DraftKings Daily Fantasy Basketball Picks (4/6/19): NBA DFS Lineups

Only two games today so there's not much that needs to be said. Without breaking it down you have two choices. Realistically, you have one choice. The Nets versus Bucks is the only game really worth targeting because of the security behind it. Jimmy Butler is considered questionable for right now, but any change in his status carries drastic implications.

Find me on Twitter @HalfCourtJester if you have any questions, but tonight I would do what you can to stack the Milwaukee - Brooklyn game. Not only does Spencer Dinwiddie, and D'Angelo Russell have upside tonight, but so does Joe Harris and Eric Bledsoe. Brook Lopez could be a perfect pivot for players looking for Jarrett Allen as their go-to, so also consider D.J. Wilson for an even deeper sleeper pick.

In this article, I will be providing you with my daily fantasy basketball lineup picks for DraftKings on 4/5/19. These DFS lineup picks can vary from higher-priced players and elite options to lower-priced players and value picks on DraftKings. You can also check out today's FanDuel lineup picks. As always, don't set your lineups too early. Be sure to check all the NBA starting lineups and player statuses.

DraftKings DFS Guards

George Hill - PG/SG vs BKN ($4,100)

I initially was thinking there's no reason to fade Eric Bledsoe, so don't assume I won't be trying to roster him. George Hill simply has the value and upside in tonight's matchup, much like most of the backcourt in this game. Both teams have the right individuals to lock down opposing guards, but recently that narrative only proves half-true. The Bucks and Nets have been some of the best teams to watch this season because of how well they have performed on both sides of the ball, but since the playoffs are right around the corner, both teams have taken a very, very small step back. They are starting to increase their rotation size in an attempt to rest their starters, so look for Hill, Sterling Brown, and Pat Connaughton to continue to see extra minutes.

J.J. Redick - PG/SG  @ CHI ($6,000)

This seems like a fairly expensive price tag for J.J. Redick, but he has fully deserved the price increase because of his most recent outings. He's scored at least 25 points in the past three contests, not to mention that his near 30% usage rate is only further cementing his status as must-play. The Bulls defense is easily susceptible to just about any type of scorer so look for Redick to continue his hot shooting streak.

DraftKings DFS Forwards

Tobias Harris - SF/PF @ CHI ($7,200)

Along with J.J. Redick, Tobias Harris has been playing fairly consistently over the past two weeks. The best part about Harris' hot streak compared to Redick's is that Harris contributes elsewhere every game, regardless if his shot is falling or not. Since Harris can get to his spots much easier, it's harder for teams to stop him, meaning that tonight against the Bulls, I don't see him settling for any unwanted jump shots. The Bulls might have one or two guys that can affect Harris' shooting, but there's no way they will be able to keep up with him all night if the game stays that close. I expect Ben Simmons to run away with this game early and scratch at triple-double-like production, so look for the 76ers bench and the more efficient shooters to thrive this game.

Rodions Kurucs - SF/PF @ MIL ($3,600)

Probably the least enticing yet most intriguing pick of this article. So many things can go wrong with this pick that I actually think it's a concoction for success. The Bucks defense is long and they are one of the best teams at getting in passing lanes and disrupting an organized offense. While the Nets may not be organized, they do prefer to pass the ball rather than letting Spencer Dinwiddie, D'Angelo Russell iso all game. Since that will most likely be the case, Kurucs should have upside even if he is just sitting on the wing all game.

DraftKings DFS Centers

Jonah Bolden - C @ CHI ($4,900)

Even if Joel Embiid doesn't play, Jonah Bolden has proved that he can produce in limited minutes. Across the board, Bolden contributes in a way that many other forwards can't. He extends the court and once he steps foot in the paint, he attacks everything. Rebounds, players going to the rim, offensive rebounds, you name it. Bolden has learned under one of the more dominating big men and still managed to create his own impact on the game. With a price this low and the lack of consistency on the side of the Bulls, Bolden's versatility should be on full display tonight.
