Week 4 Fantasy Football Outlooks

De'Von Achane, Miami Dolphins

Miami Dolphins running back De'Von Achane has been one of the few bright spots in the Dolphins' offense this season, and he makes a strong RB1 start against the Jets on Monday Night Football. Achane has scored two touchdowns this season, both as a receiver out of the backfield, and he totaled 147 rushing yards and 141 receiving yards over his three games. He has totaled 15 catches on 19 targets in his last two games, making him a strong PPR option that brings both a high ceiling and a high floor with so much volume.

The Jets have allowed three running back touchdowns in their three games, and if the Dolphins play from ahead, the game script could call for plenty of work for Achane. He's the RB5 in RotoBaller's PPR rankings this week, and a very strong start on Monday night in all formats.

Brian Thomas Jr., Jacksonville Jaguars

Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Brian Thomas Jr. (wrist) doesn't carry an injury designation ahead of the Week 4 matchup with the 49ers. Thomas has been battling a wrist injury. Fortunately, he logged full practices throughout the week. Thomas had a stellar rookie year, amassing 87 catches (133 targets) for 1,282 yards and 10 touchdowns. However, he struggled in the Jags' first three games of the 2025 campaign, catching only seven passes for 115 yards.

With that in mind, Thomas has been targeted 25 times this season, so it's obvious he remains a go-to option for quarterback Trevor Lawrence. While the 22-year-old still can't be trusted fully from a fantasy standpoint, there's really not a scenario where managers can feel comfortable keeping him out of the starting lineup, especially considering his upside. It's also worth noting that Dyami Brown (shoulder) may not play.

Garrett Wilson, New York Jets

New York Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson gets a smash matchup in Week 4 when he lines up with the Miami Dolphins on Monday Night Football. The 25-year-old has been New York's most productive player thus far, and it hasn't mattered whether it's been quarterback Justin Fields or Tyrod Taylor peppering him with targets. Wilson's usage is phenomenal, as he's sporting a ludicrous 39% target share - second only in the league to Seattle's Jaxon Smith-Njigba (40.3%).

That should bode well for him against a dreadful Miami pass defense that's allowed a bottom-half figure in passing yards allowed per game (225.3), and already afforded four touchdowns to the wide receiver position. Even in a Jets' offense that hasn't yet found its groove, Wilson remains a solid back-end WR1. He'll come in at RotoBaller's PPR WR12 ahead of his Monday night matchup.

Nico Collins, Houston Texans

Houston Texans wide receiver Nico Collins (knee) missed time earlier in the week but did not get an injury designation for Sunday's matchup against the Titans. He was a limited participant on Wednesday but logged back-to-back full practices to finish the week. Despite the Titans struggling to score many points, Collins has found the end zone in each of the last two weeks, catching three of his nine targets for 52 yards and a score in Week 2 and following with his best game of the year, racking up eight catches for 104 yards and his second score of the season.

While Nick Caley's offense hasn't been firing on all cylinders with QB C.J. Stroud at the helm, Collins has still been very involved and is a must-start WR1 now that he is healthy and ready to go against the Titans, who have allowed the fifth-most fantasy points to receivers this season. Collins is the WR5 in RotoBaller's rankings for Week 4, and he should be set up in a smash spot trying to get his Texans their first win of the season.
