Green Bay Packers running back Emanuel Wilson had an awesome game in Week 12, but will cede the starting running back duties back to Josh Jacobs when the Packers match up with the Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving. Wilson took 28 carries and turned that into 107 rushing yards and two touchdowns, while catching both of his targets for 18 yards. It was a great performance, but with Jacobs off the injury report after three limited practice sessions, Wilson's role will be greatly diminished from last week. While Wilson could see some more opportunities working in tandem with Jacobs, it's not likely to be anything substantial. When the Packers face the Lions in Week 13's Thanksgiving showdown, Wilson is more of an RB4 option than should be left on benches in all but the deepest of fantasy leagues.--Kevin Tompkins

Green Bay Packers quarterback Jordan Love has been a much better real-life quarterback than a fantasy option this season, but he will look to right the ship against the Detroit Lions on Thanksgiving in Week 13. Love has had just 24 and 21 pass attempts in the last two weeks and has averaged just 163 passing yards and less than a touchdown per game in his last three games. That's not going to get it done from a fantasy perspective. With Love rarely approaching any sort of fantasy points ceiling and the Packers very content to run the ball, it crushes any upside for the passing game. Even with multiple members of the Lions' secondary banged up on a defense that's allowed the ninth-most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks, Love is more of a QB2 for two-quarterback fantasy leagues rather than a starter in single-quarterback leagues for Week 13.--Kevin Tompkins

Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce could feast in a matchup against the Dallas Cowboys in Week 13. Kelce was third on the team in receiving yards last week against the Indianapolis Colts, but he's been one of the most productive tight ends in fantasy football this season. The veteran tight end is averaging 61.3 receiving yards per game this year, which would be third among tight ends, just behind Trey McBride and Brock Bowers. Kelce has enjoyed a resurgent season after a disappointing 2024 year from a production standpoint. Kelce will now face a Cowboys defense that is middle-of-the-pack in fantasy points allowed to opposing tight ends this season, but he should find more success than most. The Cowboys offense should be able to put up points against the Kansas City defense, which would translate into more receiving opportunities for Kelce. Kelce is ranked TE5 in our RotoBaller Half-PPR rankings, making him a rock-solid TE1 start for Thanksgiving Day.--Joshua Costello

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Marquise Brown could be a sneaky flex play in a high-scoring Thanksgiving game against the Dallas Cowboys. Brown was not heavily involved in last week's win over the Colts, catching just one pass for 10 yards, but he could be more involved in a game with the highest total of the week. The Cowboys offense is fourth in points per game and first in yards per game this season, meaning that the passing game should be busy on Thursday. Brown has found the endzone for times this season and has been the WR2 on the team at various times, so his usage can vary from game to game. Brown will also benefit from a Cowboys defense that has allowed the most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers this season. Brown is ranked WR66 in our RotoBaller Half-PPR rankings, making him more of a desperation flex option this week.--Joshua Costello

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr. (ankle) was listed as limited in Wednesday's practice session, according to the team's official website. Thomas has missed three straight games after suffering a high-ankle sprain in Jacksonville's Week 9 win over the Raiders, and has yet to log a full practice since then. The second-year wideout is expected to return in Week 13 against the Titans, and will hope to finish the season strong after a disappointing first eight games. Thomas has just 30 receptions for 420 yards on 60 targets with two total touchdowns as he's struggled mightily with drops, tying Jerry Jeudy for the league lead with nine. Thomas will project as a WR3 in Week 13 against the Titans, assuming he is able to return.--Kyle McCarthy

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Xavier Worthy was listed on the injury report this week with an ankle injury, but logged two full practices before being removed from the report ahead of Thursday's game. Worthy was second in the receiving pecking order, behind Rashee Rice, in last week's win over the Indianapolis Colts. Worthy caught four passes for 59 yards on eight targets in Week 12. Despite his solid performance last week, Worthy has been a difficult player for fantasy managers to trust this season. In Weeks 10 and 11, Worthy failed to catch more than three passes and did not eclipse 30 receiving yards in either game. With Rice dominating targets and Kelce remaining heavily involved, Worthy has often been relegated to third or fourth in targets. Worthy will have a chance to have a boom game this week against the Cowboys, who have allowed the most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers this season. This week's matchup is also tied for the highest total of the week, meaning there should be a lot of points scored for both teams. Worthy is ranked WR43 in our RotoBaller Half-PPR rankings, putting him deep-league flex territory mainly due to his inconsistency. That said, fantasy managers could roll the dice with Worthy this week since the passing volume should be high for the Chiefs on Thanksgiving Day.--Joshua Costello

Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Rashee Rice was a limited participant in Monday's practice with a hamstring injury, but followed that up with back-to-back full practices on Tuesday and Wednesday. Rice does not have an injury designation heading into Thursday and should continue being a target hog in the Chiefs offense. Rice is coming off a great game in Week 11, where he caught eight passes for 141 yards in their win over the Indianapolis Colts. The 25-year-old was the only player on the Chiefs to earn double-digit targets in last week's contest. Rice's success should continue on Thursday against the Cowboys, who have allowed the most fantasy points to opposing wide receivers this season. Rice should feast in this week's matchup, and he has a good chance of finding the endzone because he's scored four times in five games this season. Rice is ranked WR3 in our RotoBaller Half-PPR rankings, making him one of the best options at the position this week.--Joshua Costello

Detroit Lions tight end Brock Wright (neck) has officially been ruled out for Thursday's matchup against the Green Bay Packers, according to Colton Pouncy of The Athletic. Wright was listed as a DNP every day in practice this week after injuring his neck during the Lions' Week 12 overtime win over the New York Giants. The 26-year-old has served as the team's top tight end for the past two games with Sam LaPorta (back) on injured reserve. The production has been modest, recording five catches for 37 yards on 11 targets. Ross Dwelley is in line to see an increase in snaps on Thanksgiving, but fantasy managers should look elsewhere for potential streaming options.--Kyle McCarthy

Kansas City Chiefs running back Kareem Hunt will have to share the backfield with Isiah Pacheco as he returns from his knee injury to face the Dallas Cowboys on Thanksgiving Day in Week 13. Hunt feasted without Pacheco out of the lineup, handling 30 carries for 104 yards and a touchdown in last week's win over the Indianapolis Colts. Hunt also caught three passes for 26 yards in Week 12. The veteran back was asked to do it all, and he found a ton of success, but it appears his ceiling will be lowered with Pacheco entering the fold. That said, Hunt could still be the lead back on Thanksgiving if the Chiefs decide to ease Pacheco back into action. Hunt has been the team's preferred goal-line and third-down back this season, even with Pachecho healthy, so fantasy managers should expect that role to continue. Hunt will try to continue his run of success this week against the Cowboys, who have allowed the 12th-most fantasy points to opposing running backs this season. The addition of DT Quinnen Williams to the Dallas defense should make it a bit more difficult to rush, but Hunt's involvement in the passing game could help offset that. Hunt is ranked RB32 in our RotoBaller Half-PPR rankings, making him an RB3/Flex option against the Cowboys in Week 13.--Joshua Costello

Detroit Lions center Frank Ragnow is coming out of retirement to return to the team, according to Ian Rapoport of NFL Network. The 29-year-old announced his retirement in June, but has now returned to the Lions and is reportedly in game shape, putting him on track to return sooner rather than later. Ragnow was one of the best centers in the NFL at the time of his surprise retirement and will be welcomed back with open arms by the Lions organization. He has the third-highest PFF grade (91.7) and the third-highest run blocking grade (93.6) among centers since 2018. Ragnow's first opportunity to suit up for Detroit will be in Week 14 against the Dallas Cowboys on Thursday Night Football, although it's considered more likely that he will return in Week 15 against the Los Angeles Rams.--Kyle McCarthy

