NFL Power Rankings: Where Do All 32 Teams Stand Ahead of Week 13?

Patrick Mahomes - Fantasy Football Rankings, Draft Sleepers, Waiver Wire Pickups

Quincy's NFL power rankings for all 32 teams heading into Week 13 of 2025. Where does each NFL team stand in our latest power rankings for the 2025 season?

Week 12 in the NFL featured a plethora of massive matchups. The Colts clashed with the Chiefs, the Cowboys met the Eagles, and the Rams squared off against the Buccaneers on Sunday night. Every week from here on out is huge for NFL teams. Whether your favorite team has playoff aspirations or is headed towards the dumpster, each week for the remainder of the season will play a role in determining outcomes.

Over the course of the season, the power rankings have shifted quite a bit. The powerhouses of 2024 are not necessarily the powerhouses of this season. The Rams take the cake as the top team right now, but the Patriots and the Broncos have entered the chat in a way that is surprising to many.

Although we are heading into the final quarter of the season, power rankings can still shift drastically. Injuries, poor performances, and surges from certain teams all play a role in the power rankings. Let's dive in and see where each team stands as we head into Week 13.

Be sure to check all of our fantasy football rankings for 2025:

No. 32: Tennessee Titans

The Titans put together a respectable game against the Seahawks in Week 12. After starting the game slowly, the Titans had a solid second-half showing that saw their defense wake up and hold the Seahawks while the offense caught up. Tennessee is still far from perfect, but it is showing improvements.

No. 31: Las Vegas Raiders

Raiders head coach Pete Carroll could be coaching for his job at this point. The Raiders have been downright awful this year, both offensively and defensively. Carroll was supposed to be a bridge coach who could fast-track a rebuild. He has been anything but that. The poor performances of the Raiders have already cost offensive coordinator Chip Kelly his job.

No. 30: New York Jets

The Jets lost once again in Week 12 to a surging Ravens team. With Tyrod Taylor taking over at quarterback, the Jets' offense did not fare much better than it has in recent weeks. This team is on a fast track to the No. 1 overall pick in April.

No. 29: Cleveland Browns

The Browns earned a win in Shedeur Sanders' first start at quarterback. The offense was effective against a porous Raiders defense. Sanders was not perfect, but Cleveland can certainly build on this performance.

No. 28: New Orleans Saints

The Saints enjoyed their bye week in Week 11. They emerged from the bye with a new sense of purpose, with rookie quarterback Tyler Shough playing solid ball. Perhaps they can put together a solid second half of the season.

No. 27: New York Giants

The Giants went toe-to-toe with the Lions in Week 12. Quarterback Jameis Winston slung the ball around with no regard, per usual. It made for an exciting game, but ultimately, the better team prevailed.

No. 26: Washington Commanders

The Commanders had a much-needed bye in Week 12. With the season lost at this point and a plethora of injuries, the bye was likely a nice chance for this team to reset. It is feeling increasingly unlikely that we will see starting quarterback Jayden Daniels again this season.

No. 25: Arizona Cardinals

Arizona dropped another game in Week 12 despite another massive performance from quarterback Jacoby Brissett. Brissett is playing his way into a potential veteran starting role in 2026. Arizona's coaching staff seems likely to be retained, but these last few weeks of the season will be telling.

No. 24: Minnesota Vikings

Another game, another two interceptions for quarterback J.J. McCarthy. Week 12 provided McCarthy a great chance to silence some of the noise surrounding him. Unfortunately, the Vikings continue to lose, and McCarthy has not been improving as the season wears on.

No. 23: Atlanta Falcons

Atlanta earned a win over the Saints in quarterback Kirk Cousins' return to the lineup for an injured Michael Penix Jr. Atlanta needed this victory from a morale perspective, despite its season likely being lost at this point.

No. 22: Cincinnati Bengals

The Bengals' defense somewhat showed up in Week 12 against the Patriots. It was the offense that did not wake up until later in the game. Now, with quarterback Joe Burrow on track to return to the lineup, perhaps the Bengals can string together a few wins to at least feel better about their season.

No. 21: Miami Dolphins

The Dolphins enjoyed their bye in Week 12. The players are rallying behind head coach Mike McDaniel in what is now a lost season. Miami's path towards future success is murky, but a surge in the second half of the year would be auspicious for this team.

No. 20: Carolina Panthers

The Panthers forced three interceptions against 49ers quarterback Brock Purdy on Monday night, but they were still unable to win. They continue to be one of the most inconsistent teams in the league, riding incredible highs and unfortunate lows.

