3 years agoFree-agent wide receiver Jarvis Landry is signing an undisclosed deal with the New Orleans Saints on Friday, according to a source. The five-time Pro Bowler has 43 career touchdowns, is from Louisiana and played at nearby LSU. The 29-year-old pass-catcher had the worst season of his career in 2021, but he only played in 12 games due to knee injuries and also had to deal with poor quarterback play from Baker Mayfield. He finished with 52 receptions on 87 targets for 570 yards and two touchdowns. The five-time Pro Bowler will be competing for targets with rookie first-rounder Chris Olave in his new home, and he'll be behind Michael Thomas as well in the slot. But Landry should at least be quarterback Jameis Winston's No. 3 target behind Tre'Quan Smith and Marquez Callaway.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBaller
