Seahawks D/ST a Starting Option in Week 10
The Seattle Seahawks D/ST is a quality option in Week 10 against the Arizona Cardinals. This defense continues to get healthier, with most of its top options available this week. Additionally, Arizona's offense does not inspire a whole lot of confidence. Although Cardinals backup quarterback Jacoby Brissett has brought a new level of respectability to the unit, the Cardinals are still susceptible to sacks and negative plays that are a dream for D/STs in fantasy. There should be plenty of opportunities for Seattle's defense to create both in Week 10. They may even be able to force a turnover or two with their swarming mentality. While the Seahawks D/ST is not No. 1 in the league, they have been virtually matchup-proof. This unit has scored less than 8 fantasy points just once this season. That does not figure to change in Week 10. Start the Seahawks D/ST with confidence this week.
