Chris Moore Steps Up in Week 6, In Line for More Opportunities Going Forward?
Chris Moore was pressed into action in Week 6, as the team was without wideouts Terry McLaurin (quad) and Noah Brown (groin, knee). Moore stepped up in his team's 25-24 loss to the Chicago Bears, recording three catches for 46 yards and a touchdown on five targets. The veteran wideout now has six catches for 105 yards and a score on 12 targets across five games this season. If McLaurin and Brown remain out in Week 7, Moore appears to be the favorite to step into Washington's WR2 role alongside Deebo Samuel Sr. The Commanders have a very favorable matchup against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 7, so Moore could represent a short-term solution off the waiver wire for fantasy managers in deep leagues.
