced at the bottom of the barrel usually implies either a great deal for the consumer or something a store is desperate to get rid of at any cost. Well Toby "The Stanford Sledgehammer" Gerhart is a little of both entering Week 15 versus the Baltimore Ravens. The Jaguars stink at football, but Denard Robinson is officially out for the season and we smell a true PPR running back sleeper here for Week 15. We anticipate a lot of passing as Bortles and company try to stay pace with Flacco's deep wide receiving corps. That means a bunch of screen passes and opportunities for Gerhart who should play the role of third down/passing down back versus the Ravens stout run defensive front. Get him in if you are going huge at your RB1 or using two stud WR1's and need a budget buster at Flex or RB2.

Results: 54 rushing yards, 2 receptions, 9 receiving yards (8.3 FantasyScore Points)

Latavius Murray - RB, OAK ($5,000) If you want the sexy running back plays for Week 15, you go further up the food chain and get the Joique Bell's and Justin Forsett's of the world into your lineup. If however you want to save over 1000 DFS dollars in Week 15, Latavius Murray has a great matchup versus a Kansas City Chiefs run defense that has been hemorrhaging points to fantasy running backs since Murray had his breakout game against them in Week 12. If you need to save a few shekels for your perfect FantasyScore lineup, then we think you should give New York State's finest a shot at glory in Week 15 and see if he can return 15-18 points and show some nice return on your investment.

Results: 59 rushing yards, 2 receptions, 17 receiving yards (9.6 FantasyScore Points)

Win With FantasyScore For The Rest Of The NFL Season

There's no reason to sit at home on Sundays and wish you weren't eliminated from the fantasy football playoffs. Instead of driving yourself up the wall for the next two weeks, get involved with the supremely fun fantasy games on FantasyScore. We've already given you a ton of reasons and the DFS ammo you need to unearth a few sleepers, so what are you waiting for? If you happen to be totally burned out on fantasy football for the remainder of 2014 (although we find that notion preposterous), try your hand at some NBA or NHL FantasyScore games and get ready for some of the most instantly gratifying fun of your fantasy sports playing life. After all, life is too short and watching sports take up a lot of our free time , so why not make it a little sweeter with DFS games? We're looking forward to another great week of FantasyScore action in Week 16, so sign up today and join the party fellow RotoBallers.
