Jared Cook 2020 Outlook: TE1 In a Strong Offense
5 years agoNew Orleans Saints tight end Jared Cook will return as the top tight end option in what should once again be one of the stronger offensive units in the league. Cook caught 43 passes for 705 yards and nine touchdowns last season, and might even see an uptick in 2020 if he can play all 16 games. Cook has shown flashes of brilliance throughout his career, and now that he'll have a second season with Drew Brees under center, it could very well be the most productive season of his career even though he just turned 33. Cook should be a mid-range TE1 with weekly upside to go beyond that.
