Russell Westbrook Out Indefinitely With Toe Injury
Sacramento Kings point guard Russell Westbrook (toe) will be out indefinitely, the team announced on Wednesday. An MRI has revealed Westbrook is dealing with irritation in the joint of the first toe on his right foot. He will sit out a third consecutive game on Thursday against the Orlando Magic. Malik Monk, Devin Carter, and Killian Hayes (toe) will have expanded roles until Westbrook returns, though Hayes is also currently dealing with a toe injury. Carter led Sacramento's starters in scoring with 18 points during Tuesday's loss to Charlotte, while Monk had a game-high 14 assists.

Cody Williams is Upgraded to Available
Utah Jazz guard Cody Williams (shoulder) is upgraded to available ahead of Wednesday's game against the Washington Wizards. The second-year guard is back in the mix after missing Monday's game due to right shoulder soreness. Williams has been posting better numbers lately with a larger role in the rotation. He's averaging 16.2 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 4.6 assists across 35.0 minutes per game over his last nine contests. His value is certainly on the rise with the Jazz focused on playing their younger players down the stretch of the season. Fantasy managers in need of a streaming option should take a look at Williams.

Jahmai Mashack Remains Sidelined Wednesday
Memphis Grizzlies guard Jahmai Mashack (ankle) has been downgraded from questionable to out for Wednesday's game against the San Antonio Spurs. Maschack had some strong performances earlier this month, but unfortunately, he won't be available for a fifth consecutive game due to an ankle injury. His absence has opened up 26 minutes in the rotation, which will be absorbed by the rest of the bench. Memphis' reserve will also benefit from the absences of Ty Jerome (ankle) and Jaylen Wells (toe) on Wednesday.

Jalen Smith Won't Return to Wednesday's Game
Chicago Bulls forward/center Jalen Smith (calf) won't return to Wednesday's game against the Philadelphia 76ers. Smith only played six minutes before suffering a right calf injury. The Bulls will play it safe and hold out Smith for the rest of Wednesday's game. This has been an ongoing issue for Smith throughout the season. It wouldn't be shocking if this injury causes him to miss more time. Guerschon Yabusele and Nick Richards should see larger roles in the rotation. Between the two, Richards has been the better fantasy option lately. He could offer some decent streaming appeal if Smith has a multiple-game absence.

Javon Small Cleared to Play Wednesday
Memphis Grizzlies guard Javon Small (back) will play on Wednesday against the San Antonio Spurs. He wasn't available for Monday's matchup with Atlanta and was initially listed as questionable for Wednesday's game. Small has played well in recent weeks, and Ty Jerome's (ankle) absence on Wednesday night further increases his fantasy appeal. In March, Small has averaged 13.1 points, 4.6 rebounds, 4.0 assists, and 1.1 steals.

Kyle Filipowski is Downgraded to Out
Utah Jazz forward/center Kyle Filipowski (illness) has been ruled out for Wednesday's contest against the Washington Wizards. He was previously listed as doubtful, so his ultimate absence shouldn't surprise fantasy managers. The loss of Filipowski should mean larger roles in the rotation for Oscar Tshiebwe and Kevin Love. Between the two big men, Tshiebwe is the better streaming choice for Wednesday's slate. Love is barely seeing time on the court, while Tshiebwe has a regular role in the rotation. Filipowski figures to be back for Friday's game, but fantasy managers should check back for another update.

Ayo Dosunmu Won't Play Wednesday Night
Minnesota Timberwolves guard/forward Ayo Dosunmu (calf) has been ruled out for Wednesday's encounter with the Houston Rockets. The team has downgraded him from questionable to out, meaning Minnesota has lost another key contributor. Dosunmu has recently enjoyed a strong stretch, filling in for Anthony Edwards (knee) in the starting lineup. Bones Hyland has also seen increased playing time due to Edwards' absence, and he could now take on additional responsibilities as the next man up in the first unit. Meanwhile, Minnesota may reintroduce Mike Conley into the rotation because of the backcourt injuries.

