Marquise Brown 2026 Fantasy Football Outlook: The Show Is Almost Over
Marquise "Hollywood" Brown has not had much to showboat about since 2021. That is when he had the best year of his career, posting 91 receptions for 1,008 yards and six scores. Baltimore decided to trade him rather than pay him after that sterling season, though, and the Ravens were right to do it. Brown has come nowhere near those numbers since during stints with the Arizona Cardinals and Kansas City Chiefs. Now he has landed with the Philadelphia Eagles on a one-year deal, but it is only to provide veteran depth and not to be a starter. Philadelphia has DeVonta Smith, Dontayvion Wicks, and first-round rookie Makai Lemon penciled in as the top three wideouts, so Brown is looking at being the WR4. That does not bode well for his fantasy future unless injuries decimate the Eagles receiving corps. He is not the speedster he once was, and without that weapon he is an average, undersized pass catcher. The jury is out on how new offensive coordinator Sean Mannion will use Brown, but expecting more than 600 yards and a couple touchdowns from him in 2026 seems ludicrous unless "Hollywood" Brown morphs into the second coming of former top target A.J. Brown.