Kansas City Chiefs running back Isiah Pacheco has been sidelined for multiple weeks with a knee injury, but he got in three full practices this week and will return to face the Dallas Cowboys on Thanksgiving Day. The last time we saw Pacheco on the field was in Week 8 against the Washington Commanders. In that game, Pacheco was the team's leading rusher with 12 carries for 58 yards. The 26-year-old seemed to be carving out a larger role in the backfield before he went down to injury, so it will be interesting to see how involved he is on Thursday. Pacheco will take on the Cowboys, who have allowed the 12th-most fantasy points to opposing running backs this season. That statistic may be encouraging, but it is worth noting that Dallas acquired star DT Quinnen Williams at the trade deadline, and his impact cannot be overlooked. Kareem Hunt handled the lion's share of opportunities in Pacheco's absence, carrying the ball 30 times in last week's win over the Colts. It is unclear if fantasy managers will be able to trust Pacheco in his first game back, but this Thanksgiving matchup is tied for the highest total of the week, meaning there should be plenty of points scored. Pacheco is ranked RB39 in our RotoBaller Half-PPR rankings, making him a RB3/Flex option this week.--Joshua Costello

Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes battled back from an 11-point deficit to defeat the Indianapolis Colts in Week 12, and he will look to carry that momentum into their Thanksgiving matchup against the Dallas Cowboys. Mahomes completed 29 of 46 pass attempts (63%) for 352 yards and zero touchdowns. The superstar quarterback did not find the endzone through the air or on the ground while also taking four sacks and throwing an interception. It was a mixed bag for Mahomes because he set a new season-high in passing yardage, but he finished with zero touchdowns for the second time this year. Both of his zero-touchdown games have come in the past three contests, which is discouraging for fantasy managers, but he could turn it around this week. The Chiefs take on the Cowboys, who have given up the most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks this season. Mahomes was listed on the injury report with a groin injury, but practiced in full all week and does not have an injury designation for Thursday's game. Mahomes is ranked QB1 in our RotoBaller rankings, meaning that fantasy managers can feel confident with him in their starting lineups.--Joshua Costello

Philadelphia Eagles running back Saquon Barkley (groin) was listed as limited in Wednesday's practice, according to the team's official website. For the second straight day, Barkley was a limited participant as he manages a groin injury that he initially tweaked during the Eagles' Week 8 win over the New York Giants. The star running back hasn't missed any time because of the injury, but it's something that he and the team are managing on a short practice week as the Eagles host the Chicago Bears on Black Friday. Barkley should be good to go for that game and could clear the injury report by Thursday. It's been a disappointing season for the 28-year-old after his historic 2024 campaign, and he is coming off his worst rushing performance of the season in Week 12 against the Cowboys, rushing for just 22 yards on 10 carries, but added seven catches (eight targets) for 52 yards as a receiver. Tank Bigsby would be in line for a bigger role if Barkley were to miss Friday's matchup.--Kyle McCarthy

Pittsburgh Steelers wide receiver D.K. Metcalf (ankle) was listed as a DNP for Wednesday's practice session, according to Brooke Pryor of ESPN. Head coach Mike Tomlin said that Metcalf will be limited in practice early in the week, but he opens this week as a non-participant. The 27-year-old injured his ankle during Pittsburgh's Week 12 loss at the Chicago Bears, but was able to return to the game and finished with five receptions for 22 yards on eight targets. The former Seattle Seahawk has had a decent season in his first season with the Steelers, totaling 42 receptions (70 targets) for 573 yards and five touchdowns in 11 games, ranking as the WR24 in PPR points per game (12.4). Metcalf's status for Week 13 against the Buffalo Bills will be updated as the week goes along.--Kyle McCarthy

Even though Minnesota Vikings quarterback J.J. McCarthy (concussion) was able to participate in a limited practice on Wednesday, rookie Max Brosmer took all of the first-team reps, according to Kevin Seifert of ESPN. McCarthy came down with a concussion in the Week 12 loss to the Green Bay Packers and is not expected to play in this week's game in Seattle against the Seahawks, so the Vikings are preparing Brosmer to make the first start of his career. The undrafted free-agent rookie QB will be thrown to the wolves on the road this Sunday against a strong Seahawks defense, so fantasy managers shouldn't expect a whole lot from the Vikings' offense. McCarthy has been extremely inconsistent in his first year of NFL action, but Brosmer won't necessarily be an upgrade. The 24-year-old has gone just 5-for-8 passing for 42 yards with no touchdowns or interceptions in parts of three games played in 2025.--Keith Hernandez