Jaylon Tyson to Miss Third Straight Game
Cleveland Cavaliers guard/forward Jaylon Tyson (toe) has been ruled out ahead of Wednesday's game against the Miami Heat. This marks the third game in a row that Tyson has missed due to a lingering toe injury. His next chance to play will come on Friday, so fantasy managers should check back ahead of that game. His absence from the rotation should mean larger roles for Keon Ellis and Nae'Qwan Tomlin. Ellis will move into the starting five and should at least offer low-end streaming value for Wednesday's slate.

Keon Ellis Joins Starting Lineup Against Heat
Cleveland Cavaliers guard Keon Ellis will run with the starters on Wednesday against the Miami Heat. Cleveland had to adjust its first unit after losing Dean Wade (ankle) to injury just before tip-off. In seven starts this season, Ellis has averaged 7.7 points, 2.0 rebounds, 1.0 steals, and 1.0 blocks. With both Donovan Mitchell and James Harden in action, Ellis won't see much of the ball, but with increased playing time as a starter, he will have more chances to contribute on defense.

Max Strus Won't Play on Wednesday
Cleveland Cavaliers guard Max Strus (foot) has been ruled out ahead of Wednesday's game against the Miami Heat. It's unsurprising to see the Cavs resting Strus during the second leg of this back-to-back set. He finished with 11 points, three rebounds, and three assists across 27 minutes of action on Tuesday. He made his season debut on March 15, so the Cavs are still being cautious with the veteran guard. He's a reliable source for three-pointers, but Strus isn't offering a ton of value outside of that. His absence should free up additional playing time for Dennis Schroder and Keon Ellis for Wednesday's game.

Dylan Harper Moves Into First Unit Wednesday
San Antonio Spurs guard Dylan Harper will join the starting lineup on Wednesday against the Memphis Grizzlies, Tom Orsborn of the San Antonio Express-News reports. The 20-year-old rookie will make his second career start, filling in for De'Aaron Fox (back). His first start was last week against Indiana, and Harper didn't look out of place in the first unit, scoring 24 points in 28 minutes. Additionally, he had four rebounds and three assists. Memphis is also a struggling team, giving Harper a good chance to make even more noise.

Kyshawn George to be Re-Evaluated in One Week
Washington Wizards guard/forward Kyshawn George (elbow) will remain sidelined and be re-evaluated in one week. George is currently working his way back from a Grade 2 distal UCL tear in his left elbow. This is an issue that has kept him out since early March, and it could sideline him for the rest of the season. The Wizards will likely make a final decision on George in April, with the team only having six regular-season games left beginning April 1. With George sidelined, Will Riley and Jamir Watkins should continue seeing larger roles in the rotation.

Dean Wade Won't Play Wednesday
Cleveland Cavaliers forward Dean Wade (ankle) has been ruled out for Wednesday's contest against the Miami Heat, Chris Fedor of The Cleveland Plain Dealer reports. He tweaked his right ankle during an individual pregame workout and will miss his first game since March 3. Cleveland is also without Jarrett Allen (knee), Jaylon Tyson (toe), and Max Strus (foot), so Nae'Qwan Tomlin and Dennis Schroder could be a lot more involved off the bench. This is a good matchup for Cleveland's second unit, as Miami allows the seventh-most bench points in the league.

Larry Nance Jr. is Available on Wednesday
Cleveland Cavaliers forward/center Larry Nance Jr. (illness) is available to play ahead of Wednesday's game against the Miami Heat. Nance will shed the questionable tag and suit up despite dealing with an illness. The veteran forward hasn't been a big part of the rotation lately, but could see a larger role with Dean Wade (ankle) sidelined. This season, Nance is averaging 3.3 points, 2.6 rebounds, and 0.9 assists across 12.2 minutes per game. Even with a slightly expanded role, Nance isn't worth a look in most fantasy formats ahead of Wednesday's slate.

Jalen Duren Available Against Hawks
Detroit Pistons center Jalen Duren (knee) will be in the lineup on Wednesday against the Atlanta Hawks. Detroit added Duren to the injury report earlier in the day, but he will suit up for the first game of a back-to-back. The fact that Duren was a late addition to the injury report could indicate he might be held out of action on Thursday against New Orleans. With Isaiah Stewart (calf) out, Duren plays a crucial role in the frontcourt, averaging 23.4 points and 9.6 rebounds over his last six outings.
