NFL QB Power Rankings: All 32 Starting Quarterbacks for Week 15 Football (2025)

J.J. McCarthy - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL Draft Sleepers

Quincy's NFL QB power rankings for Week 15 of the 2025 season. He ranks all 32 starting NFL quarterbacks before Week 14, from Josh Allen to Cameron Ward.

Week 14 was a coming-out party for a couple of quarterbacks. J.J. McCarthy and Shedeur Sanders were notable players who showed out for their teams after catching some criticism recently. It is always a good thing for us NFL fans to watch young quarterbacks grow up right in front of our eyes.

However, the old guard is still in place. Josh Allen continues to play excellent football, and Matthew Stafford is continuing his campaign for an MVP award. The old guard just got a bit older as well, with the 44-year-old Philip Rivers coming out of retirement to play for the Colts. The news was surprising, but it adds another fun storyline element to the 2025 season.

With every team at the end of their bye week schedule, it is time to look forward to the playoffs. There are four games left for NFL teams to make or break their seasons. Their potential for success starts and ends with their quarterbacks. Let's dive in and see where each quarterback stands heading into Week 15.

Be sure to check all of our fantasy football rankings:

No. 32: Cameron Ward - Tennessee Titans

Cameron Ward managed to lead the Titans to a victory on Sunday. He was nowhere near perfect, but he continues to play nominally better down the stretch of the season. It is the improvement that you want to see from a young quarterback.

No. 31: Tyrod Taylor - New York Jets

Tyrod Taylor was unable to deliver an encore to a solid Week 13 performance. Taylor was stymied all day by a much-improved Dolphins defense. He is likely to finish out the season as the starter, but Taylor's performances will likely continue to be inconsistent. To make matters worse, Taylor is injured once again and may not even start for the Jets this week.

No. 30: Geno Smith - Las Vegas Raiders

Geno Smith left the Raiders' Week 14 loss to Denver with an injury. His status for Week 15 is unclear, but Smith is a tough player. Still, Smith's disappointing 2025 season was on full display prior to his injury last week.

No. 29: Kirk Cousins - Atlanta Falcons

Kirk Cousins was harassed all day by a relentless Seattle defense in Week 14. The Falcons were only able to muster up nine points. This team is in tough shape, and Cousins is looking like an old quarterback.

No. 28: Shedeur Sanders - Cleveland Browns

Sanders played the best game of his young career in Week 14, albeit in a loss to the Titans. Sanders lit up Tennessee with 364 passing yards and three touchdowns. He is looking every bit like the Heisman hopeful that he was in college.

No. 27: Jaxson Dart - New York Giants

Jaxson Dart and the Giants enjoyed their bye in Week 14. Dart now has four games down the stretch of the season to continue to grow as a player. With all the talent in the world and solid building blocks around him, Dart could help the Giants turn their season around very quickly.

No. 26: J.J. McCarthy - Minnesota Vikings

McCarthy bounced back in a big way in Week 14. He tossed three touchdown passes in a rout of the Washington Commanders. This game proved that McCarthy has what it takes to be a starter in this league. He simply needs to find consistency, and things will start to work out.

No. 25: Philip Rivers - Indianapolis Colts

One does not simply sign Rivers to keep him on the practice squad. With Brett Rypien the only active and healthy quarterback on the Colts' roster, Indianapolis seems to be on pace to start Rivers in Week 15. Whether Rivers will be effective remains to be seen, but what a fun story this is.

No. 24: Marcus Mariota - Washington Commanders

Marcus Mariota will be back in the saddle once again this week, with Jayden Daniels continuing to be sidelined with an elbow injury. At this point, do not be surprised if Mariota finishes the season as the Commanders' starter.

No. 23: Tyler Shough - New Orleans Saints

Tyler Shough played fantastic football in Week 14. He was decisive in his scrambles, and he was accurate down the field. Ultimately, Shough was able to lead New Orleans to another victory. He is giving the Saints a lot to evaluate as they assess the future of their quarterback position.

No. 22: Tua Tagovailoa - Miami Dolphins

Tua Tagovailoa continues to be a solid game manager for the surging Dolphins. It turns out that when you protect Tagovailoa and give him a running game, good things can come from a quarterback who has visible talent.

No. 21: Jacoby Brissett - Arizona Cardinals

Jacoby Brissett did a lot of damage in garbage time against the Rams in Week 14. To start the game, Brissett and the Cardinals were hanging around. However, if you blinked, the game got out of hand very quickly.

No. 20: Aaron Rodgers - Pittsburgh Steelers

Aaron Rodgers was able to get on his horse and scamper to an impressive touchdown run in Week 14. Amidst it all, he led the Steelers to a much-needed win over Baltimore. The win allows the Steelers to control their own destiny for the rest of the season.

No. 19: Bryce Young - Carolina Panthers

Bryce Young and the Panthers were on a bye in Week 14. They watched as the division-rival Buccaneers lost to the Saints. Young has a highly realistic chance of leading his team to a division title if he is able to stay consistent with the solid play we have witnessed at different points this season.

