Mid-Week Waiver Wire Rankings - Fantasy Baseball Pickups Include Kyren Paris, Ben Rice, Jung Hoo Lee, Max Meyer, Reese Olson, Anthony Bender, more

David Festa - Fantasy Baseball Rankings, MLB Draft Sleepers, Waiver Wire Pickups

Mid-week fantasy baseball waiver wire rankings for Week 2 (2025). Free-agent hitters and pitchers to add include Kyle Paris, Ben Rice, Jung Hoo Lee, Max Meyer, Reese Olson, Kumar Rocker.

At RotoBaller HQ, we are back with more waiver wire advice. Now is the time to scour the waiver wire and help add players who can help your team for the long haul. Even though we are a few weeks into the season, the grind doesn't stop, and fantasy managers must stay on top of the latest injury news, prospect call-ups, and other transactions. Today, we review our mid-week waiver rankings for Week 2-- April 7 through April 13 -- to help you stay on top of the waiver wire, especially in leagues that allow daily moves. This edition of waiver wire rankings features Kyren Paris, Jung Hoo Lee, Max Meyer, Reese Olson, Kumar Rocker, Kyle Manzardo, Zac Veen, JJ Bleday, and others.

There are key performances, prospect promotions, and injuries to watch for this week. The Rockies recently promoted outfielder Zac Veen on Tuesday. Veen should be given every opportunity to play and is ranked 14th in our recent waiver wire list. Los Angeles Angels infielder Kyren Paris continues to mash and has homered four times in his last three games. Paris is slashing .440/.533/.1.120 over 10 games this season. Arizona Diamondbacks second baseman Ketel Marte will miss significant time with a Grade 1 hamstring strain. At the same time, other key players, such as Jackson Merrill, Matt McLain, and Wyatt Langford, were also placed on the injured list.

For anyone unfamiliar, we release all sorts of fantasy baseball waiver wire articles every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. As part of that, Nick Mariano releases our waiver wire rankings list on Sundays to help you prioritize which players to target as free-agent adds off waivers. Stay on top of our weekly waiver wire rankings and turn on MLB news alerts to stay ahead of the curve. Once you're done here, check out our fantasy baseball prospects articles for the latest names to stash and pick up.

Fantasy Baseball Waiver Wire Pickups List

Since many fantasy baseball leagues have daily waiver-wire moves or multiple waiver-wire runs per week for adding players, this mid-week rankings list should help you keep track of players emerging in the middle of the week before we reach Sunday. This article will guide you through our weekly ranking of the relevant waiver-wire pickup options, including how to prioritize them for your league (depending on the league size).
