Week 11 Stream Team - Free Agent and Bye-Week Streamers

Kipp Heisterman picks his All-Stream Team for Week 11. These fantasy football free agents could be valuable streamers and bye-week waiver wire pickups or adds.

Now that the bye weeks are in full swing; streaming becomes a more viable and almost necessary strategy. Knowing who to add and when to start them could be the ultimate difference-maker in a weekly matchup. Making the right streaming decisions throughout the season could easily be the difference between missing the playoffs and having a shot to win a championship.

Each week, I will create a team of streamers for you to choose from. They will be broken down based on ownership levels and league size. I will make specific recommendations for 14, 12, and 10-team leagues to give you the most guidance possible when selecting a streamer. 14-team streamers will be players with ownership levels around 15%, 12-teamers will be around 30%, and 10-teamers will be around the 45% mark. Keep in mind that just because a player is listed as a streamer for a particular league size, it does not mean you can't use them in a different league size. For instance, if a 12-team league streamer is available in your 14-team league, by all means, use them accordingly.

Let's take a look at Week 11's best streaming options with some highlighted players to keep an especially close eye on.

Stream Team for 14-Team Leagues

Ryan Finley (QB, CIN) - 3% Owned

I am definitely going out on a limb here by recommending Finley, but I like his matchup vs. the Raiders. The Raiders are favored by 10 points, which likely means Finley will have to be throwing the ball late in the game.

The Raiders are currently allowing quarterbacks to throw for over 300 yards per game and rank third-worst in the category. They have also given up a whopping 24 passing touchdowns, which ranks second-worst in the league. Aside from these two stats, they also rank fouth-worst in terms of fantasy points allowed to quarterbacks with 22.4 points per game. The play is risky given that Finely lacks experience in the NFL, but the matchup is right if you want to pull the trigger.

Auden Tate (WR, CIN) - 17% Owned

Auden Tate gets a spot here for the matchup, similar to the way Finley was recommended above. He likely will be the beneficiary of a lot of those passing targets, especially if A.J. Green misses another week.

Tate has seen a massive target share in the last four games with a total of 36. The Raiders are allowing wide receivers 190.22 yards per game, which ranks third-worst in the league. The same holds for fantasy points allowed per game to wide receivers, where they allow 27.8 points per game. They have also allowed 12 receiving touchdowns, which ranks seventh-worst. Keep an eye on the Bengals injury report this week and feel free to use Tate if Green does not suit up.

Blake Jarwin (TE, DAL) - 1% Owned

I am going out on another limb here, but I don't have a choice when it comes to recommending tight ends in a 14-team league. Jarwin has averaged just under three targets per game over his last four games, which isn't great, but he has been heavily involved near the red zone as noted by his two touchdowns receptions over the last three weeks.

The Lions have not performed well vs. tight ends this season. They have allowed 39 receptions for 518 yards and four touchdowns. All of this leads to allowing 8.7 fantasy points per game, which ranks eighth-worst in the league. With Darius Slay likely to take one of the Cowboy's targets away on Sunday, Jarwin could have an opportunity to make a play or two. This is simply a desperation recommendation, but I have a sense there are more than a few people out there looking for any help they can get at the position this week.

Stream Team for 12-Team Leagues

Kyle Allen (QB, CAR) - 21% Owned

I am a big fan of streaming Kyle Allen against the Falcons this week. I think he has the potential to have a huge day vs. this secondary.

The Falcons are allowing quarterbacks to throw for nearly 270 yards per game. They have allowed 19 passing touchdowns, which ranks sixth-worst in the league. They have also allowed quarterbacks to complete 70% of their passes. Allen no longer has to worry about Cam Newton replacing him and this likely could have helped him put up his first 300-yard game last week at Green Bay. He should be able to have a solid day hooking up with D.J. Moore, Curtis Samuel, and Greg Olsen. Not to mention that Christian McCaffrey guy.

Kalen Ballage (RB, MIA) - 36% Owned

I am going to make this quick on Kalen Ballage: He has the opportunity in this backfield and that is pretty much the only reason to use him. Last week, he was on the field for 82% of the snaps. You are going to be hard-pressed to find another back on the wire with this kind of snap share. The matchup isn't terrible as the Bills allow 20.2 fantasy points per game to running backs, which ranks ninth-worst in the league. They allow over 100 rushing yards per game to running backs and have given up 44 receptions for 341 yards to backs as well. If you need a running back this week that has a heavy opportunity-share, Ballage is your guy.

Cole Beasley (WR, BUF) - 33% Owned

The fact that Beasley is still only 33% owned in leagues is rather surprising. He has been targeted 21 times over the last four games and has turned those targets into 144 receiving yards and three touchdowns. The touchdowns are hard to count on to be certain, but he has a good chance to get in the box this weekend as the Dolphins currently rank sixth-worst in the league in touchdowns allowed to receivers with 13. Beasley was also able to get into the end zone Week 7 against the Dolphins. He should make for a solid stream this week, but not much more moving forward as he will go up against some solid pass defenses in the following weeks.

Stream Team for 10-Team Leagues

Brian Hill (RB, ATL) - 29% Owned

Brian Hill is another opportunity share running back this week that has a pretty solid matchup. Devonta Freeman will miss this week vs. Carolina with a foot sprain and that means Hill will be the feature back. Last week, after taking over for the injured Freeman, Hill carried the ball 20 times for 61 yards and added in one reception for 10 yards and a touchdown.

The Panthers currently allow running backs to rush for 111.11 yards per game, which ranks them sixth-worst in the league. They also allow over five yards per carry and have given up the most rushing touchdowns in the league with 14. Just last week, the Panthers allowed Aaron Jones to rush for 93 yards and three touchdowns on only 13 carries. Hill could be in for a big day if the Falcons commit to the run.

Frank Gore (RB, BUF) - 41% Owned

Frank Gore could have a solid day in Miami, but this will depend on how much opportunity he receives. Gore and Devin Singletary have been sharing the backfield this season and it is uncertain who, if either, is the lead back. Gore has averaged nine carries over the last four weeks compared to Singletary's 9.5. Although, Singletary's total is heavily influenced by the 20 carries he received Week 9 against Washington. In any event, the matchup vs. the Dolphins this week is rather juicy.

The Dolphins are atrocious against running backs this season. They are allowing a whopping 131.4 yards per game to go along with 4.75 yards per carry to the position. They have also allowed backs to catch 42 passes for 368 yards, and have allowed nine total touchdowns. They rank fifth-worst in the league in terms of fantasy points allowed by allowing 23.0 points per game. Even if Gore is only given the rock nine times in this game, he could have a successful day if he punches one in, and given the revenge factor of playing his former team, I wouldn't be surprised if the Bills' coaching staff gave him a couple added goal line carries on Sunday.

Dede Westbrook (WR, JAX) - 59% Owned

Dede Westbrook should return from injury this week vs. the Colts and the matchup is one that he could take advantage of. The biggest concern I have with this stream is the lack of reps with returning quarterback, Nick Foles. It should be noted, however, that Foles and Westbrook had a solid rapport during the preseason. If the two can rekindle their ability to connect, he should be in for a solid day as the Jaguars number two wide receiver.
