Seahawks D/ST Should be Back in Starting Lineups Monday
The Seattle Seahawks defense/special teams unit should be a solid starting option in Week 7 against the Houston Texans. The Texans' offense has struggled this season. Against solid defenses, Houston's offensive line has been terrible. They have allowed 12 sacks in five games. Seattle's defense has already recorded 20 sacks in six games. Additionally, Houston has struggled to run the ball this season, while Seattle is allowing the second-fewest amount of rushing yards per game. This game features two high-level defenses and should be a relatively low-scoring affair. The Seahawks are also going to get several key defensive players back this week. The Seahawks D/ST has a chance for plenty of sacks, low yardage, and a turnover or two. Other than an ugly game against Tampa Bay in Week 5, this unit has produced huge numbers for fantasy. Start them with confidence in Week 7.
