Justin Rose Hopes Month Hiatus Helps Him Bounce Back at Scottish Open
It has been nearly one month since we last saw Justin Rose hit a golf shot. He missed the cut at the U.S. Open with a pair of 77s; the third one out of his last four starts. Ball striking has been bad in all aspects, but particularly off the tee, where the 44-year-old ranks 151st in strokes gained off the tee (-0.358) from a lack of both distance and accuracy. That also carries over to the long irons, where Rose doesn't rank very favorably in terms of proximity to the hole. At $9,700 on FanDuel, there is nothing to suggest that the 10x PGA Tour winner will be a DFS asset this week.
