Thankfully, only two teams are out of action on byes in Week 11, and one of those is the New Orleans Saints, who don't have many fantasy-relevant options. However, the Indianapolis Colts do, and there are flurries of injuries all around the NFL, complicating lineup calls ahead of must-win matchups with fantasy football playoff implications on the line. We're here to help.
It's time for the next edition of our RotoBaller staff start-or-sit calls. Three of the industry's best analysts are here to break down potential sleepers and busts ahead of the full slate of Week 11 NFL action.

Week 11 Fantasy Football Start 'Em Picks
RJ Harvey, Broncos vs. Chiefs (Frank Ammirante)
It's RJ Harvey's time to shine. The rookie has been thrust into a larger opportunity with J.K. Dobbins injured. Don't overthink this one and get worried about Tyler Badie. Remember, Sean Payton was extremely high on Harvey in the draft, so he's likely to give him a big role in this game. The Broncos offense is struggling lately, so it would make sense for them to feature one of their most explosive players in a pivotal AFC West showdown against the Chiefs. If you have Harvey, this is what you have been waiting for all year. Fire him up with confidence.

Tre Tucker, Raiders vs. Cowboys (Adam Koffler)
There’s no better time to start the Raiders’ new WR1 than in Week 11 vs. a Cowboys team allowing the most fantasy points per game to wide receivers this season (28.7). Tucker played 100% of the snaps in Week 10 after Jakobi Meyers was traded to the Jaguars. The production wasn’t there, but it was an extremely tough matchup in Denver against a Broncos team that is the exact opposite of the Cowboys, allowing the fewest fantasy points per game to opposing wideouts (13.6). Expect fireworks in this one, and expect Tucker to put up top-25 numbers at the position.
Aaron Jones Sr., Vikings vs. Bears (Thunder Dan)
Assuming that Jones is cleared for Sunday's game, he should lead the Minnesota backfield in touches this week against a vulnerable Bears run defense. The shine has worn off Jordan Mason from his early-season success as he's struggled to produce lately, and Jones has a dual-threat game that makes him much more dangerous for fantasy. Expect the Vikings to pound the football this week to prevent their rookie QB from being forced into too many throws, as he's struggled with interceptions. He attempted just 20 passes back in the Week 1 victory over Chicago, and they are a much better offense when he throws the ball less.
DK Metcalf, Steelers vs. Bengals (Frank Ammriante)
DK Metcalf has been a massive disappointment of late, combining for only 41 yards in his last two games. Luckily for Metcalf, this is a get-right spot against one of the worst defenses in the NFL, the Bengals. The Steelers have a 27.5-point implied total this week, which is the second-highest on the slate. Aaron Rodgers just missed Metcalf for a long touchdown in Week 10. Look for the veteran to make it a point of emphasis to get his No. 1 wideout more involved in this spot.

Woody Marks, Texans at Titans (Adam Koffler)
Marks finally overtook Nick Chubb in Week 10. The rookie turned a 74% RB opportunity share into 81 yards and a touchdown. After the performance, head coach DeMeco Ryans said they “gotta continue to feed him more.” There’s no better time to do that than in Week 11 as a six-point favorite against a Titans team allowing the second-most fantasy points per game to opposing running backs this season (22.7)
Dalton Schultz, Texans at Titans (Thunder Dan)
We get another week of Davis Mills under center for the Texans, and that's likely a good thing for Schultz and his fantasy value. The reliable tight end had yet another solid performance last week, snagging 7 of 11 targets for 53 yards and a touchdown. That makes 19 targets over the last two weeks for Schultz, most of which came from Mills, who took over early in the Week 9 game when Stroud left with an injury. The Titans' defense is pretty much bad against both the run and the pass, and against nearly every position. I am all over Schultz as a fill-in this week for guys like Tyler Warren and Juwan Johnson, who are on byes. I think we see him continue to function as the second option in the passing game after Nico Collins.
Week 11 Fantasy Football Busts and Sits
Jordan Addison, Vikings vs. Bears (Frank Ammirante)
Jordan Addison got off to a blistering start once he returned from suspension, showing immediate rapport with Carson Wentz. During that stretch, Addison eclipsed 100 yards twice in four games. In two games with J.J. McCarthy, Addison has put up a measly five catches for 83 yards. There have been a lot of growing pains for McCarthy in his first year as a starter, which has resulted in a low volume and erratic passing game. Leave Addison on your bench against the Bears here, as he's a low-floor WR3 in this spot.
Kenneth Walker, Seahawks at Rams (Adam Koffler)
Walker hasn’t produced double-digit fantasy points since Week 4. It won’t get any easier for the Seahawks’ “starting” running back in Week 11 against a stout Rams defense, allowing the fewest fantasy points per game to opposing RBs (11.3). Walker isn’t being used in the passing game either, with only 12 targets in nine games this season. As such, his fantasy value is dependent on touchdowns, but he’s ceding a ton of goal-line work to Zach Charbonnet of late. Don’t be afraid to sit KW9 this weekend.
Kyle Monangai, Bears at Vikings (Thunder Dan)
I was really hoping that Monangai would force a legit timeshare with Swift last week, but it was Swift who played far more snaps against the Giants and out-touched Mon 18-7. I don't think we can confidently start Mon if he's been moved back to a 30% snap share role, especially if the Vikings force the Bears to throw the football, as Swift is the better option as a receiver.
Courtland Sutton, Broncos vs. Chiefs (Frank Ammirante)
Courtland Sutton has hit a wall lately, combining for only four catches for only 54 yards in his last two games. Troy Franklin has out-targeted Sutton 37-to-26 in the last four games. While I still think Sutton is the number one target in this offense, it's hard to see him getting back on track against the Chiefs. Kansas City is allowing the fewest receiving yards to wideouts this year. With how erratic Bo Nix has been lately, it's tough to trust this offense.
Michael Wilson, Cardinals vs. 49ers (Adam Koffler)
He’s the hot new pickup in Week 11 with the news of Marvin Harrison Jr. needing an appendectomy. However, Wilson is not a must-start by any means. Despite playing a full-time role for most of his three-year career, he’s only earned in five of 38 games (13%). With MHJ, Wilson has been playing more in the slot, but without him in Week 11, we should expect him to line up more on the outside. The 49ers do a better job on outside receivers than they do vs. slot receivers. And let’s not forget who the real WR1 is in Arizona, Trey McBride. Don’t fall for the trap just because he’s WR1 on the depth chart.
Cade Otton, Buccaneers at Bills (Thunder Dan)
This one is tough because Otton has been very involved as a receiver over the last month as the Bucs have dealt with injuries to Mike Evans and Chris Godwin. However, the Bills have been very, very good against the TE position. Buffalo has allowed only two tight ends all season to go over the 40-yard mark receiving: Hunter Henry (46) in Week 6 and Travis Kelce (66) in Week 9. Buffalo's linebackers are very good in coverage, and Otton could have a hard time getting open. I'd rather rely on Tez Johnson if I need a flex play from Tampa this week.
