Adam Koffler - RotoBaller

278 articles

Adam has been with RotoBaller since 2021 and in the fantasy sports industry since early 2020. In those 5+ years, he has grown his following on X from a couple hundred people to over 29K. Adam has been following the NFL and NBA since he was 10 years old, and has been playing fantasy sports since 2001. Growing up, Adam played all sports, but primarily basketball and baseball. However, as he became more and more attached to the NFL (and the Philadelphia Eagles, his favorite team), Adam started to become well-versed in fantasy football. And then, in 2020, he and a friend (Dan Titus, Fantasy Basketball Analyst) decided to turn their passion for fantasy football into something more. On a whim, they traveled to the FSGA conference in Las Vegas, and the rest is history. Adam started in the industry working on a news desk, and then his work grew from there. He started writing DFS articles and doing start/sit forums on X, answering hundreds, and even thousands of questions at times. In his time at RotoBaller, with four years of reps, Adam has become an expert in the field, writing over 250 articles about fantasy football and basketball to help people win their leagues. Currently, he writes a weekly risers and fallers column and contributes to a weekly start 'em, sit 'em column. You can find him on X @AdamKoffler.

4 Bell Cow RBs to Target and Draft (2026)

This article is back for the third year in a row. Alvin Kamara and Javonte Williams were hits in the 2025 edition, while Joe Mixon and James Conner were not so much (but that was mostly due to injury). As always, with many of my articles, I won't highlight the obvious players who fit the […]

4 Wide Receiver Breakout Candidates for 2026

Some NFL teams have the same WR1 year-over-year. Puka Nacua, Ja'Marr Chase, and Amon-Ra St. Brown come to mind. These guys aren't going anywhere, and they're set to produce for fantasy teams once again in 2026. Other teams turn over more often, either via trades, free agency, or the NFL Draft. New players assume new […]

Veteran RBs to Lose Touches in 2026

The lifespan of an NFL running back is shorter than that of most positions. They take a beating, play in and play out. And as they age, there's a chance they become less productive and are ultimately phased out. In this article, we'll take a look at four veteran running backs set to lose touches […]

I'm so happy to be back writing about fantasy football. With the NFL Draft in the rearview mirror, rosters are taking shape, and it's time to start our offseason fantasy football analysis. My first article of the offseason focuses on undervalued players heading into the 2026 season. Every year, there are players who outperform expectations. […]

Fantasy Basketball Schedules To Target/Avoid

The Super Bowl is over, which means it's time to lock in on fantasy basketball. It might not seem like it, but the fantasy basketball playoffs are just around the corner. Depending on your league's settings, playoffs could start as early as Week 19 (March 2) or as late as Week 21 (March 16). Most […]

A Mindset Shift for Jalen Suggs

Jalen Suggs is still ramping up to full strength this season after battling a knee injury that cut his 2024-2025 season short. Fantasy Football Risers and Fallers Week 12

A wild Week 11 is in the books. Sean Tucker and TreVeyon Henderson ran wild, but are their days as the "featured guy" numbered? One of the top waiver wire additions heading into Week 11 broke out in a big way, but can he sustain that production going forward? As we do each week, we'll […]

Fantasy Football Risers and Fallers

Week 2 is in the books. It's not the time to panic about underperforming players, but we need to examine why they're underperforming. Conversely, are there trends to follow that we need to monitor? The same question applies to overperforming players: are they here to stay? We have another week of data to analyze, which […]

Best and Worst Draft Picks for Every Round

I've written many articles this offseason, but I haven't broken down an entire fantasy football draft yet. That's what I'll do in this article. Undervalued Tight Ends and Draft Sleepers

Most agree there are three elite tight ends in fantasy football this season. Brock Bowers, Trey McBride, and George Kittle are all deserving of an early-round pick, but what happens after that? According to Yahoo's average draft position (ADP), only four tight ends go between picks 40 and 80. That's Sam LaPorta, T.J. Hockenson, Mark […]

5 Deep Sleepers to Target in Fantasy Football

In fantasy football, there are sleepers, and then there are deep sleepers. These guys typically come off the board in the later rounds of your drafts. This is where you can have a serious edge over your league mates. Hit on a couple of these guys and you'll be golden (hint, hint) this season. The five […]

4 Must-Draft RB Sleepers

More and more, fantasy managers are utilizing the "zero-RB" strategy in their draft rooms. This can be an effective strategy, especially in PPR leagues. But it means we need to nail our later-round running backs. This article highlights four undervalued running backs to draft in 2025. Even if you're not using the "zero-RB" strategy, these […]

Adam Koffler's Dark-Horse RB1 Contenders

Yes, you should draft Bijan Robinson and Jahmyr Gibbs this season. However, unless you're playing in a league with an auction draft, you won't be able to do that. So instead, target these more affordable running backs with varying average draft positions who have the potential to finish the year as the overall RB1. All […]

Adam Koffler's 7 Dark-Horse League-Winners

Writing about early-round players to target is fun, but writing about those "dark-horses" set to smash their average draft position (ADP) is even more fun. Early-Round WR Landmines to Avoid

I love talking about all of my favorite draft day targets. But what I find even more enjoyable is helping people stay away from overvalued players each and every year. All of these wide receivers come with risk at their average draft position (ADP). Whether it's injury risk, quarterback risk, or offensive environment risk, there […]

Adam Koffler's Dark-Horse WR1 Contenders

Everyone knows the big boys when it comes to the wide receiver position in fantasy football. Guys like Ja'Marr Chase, CeeDee Lamb, Justin Jefferson, and Nico Collins all have a good shot to finish the 2025 season as the overall WR1. However, they're all smash first-round picks, and you can't draft them all in a […]

Adam's Early-Round Busts

You can't win your fantasy leagues in the first few rounds, but you can certainly lose them. It's not always easy to be bold and go against the grain, but I'll try to do just that in this article. I've highlighted five players I believe are overvalued at their current average draft position (ADP). These […]