No. 18: Caleb Williams - Chicago Bears

Caleb Williams' accuracy finally got in the way of the Bears' winning chances in Week 14. Williams' last-second interception ended what could have been a game-tying or go-ahead drive against the Packers. Still, Williams continues to display improvement this season.

No. 17: C.J. Stroud - Houston Texans

C.J. Stroud led the Texans to a massive win over the Chiefs in Week 14. Stroud continues to look very good down the stretch of this season. He is displaying the talent that led many to prematurely anoint him as one of the best quarterbacks in the league following his rookie year in 2023.

No. 16: Brock Purdy - San Francisco 49ers

Brock Purdy enjoyed a bye week in Week 14. He has not been at his best, really, at any point this season. Perhaps the bye week afforded a chance to reset and take a few steps forward with a potential playoff run looming.

No. 15: Jalen Hurts - Philadelphia Eagles

Jalen Hurts turned in the worst performance of his career on Monday night. Hurts' silly two-turnover play in the first half was a microcosm of a night that went all wrong. The Eagles desperately need Hurts and the offense to get back on track.

No. 14: Trevor Lawrence - Jacksonville Jaguars

It is time to admit that Trevor Lawrence may be figuring some things out in Jacksonville. Lawrence has now put together a month of very solid-to-great football. The Jaguars firmly lead the AFC South, and they control their own destiny from here on out.

No. 13: Baker Mayfield - Tampa Bay Buccaneers

Baker Mayfield continued to play relatively poorly in Week 14. Whether it be due to his own injury, the injuries to players surrounding him, or a combination of both, Mayfield is not playing to the level we know he is capable of. Now, the Buccaneers find themselves in danger of losing their stranglehold on the NFC South.

No. 12: Justin Herbert - Los Angeles Chargers

Justin Herbert turned in a gritty performance on Monday night. With a fractured non-throwing hand, Herbert managed to lead the Chargers to a victory. However, the injury is clearly afflicting him, so hopefully he can heal up before the playoffs.

No. 11: Sam Darnold - Seattle Seahawks

Sam Darnold got back on track in Week 14 against the Falcons. After a slow first half saw Darnold commit many of the same mistakes he has in recent weeks, Darnold figured things out in the second half and led the Seahawks to a huge victory. If Darnold continues to play as he did in the second half, Seattle will be a true Super Bowl contender.

No. 10: Bo Nix - Denver Broncos

Bo Nix and the Broncos continue to find ways to win. Nix will be tested over the next few weeks with a slate of quality opponents. This will be the stretch where we will truly learn a lot about where Nix is in his development.

No. 9: Jared Goff - Detroit Lions

Jared Goff got back on track in Week 14 with a solid game against the Dallas Cowboys. Of course, Goff did not have to do much except hand the ball off the Jahmyr Gibbs all day.

No. 8: Joe Burrow - Cincinnati Bengals

Joe Burrow looked like he was on his way to a massive day when two interceptions in the second half derailed the game. Cincinnati ultimately lost to the Bills. This team is still alive in the playoff race, and Burrow gives them a chance, but the chances are fading.

No. 7: Lamar Jackson - Baltimore Ravens

Lamar Jackson played better in Week 14 than he has recently, but the Ravens still fell to the Steelers. Now losers of two straight, the Ravens need Jackson to enter his MVP-type mode in order to make a push for the postseason.

No. 6: Patrick Mahomes - Kansas City Chiefs

Patrick Mahomes tossed three interceptions against a relentless Texans defense in Week 14. Mahomes needs to be better, and he knows that. With the Chiefs' playoff hopes all but gone, look for Mahomes to put forth his best effort over these last four games.

No. 5: Dak Prescott - Dallas Cowboys

Dak Prescott put forth a Herculean effort that ended in vain on Thursday night. The Cowboys continue to be slowed down by their defense, but Prescott and the offense have done their part in most games this season.

No. 4: Jordan Love - Green Bay Packers

Jordan Love was surgical in Week 14 against the Bears. He threw the ball all over the yard in a must-have game for the Packers. It was an exciting win for Green Bay, and Love is slowly creeping up the MVP hierarchy.

No. 3: Drake Maye - New England Patriots

Drake Maye was on a bye in Week 14. He is coming out of the bye to a huge game against the Bills. Another win against the Bills in 2025 would begin to turn Maye into a cult hero in Massachusetts.

No. 2: Matthew Stafford - Los Angeles Rams

Stafford was nearly flawless in Week 14. After a forgettable Week 13, Stafford led the Rams to a dominant win over the Cardinals. Unless he completely falls off the edge of the Earth, this is your MVP.

No. 1: Josh Allen - Buffalo Bills

Allen has been all or nothing this season. Week 14 was another one of those weeks where you simply shake your head and marvel at Allen's greatness. Allen can turn it on at any moment, which gives the Bills a chance in any game.
