FanDuel, DraftKings MNF DFS Lineup Picks: Daily Fantasy Football for Week 13

Gage Bridgford (@GbridgfordNFL) highlights the top FanDuel NFL DFS lineup picks for Monday Night Football for Week 13 of the 2019 season, and a couple of sleepers to consider while building MNF daily fantasy rosters.

Monday Night Football is here, and the Seattle Seahawks (9-2) are taking on the Minnesota Vikings (8-3) at home. With the San Francisco 49ers (10-2) taking a loss on Sunday, the Seahawks could take the conference lead, and the Vikings will be looking to keep pace with the Green Bay Packers (9-3).

However, we're not here for that. We're here to make some money in daily fantasy lineups. The Seahawks have a potent offense with big-play threats at every position, and, after being a defensive juggernaut for several years, their offense has begun to carry the load this year.

Whether you're playing on FanDuel or DraftKings, the slightest lineup constructions can make all the difference. Choosing one player over another is the difference between winning a little or a lot. So, let's look at how we're going to construct our lineups.

DFS Quarterbacks - Week 13 Picks

Russell Wilson, SEA - FanDuel $15,500/ DraftKings $10,800

If Baltimore Ravens quarterback Lamar Jackson wasn't playing as well as he is, Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson would be the favorite for MVP. He's been playing lights out for the NFL's second-hottest team. The Vikings have been allowing 19.1 fantasy points per game to opposing quarterbacks, and Wilson is averaging 22.8 points per game this season. Wilson is the pricier of the two quarterbacks, but, with the way he throws the deep ball, he is should have an easy time hitting value.

Kirk Cousins, MIN - FanDuel $15,000/ DraftKings $9,000

If you want to pay a little less for your quarterback, Minnesota Vikings quarterback Kirk Cousins isn't a bad option. He's been playing very well over the past two months, and he's put up at least 19.3 points in six of the last seven contests. Starting wide receiver Adam Thielen (hamstring) has been ruled out for tomorrow, but, against a Seahawks Defense that is allowing over 19 points per game to opposing quarterbacks, he's got a fair bit of upside regardless.

DFS Running Backs - Week 13 Picks

Dalvin Cook, MIN - FD $14,500/ DK $11,800

Outside of Carolina Panthers running back Christian McCaffrey, Vikings running back Dalvin Cook has been the best player at the position this season. Cook's combination of size, 5'10"/210 pounds, and athleticism make him tough to bring down, especially on first contact. The Seahawks defense has been doing well to shut down opposing running backs, but you're not going to get a better guy than Cook in this game. It only takes one play for him to have a great night, and he'll see plenty of volume.

Chris Carson, SEA - FD $13,000/ DK $8,400

He's dealt with fumbles all year, and fellow running back Rashaad Penny took a lot of his work last week. However, Seahawks running back Chris Carson has still been one of the most consistent running backs in the NFL this season. He's gone for double-digit fantasy points in six of his last eight games, and the Seahawks continue to give him touches. It's not a stellar matchup, but he should see a fair bit of volume.

Rashaad Penny, SEA - FD $10,000/ DK $5,400

If you think the work he did last week is going to maintain moving forward, getting Penny in your lineups is essential with the discounted price you're getting him at. He's a full $3,000 cheaper than Carson on either slate. He's averaging an impressive 5.9 yards per carry this season, and his average for his career is 5.3. He still only has 50 carries on the season which isn't a ton of volume, but, if you think he will see a solid workload again, find a way to get him in your lineups.

DFS Wide Receivers - Week 13 Picks

Stefon Diggs, MIN - FD $13,500/ DK $9,800

If you're playing Cousins, you're stacking him with Stefon Diggs. No other wide receiver presents a ceiling even close to that of Diggs. He's been Cousins' favorite target since a rumored trade request during the first month of the season, and he's in the top 20 among wide receivers. The Seahawks don't have a cornerback that can consistently match up with Diggs, and, while he's a bit boom-or-bust at times, he has five touchdowns on the season. Four of them have been from 45 or more yards.

Tyler Lockett, SEA - FD $11,500/ DK $9,600

The primary stack with Wilson belongs to wideout Tyler Lockett. While Lockett has been quiet the last two weeks, he still has eight more targets and 25 more receptions than any other Seahawks receiver. He's gotten into the end zone six times this year, and Seattle moves him around to constantly get him good matchups rather than allowing him to be consistently shadowed by opposing team's best corners.

D.K. Metcalf, SEA - FD $10,500/ DK $7,600

The second-best receiver on the Seahawks this year has been the rookie D.K. Metcalf out of Ole Miss. Seattle isn't asking him to do much, and he's similar to Diggs in his boom-or-bust nature, but he doesn't catch the same percentage of his passes. If he and Wilson can connect on just one deep ball, he's going to give you a huge week.

DFS Tight Ends - Week 13 Picks

Kyle Rudolph, MIN - FD $9,500/ DK $6,600

You have a pair of tight ends that you can go after in this game, and, while Rudolph has been the more permanent fixture in fantasy for years, he hasn't had the same ceiling this year. Looking at his recent game log, he hasn't scored 3.6 points in any game this season that he didn't score a touchdown. For Rudolph to meet value, he'll need to get at least one touchdown, and there is no guarantee that it will occur.

Jacob Hollister, SEA - FD $8,500/ DK $4,800

So, you're telling me that I can get a cheaper tight end with a better quarterback in my lineup? Sign me up. Seahawks tight end Jacob Hollister has arguably been Wilson's second-favorite target over the last few weeks. The two tight ends ahead of him are both out with injuries, and Wilson continues to look in his direction. The Vikings are allowing just 5.5 points per game to tight ends which doesn't bode well, but, if you're forcing one of these two into your lineup, it's going to be Hollister.

DFS Defenses - Week 13 Picks

Seahawks Defense - DK $3,200

You only have two choices with defenses, but your choice should still be the Seahawks defense. Wilson has thrown just three interceptions all season, and he has the mobility to escape the pocket when defenders are closing in on him. Meanwhile, Cousins has never been known for his ability to take care of the ball. He hasn't thrown an interception since Week 6, but the Seahawks pass rush has been kicking it up as of late which could force some mistakes.