No. 19: Pittsburgh Steelers

The Steelers dropped a game to the Bears on the back of two Mason Rudolph turnovers. The losses continue to mount for Pittsburgh. With Baltimore surging, the Steelers are at huge risk of losing their grip on the division. They need consistency from the defense.

No. 18: Dallas Cowboys

The Cowboys won a massive game over the Eagles in Week 12. Dallas has now given itself a legitimate chance to win the NFC East. At a minimum, the Cowboys are going to be in the playoff race. Perhaps the new-look Dallas defense can hold up.

No. 17: Houston Texans

The Texans made a statement in Week 12 by defeating the Buffalo Bills on Thursday night. This team has climbed out of an early hole and positioned itself as a playoff contender. Look out for the Texans down the stretch.

No. 16: Tampa Bay Buccaneers

The Buccaneers are slipping. They were beaten down by the Rams in Week 12 in primetime. It is time that we admit that the injuries to this team might be too much to overcome this season. They need several key players back.

No. 15: Jacksonville Jaguars

The Jaguars won a hard-fought game against the Cardinals in overtime in Week 12. With the Colts losing to the Chiefs this week, Jacksonville could push for a division title down the stretch of the season.

No. 14: Los Angeles Chargers

The Chargers were on a bye in Week 12. The bye was much-needed so that this team can get healthy for a playoff push. It is still difficult to determine what this team can be. They have looked excellent at times, but they have a few truly head-scratching losses.

No. 13: Kansas City Chiefs

Kansas City finally won a one-score game after going winless in that stat until Week 12. The Chiefs' victory over the Colts on Sunday bought them some time and gave them a win against one of the top teams in the AFC.

No. 12: San Francisco 49ers

The 49ers overcame a handful of turnovers on Monday night and beat the Panthers in a hard-fought game. This team's schedule continues to remain easy, and the wins should continue to flow.

No. 11: Chicago Bears

The Bears found a way to pull out a victory in the final seconds of a game once again. This team is living and dying by takeaways. If they can find consistency, they could be a legitimate force. However, it is still difficult to project what the Bears are because they have not looked great during their recent stretch of wins.

No. 10: Indianapolis Colts

Indianapolis dropped a big game to the Chiefs in Week 12. The Colts have yet to beat one of the top-tier teams in the NFL. To their credit, they have played good teams closely. However, until quarterback Daniel Jones shows us what he is made of, question marks will continue to surround the Colts.

No. 9: Green Bay Packers

The Packers earned a solid victory over the Vikings in Week 12. The defense was excellent, and the running game propelled Green Bay to a victory. The Packers continue to remain in the mix for the NFC North title.

No. 8: Baltimore Ravens

The Ravens find themselves on the cusp of taking control of the AFC North. At this point, it seems like a forgone conclusion that this team will win the division despite a 1-4 start. They are getting healthier and better with each passing week.

No. 7: Seattle Seahawks

The Seahawks jumped out to a massive lead against the Titans in Week 12, but they let Tennessee back into the game. Seattle earned a victory, but this is the second week in a row that this team has not looked like its best selves. Injuries on the defensive side of the ball are not helping this team.

No. 6: Buffalo Bills

The Bills continue to remain relatively inconsistent. They dropped a bad loss to the Texans on Thursday night. Buffalo could not overcome an excellent Texans defense that was repeatedly harassing quarterback Josh Allen all night.

No. 5: Detroit Lions

At one point in Week 12, the Lions looked like they were going to be dominated by the Giants. Detroit managed to weather the storm on the back of a huge game from running back Jahmyr Gibbs. Detroit remains in the NFC North divisional race.

No. 4: Philadelphia Eagles

The Eagles lost to the Cowboys in Week 12. This was a massive loss because it exposed Philly to the risk of losing the division if they do not take care of business the rest of the season. The NFC East just got interesting.

No. 3: Denver Broncos

The Broncos finally had their bye in Week 12 after securing ownership of the No. 1 spot in the AFC West by a mile in Week 11. This team may make some noise this season, given their easy schedule. However, there is a lot of work left ahead for Denver.

No. 2: New England Patriots

The Patriots earned a victory over the Bengals in Week 12, but they did not look good in doing so. New England was exposed in the red zone, missing out on several opportunities to punch the ball in from inside the five-yard line. A win is a win, but the Patriots need to find the production they were enjoying earlier in the season.

No. 1: Los Angeles Rams

The Rams continue to look like the best team in the league. They gave the Buccaneers every bit of a beating in primetime in Week 12. Quarterback Matthew Stafford continues to deliver an MVP-caliber campaign. This team is hitting its stride at the right time.
